If you are reading this review and looking for an auto body shop, stop looking and just go to Electra. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and they made the process of dealing with repairs and the insurance company incredibly easy and stress-free. I honestly can't recommend them enough!

Electra auto body is the only body shop I would ever recommend . Not only have they fixed my car which thankfully was many years ago they now completely transformed my elderly Mother's car last month. Eddie and his amazing office staff literally swooped in like Angels and made the entire process easy, efficient and stress free. My Mom who is very nervous normally about everything was totally at ease, they made her car look completely brand new , literally like it just stepped out of the dealership . I should probably mention that her car is going on 10 years old, so for it took look brand new again is no easy task! Eddie is a professional, a gentleman and an all around amazing human being. His office staff was so patient and sweet and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you for helping me and a big thank you for helping my Mom Doreen! If I could leave a 10 star review I would unfortunately the maximum star allotment is 5 but Electra certainly deserves the highest rating possible! Thank you for everything

Exceptional service! I had 2 accidents this year and my insurance was not much help at all. The wonderful staff helped me from start to finish with the whole process. And the best part is, my car always comes back looing brand spanking new! Highly recommend!

Don't Hesitate! The owner takes care of your vehicle as if it was his own. First time client, received an honest opinion and expectations were clearly laid out. I was driven to the rental car company, the following day received a phone call with an update, the truck was ready for pickup as scheduled and all insurance paperwork handled. The repair was flawless, and as impressive was the delivery; detailed inside and out, showroom condition! This local shop over-delivers on both quality and customer satisfaction.

I have so many good things to say about the team at Electra! After someone hit my parked car and damaged the entire back end,we brought it to here based on a recommendation from my hubby s friend and I m so glad we did. The entire Electra team (front office staff, Eddie, and the whole shop team) did a wonderful job: they helped us navigate the insurance claim, finished the job quickly, and made the process painless. The best part: when I got my car back, it was like getting a whole NEW car: they cleaned and detailed my car inside and out (it smelled amazing), they even touched up a few other areas of body that had dents and dings not related to the accident. We highly recommend Electra, and will continue taking our cars there!Service: Body & Trim

After an accident where the entire passenger side of my car was sideswiped, my insurance agent asked if i had a body shop. I did not. She recommended I call Eddie at Electra since she knew him for years. Even though Electra was a bit out of my way, I am grateful I trusted her. My entire experience at Electra, from the minute I drove in, was excellent. Eddie is responive to questions, knows the answers, follows up and does excellent work. Donielle, who works in the office, is effeciant and friendly. Talk about a body shop that makes you feel like you are part of the family. Bjorn and Eddie were fantastic after my brand new Audi Q5 was hit from behind. The repair process was quick and simple. They were also able to get me a rental car in no time. My father was in the business and he said that the repairs performed were top notch after his thorough inspection. Wow when I said I hoped it wouldn t take too long, I couldn t believe less then 24 hours and I get a call from Eddie saying your car is finished and when would you like to pick it up! I have to say, what a wonderful experience at Electra Auto body I had. This place is a must for all your auto body needs. They are professional, friendly, timely and clean. I brought my Jeep in and did not have to do anything but hand over my keys. My Wrangler looks like a brand new car and I am so happy with how it came out. It is not possible to find a more conscientious, honest, Autobody shop! Eddie and his entire staff are the ultimate professionals not only in their work, but in the way they treat their clients. This is the 3rd tie I have used them and each time my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. They have been consistently on the money every single time. The work is top notch and you don't sit around for weeks wondering when you will get your vehicle back. Maria and Eddie both are in constant communication with you from start to finish! The shop is spotless! Eddie went way above and beyond to make sure I had my vehicle back in time for my planned vacation. I would never consider any other shop!

I had a accident and brought my car here. In the past i have been to other places that i had issues with after work was done. Electra auto body was top notch since being greeted in the office to picking car up and leaveing. The work was amazing!

