I have been going to Hiram's for tires, brakes, oil changes and other mechanicals since 1998. Have had my Hondas, Toyotas, Jeeps, BMWs and Mercedes all serviced there. I have never received anything but excellent service, pricing and advice. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Aside from all of the great service, honesty is most important. Last week I brought one of my Jeep Grand Cherokees in that had recently been in a local (Cicero) Jeep dealer's service department for a warranty repair. While in their shop, they told me I needed new brake pads and rotors as they wouldn't pass inspection. I took it to Hiram's to do the work and received a call from Matt soon thereafter telling me my brakes were fine, 60% of the pads remaining, and did the inspection for me without issue. This is just a recent example of the honesty and integrity I have been fortunate to experience at Hiram's. It's why I do not go anywhere else.

Was referred to Hiram s and I was blown away (no pun) by the grade A service provided! These guys are ultra flexible, and friendly! Although I needed a special order tire they had it delivered prior to my service date to ensure punctuality. I waited for my vehicle at the facility, and they were finished almost 30 minutes ahead of schedule. When other 1st time customers showed up via walk in, they gave them necessary info to make the purchase that fit them and their budget, without pressure selling. So glad I was referred here Customer 4 Life !

Called in to ask about getting a new set of tires, and guy on the phone was incredibly unhelpful and gave wrong advice.Wasn't sure what size to get - couldn't use the stock recommendation b/c the car has aftermarket rims. Guy wanted to just use the size that's already on there and talked to me like I was stupid. I was thinking, how does he know that size is correct?In the end I called Firestone Auto, and the guy there recommended an online calculator. Turns out the circumference w/ the size I have now is too large. Who would've thought?Dunno if Hiram's guy was having a bad day or what, but I won't be getting my tires done at this place.

I always took my truck to Matt and the crew at Hiram s. They would fit me in and fix my issues at A reasonable price. As A single woman, I always felt comfortable and trusted their work. I highly recommend them.

Went to this business for a full brake job. Upon receiving the truck back (after a $1,200+ bill), the rear rotors were already rusted while the front looked brand new. Why would they use coated rotors on the front but not on the back (and charge the same ridiculous price)? Even still why would they be rusted day 1? Were they used? Were the old rotors sitting on the floor of the garage for months and they said oh let's just use these? Who knows - But what is known the owner will yell in your face and throw a fit like a child if you ask. I would stay FAR away from here!!!Service: Brake service & repair

They are the nicest people and are very honest. They have always helped me. They have even given rides home to my 96 year old grandmother when her car was in the shop so that she wouldn't be stuck waiting for it all day.

This is the only place that will ever touch my Ford F150, 2012 or my wife's 2018 Ford Explorer. We have been having these guys work on our vehicles for the past 10 years and to this day have nit had a bad experience. Our vehicles get serviced every 3500 miles and rotate the tires every other oil change. These guys do the best work. If they find something amiss they let us know with cost and time frame. They have replaced a strut, wheel bearings, brakes and other wearable items. Very friendly and polite. One can call to set an appointment or just come in for an oil change. They do try to accommodate everyone but they will be honest if they can't. Highly reccomended. Price is very competitive as well.

I took my 2005 Toyota Camry to these guys after going to multiple shops who misdiagnosed my car. These guys not only went over every inch of my car, but they called me before doing any work to it, just to make sure I could afford the work. They replaced my tie rods, control arms, battery, rac and pinion, taillight, and more as well as a wheel alignment. I could not be any happier with their service and their friendliness. I would happily recommend these guys, and as long as you don't try to rush them, they'll do a great job. They had my car in and out in a day. The labor may be expensive but your money will be well spent. Only one concern, they may have accidentally hit my brake line when they did the work but it was a lot of work. Hand them your keys, be patient and trust the quality of work for the price. I will trust them with my car any time. My family and I have been using Hiram's to work on our vehicles and they have always been upfront and honest about the work that is needed. I refuse to take my car anywhere else, even if it is for something small. They are professional, courteous and do what they say they are going to do. My car has been in the shop for 3 weeks. It was hard getting the parts for it. I go to pick it up today and there was another issue, so now I have to take it back to get it fixed. They do really good work and our pleasant to work with. I think it's just a little slow right now because of covid. I haven't ever had a problem with my car being gone for over 3 weeks at this garage.

Hiram's replaced a battery a month ago, new snow tires last week. They were great. Delivered on time. Fantastic service, reasonable price. I will be back!

