Great store...garage! Made appointment and showed up 15 min. early for car inspection. They pulled my car right in and I sat in their comfortable waiting room. Paid a very reasonable ( very) and headed down the road about 40 minutes later.

The Firestone shop I usually go to was closed due to a potential COVID contact. So I was directed to the Firestone on Old Liverpool Rd. and the staff was very nice and they were able to squeeze me in to get my inspection, tires rotated and checked. Super nice people to deal with when I was in a bind.

I was helped by two employees who were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out within an hour without an appointment. I was having an awful morning and they made my day so much better. The two gentlemen were honest and didn't try to talk me into a service I didn't need. Exceptional Service!!

This firestone is a lot better the the Firestone on Erie Boulevard one people the aren't nice this one i came to people was way nicer
