Bayberry automotive has been a fantastic establishment to work with since we moved to area 3 years ago. We were concerned about finding a high quality, straightforward, and honest mechanic who wouldn't inflate cost or overdiagnose our cars issues. They are the best experience we have had, and we are happy to be a return customer.John in particular has been extremely kind, respectful, and has handled every unexpected update or challenges with grace and upfront communication. He has always communicated updates from the techs in a timely manner, answered every question, and has been more than generous when unexpected circumstances change the plan.Definitely the place to go!

I called with a problem in my car, and the people working were very clear about wanting to help. Everyone listened to ny description of the problem well, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They told me straight-up that I would be better off checking in with the dealership, and they were extremely professional about making sure I received the best care. This mechanic definitely passes the personality test.

John and crew always take care of my vehicles for 6-7 years now. And we aren't that kind of family that buys new cars or trucks, if you catch my drift... But whenever we bring something in its always a positive experience. And Mackenzie is just the best...a pleasure to work with all around!

Brought my wife s vehicle in for a second opinion on the brakes. John and his crew found that I didn t need all the parts that the other place said I did. They were need able to work on the vehicle on the spot. Every time I have gone to Bayberry Automotive John and his guys have always been great to work with and stand by their word. Highly recommend this place.

I took my Mitsubishi mirage here with a check engine light on and it needed an inspection. John and his crew found out the problem quickly and fixed it very reasonably. He was very honest and forthcoming.I always hesitate going to repair shops due to being a female and in the past at other shops being talked down to, or subjected to unnecessary repairs, etc. But not here!Bayberry Auto is a fantastic place and I totally trust them with my car. Everyone I encountered there was also pleasant and friendly! Wish I could give them more stars. My car runs like new now and I am so thankful, and so happy I went here!

I have lived in this area for 42 years, and I can t believe I m just coming to this business. They are the nicest people. I love that the parents have instilled such a strong work ethic into their children to the point where their daughter wants to work there. That says a lot. To me, that is the only reference I need. Okay, where do I start honest, compassionate, professional, competitively priced, amazing customer service, exceptional workmanship!!!! I feel like I m dropping off my car to a trusted family member. Now, I will only take my car to Bayberry Automotive. Thank you sooo much! I would highly recommend this business!

We stopped by at noon on Feb. 13th to put air in our RF tire. John suggested we check back after lunch to put the car up and check the tire. He found a nail, removed it and patched the tire all within 30 minutes!A few years ago we contacted John to have our car battery replaced. He advised us our battery was still under warranty and to contact the dealer. He could have sold us a new battery, but his ethics would not allow him to do so!

Popped a tire yesterday and called them at noon and they were able to fit me in the very next day, had my exact tire, AND had me in and out in 30 minutes. Very customer focused team and will definitely be returning for any car service needs!

PHENOMINAL! I can't express my experience with any other word in the English dictionary and wish their were more stars to pick! I have never had to worry about whether this shop was honest and have never had to wonder if this shop knew what they were doing. I have always had the best experience with this shop, they are very friendly and knowledgeable I suggest ANYONE contact John if you have any automotive needs, you'd be dumb not to! Bayberry Automotive is the only place I trust. Professional, honest hard working staff. Courtesy calls are made with straight forward answers and prices. Given thorough explanations. My quotes have been dead on or end up less! Let s just say I always walk away feeling great! Not walking away feeling I was taken! Awesome people John and McKenzie bend over backwards for you. After 4 trips to the dealer, my neighbor recommended I try Bayberry Automotive. I am so happy I did. At 66 years old I've had vehicles serviced at many a location over those years.Once I met these professionals I'll never go to anyone else.