Always a great experience. I've been taking my cars to Hiram's for years. They always give great service and are very reasonably priced on all services. Staff is very knowledgeable and are always accommodating in getting your vehicle in as soon as possible.

So my uncle used to personally know a gentleman who worked here. We visited him last year about my tires and he was able to put some patches on for no charge until we could make our way out there for tires. We came back out for the replacements and told them there was also an issue with the wheel bearing. The gentleman who worked there was no longer there and the man we spoke to came off rather arrogant in my opinion. My uncle can be pretty abrasive himself, but this man was pretty condescending as he explained the credibility of his own knowledge. I came out for the repairs and had no ride so I sat in the shop for hours waiting for everything to get done. They finished, charged me upwards of $890 and sent me on my way. Four new tires, inspection and the wheel bearing. This is 3 weeks later. Check engine light comes on. I m away on holiday so my father took it and found out there was a huge issue with the left wheel bearing (not the right one that they replaced) and so the issue only worsened. They claimed I never came in and that we were mistaken. I will never give my business to this establishment again. It s one thing to make a mistake, it s another to claim that the customer is lying about having received repairs. On top of that, rudeness is entirely unprofessional.

I can not personally comment on their quality of work because due to the rude, arrogant, and condescending attitude of the mechanic up front I decided not to do business with this particular company. I was told to fix my flat would be about 45 minutes, I chose not to do it because I mistakenly thought he was conveying that I could not be attended to in 45 minutes instead of the time of duration of the whole process. Instead of kindly explaining to me, he chose to aggressively convey the process again in a condescending manner. I d rather have a flat on the side of the road than to be disrespected by an employee of the establishment. However, the salesman up front was really nice and showed exceptional customer service. If you have subpar customer service and/or poor social interaction skills then you should not be any where near paying customers that the business and YOUR salary relies on. I will never want to spend money with this company and have no plans of going back.

We have had our vehicles serviced @ Hiram's for many years. Not only has the service been done correctly, and on time, but also accurate to the estimate. George, Angelo, and the rest are very accommodating- and they do great work.I highly recommend them.

When ever I need advice on the best tire to use on my personal vehicle's all I have to do is call Hiram's and I've never been disappointed with their advice. Friendly service at a competitive price. Always but my tires there.

Hiram's Is a great place to go ! They can be trusted for sure ! Neal is a great mechanic ! He knows what he's doing ! Russ at the counter is very nice also! They make you feel comfortable to be there !

This place is very honest and reputable.# of cars serviced: 9Ive been bringing my vehicle's to Matt for 20 + years now and never have had an issue. They do solid work and I trust them to look at any car from a used vehicle to a new one they are strait shooters and will let you know the best options for your current vehicle problems.I can tell you first hand, I have made the mistake of taking my vehicles to other local shops in the past and not once!! have I had as good of an experience or service then that recieved @ Hiram's Tire of Liverpool.I continue to be a satisfied customer.Thank you From a Local Liverpoolian also known as that mustang guy

Brought truck in had no brakes. They replaced drum. Told me it was done $500... they asked me if I was noticing the brakes catching/sticking prior to bringing it in. I say no? They say nothing to worry about it should go away. I pay and leave... If you apply the brakes then let up the brakes just stay applied until the truck stops...Took to dealer. The rubber sections of one of the brake lines were collaped... 30 dollar part that was on backorder. Knowing there was still something wrong with the brakes, I should not of been sent on my way....

ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Sometimes the prices can be a bit up there, but, like they USED to say "You get what you pay for". With Hiram's they are ate top notch.

This place is a pleasure to work with. They are prompt and honest. I only take my cars here for service. I trust them wth my vehicles. Brad is by far amazing and has bent over backwards to help me in my times of need..he always says dont worry we got you. Kevin also is a wonderful person who always makes sure I am happy and taken care of. I cant say enough about this place. Highly recommend...great service and great people.

We thought that using a small local shop would be a good experience. It wasn't! After spending $2400 on repairs tire sensor lights are still on. When we called to tell them ,a flew days later, we were met with rudness and would not accept the possibility that their mechanic may have broken the sensor in the tire. Previous to this we had to take the car back in after the first so called repair because it wasn't fully repaired. We will never take a vehicle there again.

I went for an inspection and hoped they wouldnt need to fix my ignition switch for it to pass. They didnt, but had to fix a couple other problems. A noise I complained about was still there, and my strut broke 3 days later. 10 min after I picked up the car, the engine starts surging on its own and the engine light went on. After 1500, I dont expect to have any more problems. NEVER again!!!
