I have never had a positive experience at an autobody shop, but Dominic and his crew exceeded my expectations! My car blew earlier this week and not only did they fix the issue in a timely manner, but they also corrected some minor flaws for a super fair price. He is truly looking out for his customer's and is kind and keeps you informed throughout the process. Ever since I started coming to Knights Auto Services, I refuse to go to another shop.

Best mechanic ever! Dominic extensive mechanical knowledge and honest to God truth is very fair with his prices! Saved me many times with my Grand Cherokee Jeep, I don't have it anymore. Dominic added 10 more years to my Jeep. I'm very satisfied with knights auto!

Owner was rude. Its like this place forgot that customers pay their bills. I came for an inspection I was told to wait 10 minutes I did. Ended up being 30 minutes. Then comes the owner acting as if he was on drugs looking at my car saying it had tinted windows.. when it's a stock window hyundai elantra 2013. Proceeded to call me a liar when I spoke to him on the phone two minutes prior about what happened. Then whines he has no time for this. The guy is extremely unstable. Please avoid no reason to give buisness to these guysWhat I said was since your mechanic eased dropped on me was I'd gladly pay over 100 dollars for them to do the inspection at this time. You started off with an attitude when I was grateful you even considered it. An your mechanic though a nice guy needs his hearing checked. I did go to pep boys but they didnt fail me, the inspector wasn't there to do one. Learn some manners and dont give me that memorial day stuff it was Saturday not Monday.

Loud mouth people. Was looking for a mechanic as my car had trouble starting and mistook their garage since im new to the area. Tried parking outside their shop on the road. Then someone came out yelling asking what is it i wanted in a very aggressive manner. I was trying to park OUTSIDE on a PUBLIC ROAD NOT BLOCKING ANYTHING OR ANYONE. Owner used profanity and told me to leave because apparantly, a public road was their property and if im looking for another shop, i should go to their side. Never coming back nor recommending that shop to anyonw! Went to the shop next to them. Owner was friendly. A total 180.

My tired popped at 11 at night, I looked online and seen KNIGHTS AUTO SERVICE the only place open on a Saturday night at 11pm called and they told me to come by, I drive my car with a flat to the shop, they put a donut on for me they were so friendly and treated me like family

Dominic is an amazing mechanic i take my cars to him for everything always a fair price for his work and the quality of his work is beyond amazing and he deals with the customers himself which is hard to find i can not say enough good things about him thank you dom thank you knights auto

Terrible Service. The owner, (Renda), is nasty and rude. No surprise given his reputation in the town of lindenhurst. Stay away!
