Very helpful. Didn't try to oversell me, but did make me aware of condition of car in a pleasant way. All in all I plan to refer if any friends or family need auto work or an inspection....Thanks guys for your fast work.

I was there for a state inspection and I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment. Tech got me in right away and I was down the road 20 minutes later. I am very pleased with the service I received and I am going to use this shop more often. Excellent customer service and care.

They wouldn t warranty my $190+ tire because I only bought one tire. I would not recommend them. I didn t want to give even one star but wouldn t allow to post without one.

My daughter brought her CRV in to have the breaks done. They told her $1,000 on the phone. When she picked up the car, the total bill was $1,900. I also have a CRV and recently had my front & rear breaks done at a Honda dealership for $740. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of a young female. I feel they totally up charged her and I would not recommend them.

The Liverpool service center has the most polite and attentive employees. I feel that they are honest and upfront about any work recommended.

The phone conversations were friendly and pleasant but when I showed up for appointment, the guy said I don't have you down for appointment and all bays were full. I said i spoke to Jesse and asked if he was there and guy said yes and kept looking at computer instead of asking him about it. I said am I on there or not and he said no but we will try to get you in. I said forget it.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 9am today. I showed up a few mins early and the tech had my oil changed and I was ready to go before 9am even hit! Very friendly. The tech I had this morning is possibly the best one I've ever had! His customer service was 10/10 and he was very friendly, good with answering the one question I had and very quick. 10/10 will be back.

I can not recommend Monroe Muffer on Oswego rd in liverpool enough. These guys are incredible! I was there for an inspection today and I can not explain how incredible they are. The guy at the front desk is an Angel! Today, he made a huge difference in my day and gave me hope!

I had a very pleasant visit. My appointment including oil change and state inspection took about an hour, very straight forward. My only complaint is how greasy my steering wheel and shifter felt after handling. Everything else was good! I was very excited when I realized they refilled my wiper fluid!! Extra bonus!! (Fulton Monroe always forgets).

Great shop! BJ and the crew has taken care of our older Nissan for years now and we couldn t be more pleased with the level of their work. I m surprised how fast they get the work done, most often it s same day service. 5 stars!

i had a poor customer/ mechanic conversation.i requested he not open my engine air filter boxhe vehemently insisted he "had to",because it was on hiscourtesy list. i found this very disheartning.his name was RICKY.both managers i dealt withwere polite.their names wereAUSTIN and CHRISi was not happy with this visit

Fantastic service by Chris at the front desk getting me in after 3 other stops to get my tire plugged....took my car right in on a Saturday afternoon.....excellent service with a smile.....very happy customer.....very professional staff

Took my car somewhere else for some muffler issues I was having and was told that I would be better off going elsewhere. Called my local Monro got the manager I believe and he told me to bring my vehicle right in. After inspection he jumped through hoops to get my vehicle back to me before closing. He had to call multiple places to get the correct parts and gasket he needed but just before closing the correct gasket showed up installed and had me out the door. Much thank you for getting it done in a very professional manner.

The staff at Monroe went out of their way to accommodate me in my recent visit. Because I was on a tight schedule it was necessary for them to search for tires for my car and get them installed in a reasonable time. They did an outstanding job. They are definitely a customer friendly place.

Great Service! Called in to get an appointment to have brakes checked at 2:30PM, appointment made for 4PM. They did a thorough inspection and had brake change finished (along with oil change and inspection) by 6:30PM. Fast service, friendly staff and a great price to boot! I have always done all my own repair work, and found the staff very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on anything I didn't need. Thanks so much.

The staff at this Monroe location is exceptionally knowledgeable and humble. I am not an avid car enthusiast, with that in mind, they keep me up to date on new technologies around the shop along with how exactly they work on my car. It is very calming to know that such a great team take care of my vehicle and clear up any misunderstandings I may have at any point in time. I have always been an advocate of time and patience. John (the store manager) exemplifies all the traits of a true leader. I say that because any normal manager can run a shop and manage an inventory of parts. But a true Leader can live values everyday that they instill on both their employees and customers they interact with on a daily basis. I have been going to this Monroe location for years...until John took over the shop I have never felt more comfortable with a mechanic shop. Monroe should most definitely put John on a pedestal as an example to other Monroe managers how a shop can be successfully run while also giving extraordinary customer service to the people in which they serve. I will continually, and proudly, take my car to the Monroe in Liverpool for all my automotive needs. No other Monroe location has come close to the level of customer service like the Oswego Road one. Very pleased and highly, with the most respect, recommended.

DO NOT go there alone if you are a young female. They will take advantage of you and use the most expensive products just for their store to gain more money. I have gone there for YEARS and have always paid $15 for a normal average oil change. Today I go there and he charged me $50!!! Saying he used the top notch oil that my car has never got before. Completely took advantage of me because I m a young female. Why didn t he think to look at my YEAR long history and use the same oil my car has ALWAYS used. DO NOT GO THERE unless you want a $50 oil change... not the mention the man working was completely unprofessional. Once my dad went there to question why he did such a foolish thing the MANAGER Bernard answered with does your daughter just say yes to everything EXCUSE ME?! What is that supposed to mean?? I will NEVER return there, that manager should be ashamed of his actions and comments. Completely disgusting.

My first visit was yesterday for some repairs and state inspection. Service was excellent and the manager kept me updated via phone while my car was being serviced. I highly recommend them.

Great quick service I was going away for the weekend but my brakes finally gave up, and one of the calipers was seized, they were able to get me in the next day. It is a bit pricey but they use good quality parts, super friendly and very effecient. Thank you to your wonderful team.

I was charged for diagnosis which my vehicle was already diagnose. $140 for them to tell me the same thing I told them. I was then quoted $500 over the actual cost to repair my vehicle. I will not ever do business with a place that wants to rob people. I had multiple quotes all were about $350 accept Monroe wanted $850. I may be a female but I m not stupid.

The guys here are amazing!!! Super fast service. And the guy behind the desk really went above and beyond running bk and helping the guy working on are car. Price was right and service out of this world I will be bring my car back when needed

They've never over sold me, and have been very clear and honest with my needs. I've never had to have work done twice. I have been using them for two to three years, and they've done work on two different vehicles. It's always worked out well.

Thought this place was cool until the manager Bernard Grant decided it was a good idea to shut the garage door in front of my face while i was talking to the technician about my vehicle. If i was any closer to the door it would of been closed on me. From the counter to the garage floor. I have never had a manager treat me in such a way. It was as if he didn't even want me in the place to begin with. What annoyed me the most was anything I asked him was met with a prompt "no". My guess if you want your customers to respect you. You say "hey welcome to Monro!' not, "what are you doing here?"
