Muhammad was an excellent service representative. He helped me choose exactly what was needed. Four new tires for my car at an excellent price!Service was friendly, informative, and efficient. I ve only ever had an inspection performed here, but they ve attempted to sell me a litany of other services. And for that I give the low rating, because I believe they dishonestly try and upcharge unknowing customers. They told me my cabin air filter needed to be changed following my NYS inspection. I declined and inspected the filter myself at home this requires disassembly and removal of the glove box, something the technicians absolutely did not do during my NYS insp. The filter was fine. I ve also been told that my wipers were dry and recommended replacement. They were also fineThough the pep boys has online reservations, that really doesn t mean anything. Every time I ve booked online they were unable to honor my apt time and said it would take a few hours to perform the inspection. I recommend going to a local shop and supporting local business.

Great service 10/10. Took my car in for new tires and an alignment. Being a woman often times mechanics try to scam you into overcharging and pushing to do more to your car than what s needed.. not these guys!

If I ever need to go back to a Pep Boys, this will definitely be the location I'll come back to. I had my tires installed in the Baldwin Pep Boys and somehow my tires weren't balanced. So I went back there complaining that my car was shaking and they did a wheel alignment but still didn't balance it. So I decided to go in to another Pep Boys and this location was very friendly and helpful! They even help me with my wheel locks by replacing them with a spare I had.

Please stop sending me emails daily to rate your service. I paid for an oil change and received an oil change. My engine did not fall out afterwards. What am I supposed to say?

Very good service took both my vehicles here for an inspection. Both done in a matter of a few hours. No issues. One of the workers there named Peter.A will take care of you!!

Came in for a tire leak, took a little longer than I feel like it should but honestly it was fine. Peter was great, good dude and I love the detailed report with photos and descriptions! I m so use to old shops that don t have that so I was very surprised. Def will be going back for other car related issues.

Came to get an oil change,brake job and get air in my tires.Peter A and Jose was very helpful,got in quickly,great customer service.They know what their doing and exactly what you need.I would definitely recommend this specific Pepboys because these two men are absolutely amazing at their jobs.

Fantastic work. They were able to diagnose my car s shaking issue after seeing 3 other people. They recommended the solution and I ll be back to get it fixed once I have the necessary parts. Overall diligent, thorough and kind individuals.

Been coming to this pep boys for years now and the service and staff never fail! The manager Peter is very insightful and helpful. The mechanic Jose is by far the most trusting person I have ever met to fix my car 10/10 a great man that knows what he s doing. Rafael has also helped me when needed for tires or oil changes a very bright young man. The staff gets things done I would recommend them to everyone and anyone!!

I went here to get an oil and filter change. Douglas at the desk was friendly and acknowledged me as soon as I entered their establishment. There is a small waiting area with two chairs for customers and a flat screen TV. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Cost was about $100 for synthetic oil and filter change. Overall I was happy with the service.

Went to get my oil changed and they didn t put the drain plug back on and almost blew my motor.Then the same night after I left them to get serviced, I get pulled over and given a ticket for a bad headlight they didn t notice somehow.Never coming here again.

I regularly bring my car to this Pep Boys , Peter R. and his team are always polite , courteous and hardworking, my car is always repaired in a timely fashion, Mohammed , Rafael , and Jose are other team members that stand out to me, that provide a great service! I recommend this Pep Boys location to anyone seeking car repair.

Peter A and his team were excellent. Not only did they get me in and out with a new set of tires, but they took the time to look over my car and inform me of other issues with my car that I need to address before they become big problems, like my nearly worn out front brakes and leaking differential cover. Thanks again guys. Two thumbs up.

They live up to their motto. Not pushy but practical. I had thought I could put off installing a new battery until I was shown the acid leaking from it, they definitely saved me a headache. Great service

Visited PepBoys #6406 for replacing one tire. They did a great job. I waited for the service at the store, and they not only replaced the tire but did an inspection of the car. I know it's done to get you to authorize additional services, but for me it is helpful to have a second pair of eye on the car. Pep Boys provided updates on the status via text messages and I was able to pick up the car in two hours. Very satisfied with this location.

I had an EXCELLENT experience at THIS PARTICULAR Pep Boys location (Lindenhurst on MONTAUK Hwy). When I called to inquire, someone named Peter A. picked up the phone RIGHT AWAY and answered all of my questions. FYI - I was shocked I didn't have to go through countless voice prompts! While on the phone, he was able to schedule a SAME DAY appointment for me. After I brought my car to the shop, Peter A. called me very shortly thereafter to tell me what repairs needed to be done as well as the price. I gave him the go ahead and he told me my car would be ready by 5:30 pm THE SAME DAY! I was thrilled! Peter called me AGAIN 2 hours later (about 5:30pm) to tell me my car was ready! Overall, this was one of the best experiences I ever had dealing with a car repair shop!! The customer service was AMAZING and the extremely speedy service was greatly appreciated! Also, I was VERY HAPPY with the price! I will definitely be returning to this Pep Boys location in the future!

I had a bit of anxiety given my electric vehicle needed all 4 tires replaced. However, I had a good conversation with Pete A. who was knowledgeable and address all my concerns. The team provided an excellent job within a reasonable amount of time. I was able to track the vehicles progress and pay my invoice thru a link. I highly recommend this shop and repair team at Pep Boys.

Needed a oil change on my Jeep Gladiator and I was trying to set it up for the next day early if possible I spoke to the manager and he was very accommodating I got there at 8:30 AM and he got the truck right in and did a good job on my truck overall it was a good experience the manager is top notch and a a nice guy

Excellent service! Peter A. was extremely knowledgeable and broke down (in layman's terms) the specifics of what was wrong with my vehicle, what the recommendations were and work entailed as well as was able to answer all of my questions regarding possible ramifications of delaying service. I did not feel pressured to authorize my repairs or felt that there was unwarranted work being recommended. It is a small shop but I would definitely recommend this location over other larger locations (I have been to several on LI) simply because there is more one on one attention given to discuss vehicle repairs and/or maintenance. Also, a plus is that they call you when they say they will. Would return again.

This Pep Boys never lets me down!!! Fantastic people who work there....Doug, Wade and all the Mechanics! My daughter and I go here whenever we have a car issue and they are incredibly accommodating and nice! I have called other locations and the customer service was just not there! These workers should be commended for the great job they do! We need more places like this and more people that care like they do! I am a Customer Service Director in the medical field so I am very critical about the service I get outside of my job. Thank you for always treating us so well and for caring about our needs!

Peter A. Assistant Store Manager at the (Lindenhurst) location gave exceptional service and demonstrated true professionalism today. Not only to myself but to others.He had outstanding patience and customer service skills.He took time to explain preventive measures that would help in the future.A definite A++ for Pep Boys.

I needed 2 tires and Pep boys had a super deal if you got 4 but the price for 2 of their featured touring sport tires was still great. I made an appointment they got my car in as soon they could serviced it and the tires ride real nice.