This is definitely a quality body shop. The owner, Eddie, was very pleasant and professional. He really went above and beyond..!! Honest.. and fast, yet PERFECT body work. My car looked brand new, like nothing ever happened. I couldn't be happier. I'm not at all surprised that all your reviews are 5 stars..!!

Both Eddie and Fernando are professional and easy to work with. We had our brand new car hit a dear and Fernando made entire process of working with the insurance smooth and kept us informed on the progress of the car. They followed up after delivery to make sure we were satisfied. We even had one issue with the parking cameras after a few days and they took it immediately and resolved it on the spot. Their facility is clean and everyone who works there is very friendly.

We have used Electra for all of our auto body needs for the past few years and as always they never let us down. Eddie and Fernando always go the extra mile to make sure everything goes smooth with the insurance company and you are always paying the best price. Their staffs help with getting my rental car the last time we where in was incredible, they walk you right through the process so you never have a problem. Can t express how impressed I am with the attention to detail and dedication. I went in to the shop today for work that needed to get done on my Mercedes and after pointing out a safety concern with my tires, Eddie personally called a tire shop nearby to ensure I get the tires I needed as soon as possible. Eddie and his team exude a level of care and customer service that is unparalleled. Thank you so much!

Eddie and Fernando always make the whole process of getting into an accident as painless as possible. From dealing with the insurance company for me to even going out of there way to walk me two store fronts over to help me set up my rent a car. They always charge me a reasonable price and fix my car in a timely manner, I never had a single complaint on my one to many visits here. I highly recommend this auto body shop if you want your car fixed by friendly professionals!

I have had nothing but amazing experience with Electra Body Shop. They are professional and extremely skilled with their work and repairs. They are quick to diagnose any problem and rectify any issues that I have had with my vehicle. Having auto issues is extremely stressful, the customer service at Electra helps ease the stress, resolve the problem in a timely fashion, and helps you throughout the way to make it seamless.I highly recommend Electra to anyone, I drive from Queens to go to them. They are the only Auto Body shop I trust and feel comfortable with to assist me with any issues that arise. Also, they are extremely personable and want to help you thru out the process. They take pride in the their work.

Electra Auto Body is excellent, 5-Stars all the way from start to shiny finish! When my brand new, VW Jetta became damaged in the rear with only 125 miles on it, I was genuinely upset. My first move was to contact the dealership to ask who they recommend to repair it. This is what lead me to Electra Auto Body in Lindenhurst, and it was where I met Bjorn and Eddie for the very first time. These gentlemen made me and my family feel at ease. They took care of everything including assisting me with the insurance company to complete the estimate. They pointed out additional damage to the car that was not easy to see and set me up for the proper repair work. The entire Electra Auto Body team was very detailed. They explained everything step-by-step and showed me exactly what was being done to fix my car. In the end, they made this brand new vehicle look BRAND NEW again. They even did something extra special on the car that made me smile from ear-to-ear. Electra Auto Body delivered first-class service and quality work that is perfect and guaranteed. As a first time customer, I was one hundred plus percent happy with my experience at this shop. I was grateful to be back on the road better than ever, both on-time and as promised. If you are reading this positive review, please know that Electra Auto Body is the real deal in auto repair. I highly recommend them, along with being confident that they will deliver for you too. THE BEST!!!! I brought my car (2009 997 Turbo) into this shop and I can honestly say that I finally found an HONEST and RELIABLE shop! The service, professionalism and the qualuty of their work is SUPERB!!! I can t say enough about this body shop. I just picked up my truck and I am just blown away. From the customer service I received to my car looking like nothing ever happened to it. My truck is an off white pearl color that the dealer said would be hard to match and they did it. I will never use another body shop. Thank you for never making us feel like a customer but treating us like family.

The Service is amazing, and they took care of everything from soup to nuts meaning they got in touch with the insurance company, they drove me to the rental place to rent a car and said they would pick me up when it was time to drop the rental down the block my bumper had to be replaced on my civic and they fixed the alignment as well. I will always use them.
