Mike has been my mechanic since I moved to the area. He is honest, dedicated, and works to give vehicles the work they need without bleeding customers. His work is top notch and offers discounts for paying cash and getting all your brake work done there. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough great things about Big Mike's. They were phenomenal. He got me in on an emergency and went above and beyond. He didn't over charge and wouldn't let me pay a penny more than I was supposed to. I still wished they would have let me buy them all lunch! They are truly a gem. I can't thank them enough!!! I would recommend anyone I know know to them!!! I am very grateful!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Auto battery maintenance

Big Mikes? More like a big Headache. I took my car here because I felt the power steering was off and I also wanted an oil change. I was called and told an oil change would cost $71 and to drive test it was about another $65 to figure out the power steering. I thought this was a bit pricey but my car was already there so I went ahead and gave the thumbs up on that. I then receive a call being informed that it was most likely the steering shaft and to dig in and look at it would cost me $700+ . just in labor Really? I decided not to go ahead with this. I am originally from the Rochester area so I decided to get a second opinion from my guy back home, 1st off he (my guy back home)charges nothing for a test drive ( as do most mechanics FYI) and he came back to tell me all that was needed was some lubricant. Cost less than $20. So happy I said no as I already feel robbed from what I spent at Big Mikes, do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place they don t know what they are doing or talking about.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had a run of a bad luck with my truck and I had to put it in the shop twice in two weeks for 4 separate issues (Completely different areas of the vehicle, its not anything they missed). Mike and Dan were absolute professionals and delivered outstanding service. The truck is running great, their estimated completion times were spot on, and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My boyfriend gets his car repaired here and highly trusts tony and mike. Yesterday morning my car was having some issues and wasn t able to get towed till after this location closed. Less than 24 hours later my vehicle was diagnosed and repaired. The team at Big Mikes are quick and thorough but most respectable, honest. Thank you guys for making my first unexpected visit go as smooth as possible!

I had an okay experience at Big Mike's. I cam in with a fairly simple issue and over $1000 I was back where I started. After the second round of "diagnosis", which took all day he recommended that I take it to a dealer. The diagnosis was free which was a positive and I very much appreciated that. My regular mechanic in Buffalo was able to diagnose the problem over the phone (while half drunk) and fix the issue completely plastered. Not sure how Mike missed it. Like I said, very okay experience. Labor prices and part mark up are reasonable, but his diagnosis skills leave a lot to be desired.

I have been going to this shop for at least 5 years now. They have always treated me and my car well! Have saved me so much money that other repair places wouldn't think twice to charge for and Mike's does not reccomend anything that you absolutely do not need. Occasionally suggestions are made that ultimately might need to be done anyway but I've never felt overcharged or taken advantage of from his place ever. I think the bad reviews are from people who like to cause issues imo.

Big Mike's is within walking distance of my apartment; that was the reason we initially started going here. Besides being convenient, though, Mike is great. We have brought both our vehicles in several times and I'm always happy with the service and the value we receive.

A Perfect Repair ShopThey know cars and are a knowledgeable repair shop.They never try to add on or force repairs.When I know what needs to be repaired they are able to quote me a price and they stick to it. (SO RARE)The first couple times I didn't tell them that I knew the issue as a test to see if they tried to charge for parts that I don't need and they NEVER did.I trust these guys more then any repair shop in the 25 years I have been getting car repairs.You can trust that this team will get you exactly what you need, keep you informed and get you a reasonable price.If you take your car anywhere else in Liverpool it would be a mistake.They have my business and my family's business for life.THANK YOU BIG MIKE for the great service and for taking a huge and confusing piece of life and making it easy.

I would highly recommend big mike's service center. Mike has been my mechanic for over 8 years. He dose outstanding work at a reasonable price. If your looking for a long-term relationship with a mechanic, he's the guy for you. Do not be afraid to contact me for my experiences at big Mike's

I had a full synthetic oil change done on my high mileage Subaru Legacy and Mike not only did a great job, but it was done quickly. The larger part I value about Mike's service is that he took extra time to go over my car in person and point out potential points of improvement in the future (CVT flush, new struts, etc). I appreciated his interest in making my car last, and helping me achieve that goal.

As a female I am always leary of were to take my vehicle. I was having an electrical problem. I took it to BIG MIKE'S and am thrilled I did.They got it in promptly, evaluated it, contacted me with the cost and repaired it.It was reasonable, speedy and a perfect job. I will always bring my vehicle there because I trust them. There is no price you can put on trust.

I had issue with my Battery charge. The reason was oil leakage. Alternator was covered with oil. Theu did real good job. And more over now I got warranty for 24 monthes and 24 k miles. I am happy.

Brought car there for transmission. It cost nearly 2,800. I had to bring it back 3 times. Car was worse than when I brought it there. This place is a major rip off. Also, I know someone else who approached me and said they were ripped off by hundreds of dollars too. Wish I had known that before. My car was totaled in accident or I would have sued! #truth

Great service and good pricing. They have yet to try to sell me something I do not need and they always get my vehicle in and out in a reasonable time. I could not be happier with their service and they are my "go to" place for all of my automotive work.

Usually don t write reviews but this place has really been treating me well. Great customer service! Fast and efficient. Doesn t try to overprice women. I 100% recommend everyone to go here. The workers are very kind and hardworking.

Honest and trustworthy mechanic. Only charges a half hour instead of a hour for diagnosis unlike other shops! ASE certified technician! 10 stars!!!
