Always timely with appointments and service. Always informative about maintenance that should be done now or when to expect. Actively communicates and confirms all services performed. Seeks out deals and offers to give customers the best "deals" on services. I feel comfortable sending my wife or daughter alone for service above the other locations in the area. Highly recommend not only based on the customer service, but also on workmanship. I have been a customer here since 2019 and have always been more than satisfied.

The quality of mechanic at this shop is very low. They installed 3 out of 4 snow tires backwards and did not properly torque the lug nuts with a torque wrench. Given that tires are their bread and butter, you would think that the mechanics would know how to mount directional snow tires and use a torque wrench. Sadly, they don't.Years ago I had a muffler heat shield rattling and I was at Firestone for an oil change so I asked them to fix the rattle. The mechanic used sheet rock screw to fix it. A few weeks later, my wife was vacuuming the car and asked me why the pointy end of a screw was poking through the carpet in the rear passenger foot well. After that incident I figured I would never have Firestone do mechanical work for me again but it was probably ok to keep having them do tires for me. based on my more recent experience outlined above I am reduced to only purchasing tires but having them installed elsewhere. I honestly would never let one of their mechanics touch my car again.In summary, if you want real mechanics, find a good independent shop. I took my car to my local independent for my most recent tire changeover and they got out the torque wrench and used properly and all the tires were installed in the correct direction.

Great, personable front of the house. Got a realistic time estimate, and lay of the land (local eating spots, since I was waiting,) and time results came in better than anticipated. This was my first time at this Firestone service center, and I'll back again, even thought it's not in my neighborhood.I'd recommend this service center to anyone.

If I could rate this place as 0 stars, I would. I cannot stress enough how incompetent this place is at doing the one thing they're designed to do: tires and tire change-overs. My family has been using this company for years and over time we have had countless bad experiences. But my last takes the cake and was the family's last straw for doing business here. I went for a tire change-over and we have stressed to them before: DO NOT "snug up" the lug-nuts with the impact gun. Well, needless to say, the "snugged up" the lug nuts with the impact gun. In the process, they destroyed the key to my locking lug nuts, scratched and chipped the coating on my BRAND NEW wheels, overfilled my tires, installed 3 of 4 winter tires backwards, and openly admitted to torquing my lug nuts down to the wrong spec- WHICH THEY HAVE INSISTED BEFORE: "We DoN't ToRqUe To AnYtHiNg BuT SpEc." We called the place after my visit to complain about the key to my lug nuts locks and the guy on the phone was absolutely miserable. He said: "oh no problem, we'll get it of for you with absolutely no problem so I have no idea why you're upset. " I will not let these guys touch my car, or go anywhere near it again. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DO NOT BRING IT HERE.

Where do I start with This Firestone Location? I used a different mechanic for years, which I will not name, and the problem with many chain mechanic locations is that there is lack of ETHICS and Morality when dealing with the public.... that COULD NOT Be Further From the Truth with this Firestone location! They start their business from the DRIVER, NOT The car.... they are REAL People who care about the PEOPLE they are working with! They treat you as a PERSON not a Payment, they are kind, understanding, and transparent .... don't find and squeeze in additional charges for NO REASON .... Fully inspect to ensure you are leaving their lot with a safe and reliable vehicle. I will FOREVER Trust my family and business vehicle with Frank and the guys at Firestone! Thank you for always making time for us!

They charged me over 600$ for a coolant flush, a fuel system cleaner, spark plug tune up. I went in to figure out what was wrong with my rpms going up fast, then when they gave me my car back the brakes were 85% not working. Then they told me I'd have to pay $3000+ to fix the brake. I only needed a new brake line and a transmission oil change.

Called a man named Chris answered got me an appointment to get my new tires put on that same day only took about an hour at the store they were kind and respectful made sure I knew what was going on the whole time 100% would recommend coming here with any issues. They are open 7 days a week and all we re working hard the whole time I was there.

I had my car towed here Saturday 4/15/2023 through my warranty company , wasn t sure what was going on with it maybe my alternator?!?! So I need to get a diagnosis test on it , so the shop can submit the report to the warranty company so I can start the process to get a rental car . I called the shop and explained It s under warranty and I ve been without a vehicle since saturday . No call .. I m still waiting to hear what the issue was 4 days later. They are polite and respectful . But it s honestly just super annoying that I still have no idea what s going on with my car and the warranty place won t even consider giving me a rental UNTIL THE DIAGNOSTIC REPORT IS GIVING TO THEM FROM THE SHOP I m missing work , appts. And I m a single mom so I literally just feel so defeated Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Was looking for a place to go by my house so I didn't have to sit in the lounge for 8 hrs. Went once to compare prices for rear brakes and they had the best out of the 3 shop's. Made an appointment and they actually held it! Dropped my car and within 3 hrs they had my car on lift brakes done bck off the lift and called me to pick it up. Customer service was great, work was done in a orderly time, they didn't push anything on me and it was done right the first time. 4/5 stars

Went in for tire rotation. I have directional tires. There is only one way to rotate directional tires; front to rear, rear to front. Apparently, someone missed that class in tire school. My front tires were swapped left to right, right to left, thus reversing the tire orientation. I explained this when I returned. My tires were switched back to their original position, which ignored my original request. When I asked about correcting the issue, I was met with ignorance. Well, I don t know what the original agreement was ( paraphrasing ). I am currently down the street at their competitor getting the service I originally asked for.( P.S. It was done free of charge.) I had been a customer for years. I m done.

