My husband went and ordered brakes and paid for them and was told that would be there at noon the next day. So we wasted gas and by the way it's 4.40 a gallon to find out that they never ordered them. To then be told that they had to reorder and they would have them the next day at noon. Well before I waste more gas money I will be calling to see if they did order them this time. And if they don't have them they can give me my money back that has been taken out of my account already.

The new location is great! The store is better stocked, well lit and organized. The new staff are friendly and I had a much better experience with the new store under new management than I did with the old. I used to go clear to Batavia for parts because I didnt feel like dealing with the local store which often wouldn't have what I needed anyways and the gentlemen behind the counter were often rude and condescending. Now I foresee using this location more often.

My tractor broke Left rear wheel. Could find no parts no where, stopped at NAPA in Leroy late and yhe gentleman working there went out of his way to help me.

Ordered a part got the run around for 3 weeks about not having unloaded the truck, it was then delivered to the wrong store, now they sold it without calling us to let us know they finally got it.

I arrived at 7:30 they were closed. Website said open until 8 pm.
