It was a great experience despite the many hurdles we had to go through to get myself a car. Marc, Jeff and Mike are fantastic and have helped me through the process of getting my Nissan Kicks. I wanted a used rogue at first but was surprised by the Kicks. It is such a cute compact SUV. It serves its purpose and gets me what I need out of it. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for helping me get a car. Definitely will recommend this team of people to those who want a Nissan in the future.

I've had a great experience at Wally's Nissan of Latham. I brought my car in for an inspection and wheel alignment. They estimated it would take an hour and a half, but they finished well before that. During the inspection, they noticed that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I agreed to have them replaced, and they completed the work in less than an hour. As a result, my car passed the inspection. Overall, I'm delighted with the service I received at Wally s Nissan. The customer service was excellent!

First time stopping in and it was great service. You drive in and they come out and get you checked in right away. I wasn't there very long, just to inspect a couple things for a recall. Told me about an hour and a half and it was only an hour. Plus they washed the car when they were done.

Automatic overhead doors open as your vehicle pulls up. After you drive into the service bay, the doors automatically close. The service area is very clean and neat, appears to be well organized. My appointment was for 7am. When I arrived at 7am, they were ready and waiting for me. I stayed in the customer waiting area and relaxed in the comfortable chairs as they performed the transmission service on my Nissan Frontier pickup. They sent E-mail estimate to my smartphone for approval. No phonetag game, this is helpful when someone drops vehicle off in the morning and goes to work. They were done with the service in about an hour.

When I arrived, I was immediately met by very courteous staff. One gentleman took my X-terra into the garage and the other gentleman signed me in. They checked my vehicle per the Recall Notice that I received and determined that I did need the part. They scheduled my next appointment to have the part installed. I was in and out in no time at each appointment. I would highly recommend Wally's Nissan. You won't be sorry.Deb D

I m extremely irritated with this facility. It is so hard to get assistance or get anyone on the phone. After days of trying I was able to get set up with an appointment for a simple car key replacement. I dropped my car off and picked it up the next day with no issues. About a week later my key started not working properly causing me to be locked out of my car not once but twice. I ve called several times and left several Messages. No one has gotten back to me. I should not be going through this after spending $450+ on a freaking car key and fob

My service appointment went great, they changed the oil, (second of the free oil changes within a year of signing the lease, that I got at the signing of the lease agreement)They rotated the tires for what I consider to be an average going rate cost.They didn't find the annoying noise I asked about that is still in the vehicle, but I assume I would have had to test drive with a technician in the car to recreate the sound and point it out in order for them to know what I am talking about and that never actually happened.

I took my frontier in for service for a transmission issue. I was out of state for a month so a relative took care of any updates on the truck. It was always a different story when we called about the parts that were ordered. One day they were there and then the next day they re being delivered? They had the truck for 6 weeks. I know they were a little short staffed but 6 weeks is a little ridiculous. They were ready to give my relative the keys back but I had a loaner so it had to be returned before the truck was released. When I showed up I was hoping I would be in and out but they told me the battery was bad and they had to jump it to get it off the lift. So at first they were going to give my relative the keys knowing the battery was bad? If my relative took it when they showed up, It wouldn t have started back up I won t be coming back here.

First of all let me start by saying the customer service is phenomenal. I was greeted by agent Eric. We not only spoke about my car, but life in general which is good because we are human, right? My kids (3 & 7), and I were in a room which they were kinda able to go wild and not be in anyone s ways. I loved the little screen that was able to get to know more about my vehicle. All of the information was very interesting and easy to comprehend. I surely will be coming back. Oh yeah, I also, loved that they gave me back my car all nice and clean with a wash. Thanks Nissan

I was giving recommendations for work to be done an when I brought my vehicle back I had so many other problems just not sure why those things weren't noticed at that time it just cast me 2300 00 if I'm bring my car to you I feel some of these thing should have been noticed none of the thing's that recommended was the issue I'm confused , today I need to be able to know that I can trusted the work being done an the people doing the work thank you

My last visit was for brakes and an AC service. Everything was fine and the work completed ahead of schedule. My concern is that the following day, my display said service was due. My car had been in about 6 weeks earlier for oil and tire rotation. apparently the service mileage was never reset. Also, the brake issue was never described as being that bad, but you noted that new brakes would likely be needed on the next service. Only about 700 miles have been accumulated between the oil change and my most recent service for brake replacement. It seems to me that 1) the service display should have been reset 2) that the brake issue should have been better described to me and 3) on my most recent visit, the car was not washed. All minor points, granted but I feel they were enough to warrant only 4 stars. The staff was very nice and I was greeted in a timely manor.

They are friendly and they pick up the phone when you need to talk with service. I need to change the work to be done and they responded right away and helped me.