I want to start with saying that I have not had many good interactions with most firestones that I have been to. However I gave this one a call yesterday 12/8/22 and spoke with a guy named Chris on the phone about getting my tire balanced after getting a flat on a brand new tire, and having to replace the tire right before Christmas. I was having an absolute terrible week, but he didn't know that. He ended up helping me out and I left feeling a little less defeated because he was just kind, and genuine. Not everyone is, and working in a customer based environment I know that as an employee who deals with customers face to face daily - that people can get worn down and become a little cold, and bitter. Chris was the opposite, and restored my faith in firestone. I appreciate the help, the friendly supportive attitude. I hope whoever reads this knows that they have a good person on their staff, and they tell him they appreciate him too. Thanks Chris!

Car need nyi dropped off for simple nyi waiting for phone call no one call so I called come fined out battery was dead .I went over fine out more information so they tried to jump battery it still wouldn't start so I put my jump on it it started just fine so I was confused and mad as he'll somebody or someone playing money business or something else either way I m thinking there trying to charge me for something it doesn't need .Im going to rethink to take car back there I have other people who can inspect the with no funny business im so disappointed with there service .

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED HERE.Took my Ford F150 in for an inspection due to a grinding and whining noise from the rear of the vehicle. Even though they were able to identify the noise and where it was coming from. They told me everything was fine and it was fine to drive on. One week later the rear differential imploded and the truck was stranded on the side of the road. Repair cost was $4000 for something they could have caught and fixed and the time of inspection.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Only business they're in is making $ any way they can. NOT customer service. Brought here only because soonest appointment available for inspection. Failed because of tire damage; but they 'do not sell' my tire (because not Firestone brand) YET still finished inspection so they could say they did & therefore charge me the $21 NYS fee PLUS scraped sticker off windshield so forced to pay ANOTHER $10 re-inspection. Called Mavis, Monro, pep boys; ALL which Firestone suggested & ALL 3 told me they would NOT have charged me NOR scraped sticker off had I gone to them. Instead they said they would have replaced tire so passes & ONLY then charge me $21. Lesson learned. AVOID Firestone.

I have had 2 great experiences there so far. Dave has been awesome both times. Super nice and helpful. I've brought my one year old there both times, he loves watching the workers and trys following them around. Dave and all the workers have been absolutely great with him, playing peek a boo and talking to him when he shows them his toys. They have also been fair with the work. They don't try giving me a bunch of bull about my car needing this or that done soon or my car will break down like other shops like to do when a woman walks in. They will definitely see me there again.

Our rear tire began rapidly leaking air while we were driving across the state, forcing us to stop in Syracuse just an hour before store closing time. By the time we got there, both rear tires were in need of repair. The technicians were able to get us signed in, diagnosed, and back on the road by 6pm with two brand new tires.This is my second time doing business with Firestone, both for emergency repairs. The customer service has always been fantastic and they even help you get the best deal.Without their help, my girlfriend and I wouldn't have been able to make work tomorrow. Luckily, thanks to the guys at Firestone, it was only a minor bump in the road (pun possibly intended) for our trip.All in all, I couldn't be happier to reccomend this Firestone to anyone in need of vehicular repair.

We've been bringing both our cars here for about five years. These guys are incredible! They completely bend over backwards to do everything possible to help their customers. I am so impressed with their level of service that I won't go anywhere else. I've even been pushing my Dad to have his vehicles serviced here and have even offered to bring them in. Tonight in particular Tony so overwhelmed me by going above and beyond for me that I felt compelled to ask if I could hug him! I am so grateful for Tony and the rest of the crew at the Old Liverpool Rd Firestone. Thanks, team! I will continue to be your most enthusiastic cheerleader!

I am so extremely thankful for this location. They are always so willing to help and educate. I would ve lost $2500 in my car if I didn t come here before making a decision. They look out for what s best for a customer instead of trying to earn as much money as they can and it s great to have mechanics like that.

I bought two new front tires here, I got to my appointment at 9:15am and I was on my way to work at 10am. Friendly and fast service, when I have to get rear tires I will absolutely come back.
