I took my car in for an oil charge and to get my all season tires are, not only did they di an exceptional job, there customer service was wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used this car wash during the winter months and haven't used it since early spring. I didn't realize that my card was being charged every month. This place is a scam if you use your card they will charge you every month. Watch your bills. I just discovered it. I got charged 6 months of not using there services and was only refunded 3 moths. I would not recommend this place to any one. The charge shows up as luv Toyota.

I took my car in with a slow leak in the front tire which required me to refill daily. The team at All Makes got me in right away and began to diagnose and found splits on the inside wall of the tire. They systematically checked all four tires and found a nail in another tire. They patched up my tire and installed the spare and I was ready to go. When I asked "What do I owe you?", they replied "nothing." My wife and I were absolutely stunned as we have never had anything like this happen at a car repair shop. The friendliness of the team and the attention to detail was beyond excellent!! I am so glad I stopped in and that I got to witness what exceptional service looks like. It wasn't just the "no charge" comment, it was everything from the minute we walked in the door that made this experience first class! Well done crew of All Makes Express Service! You are doing things the right way! I would highly recommend them for auto service.

Exceptional service!! Every employee I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Great price on a full synthetic oil change. The free car wash was a bonus. I changed the engine oil here, and they told me that it could be changed in 30 minutes, but I waited here for an hour, and the price was not as favorable as what was written on the company's website, and the service was not that good, because the service they said they provided, I don't have any

Between the manager on duty and the crew I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else. As a traveling guide putting miles upon miles on my car I can't thank them enough for checking everything they did and going above and beyond to make sure I was road worthy. I even got a free car bath with the oil change. Couldn't believe it!

Donald Cressley and his crew at All Makes Express Service are absolutely fabulous! They go above and beyond to meet my service needs from Oil changes to weekly auto care cleaning and maintenance. Taking time to make sure my tire pressure is right and figuring out all my little issues. I would highly recommend every service they offer! I love having a pay by the month option with free vacuuming in western New York. They even put the new front plate on my car and fixed my new registration. Thank you so much! Awesome first time experience! I am definitely switching to All Makes Express Services for my minor automotive needs. Great prices and great service! The manager was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the crew was quick and efficient. They gave a complimentary look-over of the car to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive and shouldn't need any surprise work when it came time for inspection. We've been going to All Makes Express since moving to Lakewood last year. They are always fast and friendly. We typically call first and they always tell us to just come right in. We've never had to wait. We've had our oil changed, car washed, and tires filled here multiple times. I just went in today with a flat tire, they pulled a nail out and patched it and didn't even charge me. We're lucky to have such a great place nearby. I would like to share the details of my incredible experience at All Makes Express Service in Lakewood, NY on Friday, August 12, 2022. I walked in to have my vehicle s oil changed without an appointment and I was met with a friendly smile. I was introduced to Donald Cressley, the manager who eagerly welcomed me. Just as he was about to access my records on the computer their power went down. He calmly excused himself to tend to his staff in the garage and also the automatic car wash. After a few minutes, he was able to determine that it was not just a power surge and an electrician needed to be called. This of course should have meant that I would not be able to have my oil changed. Instead, he surprised me and had Brandon take my vehicle back and service it. Brandon was a kind, professional and courteous young man, who expertly serviced and returned my vehicle to me within 15 minutes! For your next oil change, mechanical service or car wash, I highly recommend All Makes Express Service!Service: Oil change

Wash prices are a bit high. At those prices I'd expect a full service wash & dry similar to Delta Sonic.The free vacuums were nice though.

I drove in, bought the VIP membership (thinking it would be as good as Sonic in Erie) and drove into the wash. I drove out with my windshield still full of bug marks and my car only a little cleaner. I tried to find sonmeone in the office to talk to, but it was closed. The office was closed every time I went by. I finally got one of the wash guys to call the boss. I asked for a refund. No way. Not even an apology or an offer to clean the car.Don't use this place. Try someplace else.

I live in Hamburg but was in Lakewood when I was worried about a weird rubbing noise, pulled into All Makes Express and they immediately looked at the car and told me I needed new brakes, but assured me I could make it back to Hamburg. Then never even charged me to look at it! They were so knowledgeable and friendly. When I move to Lakewood I will definitely be using All Makes Express and will highly recommend it! This place is wonderful. Quick, competent service, and they're always willing to go the extra mile. I watched two little old ladies come in while I was there, and they checked the air in their tires for free. One of them had a tire pressure sensor issue, and they diagnosed it and suggested a fix, again at no cost.I've only ever gone for oil changes, but my Subaru has rattly heat shields and they've helped quiet them down a few times. It's all about the little things. Free drinks and snacks are always a good thing as well.

I stopped in the other day to have my brakes checked due to a terrible grinding noise. They took my car right in, assessed the problem, and took the time to explain my options. While it was an unexpectedly expensive afternoon, I felt confident in their honesty and integrity and didn't feel like I was being gouged. In addition to being courteous and professional, they had my car back in order in about an hour and I was on my way. Great job, guys!

Worse car wash I ve ever been to. Paid for highest quality wash they had available an feel like I could have done better blindfolded. Truck had dirt, dust on it when it went in came out with the same on it an water soap spots added. Never again I ll still to my own detailing

I went a few months ago for an oil change. Oil change was very fast and efficient as well as tire rotation. Only problem was being told my breaks were bad when I had them changed a few months prior. The guy at the front desk told me if I didn t change my breaks that day I would not only kill myself but someone else. Lucky enough I got a second opinion and was told that my breaks were fine.

Had my car washed a week ago, got the $10 wash, my car was scrubbed by a couple of guys with brushes before I even went through the car wash, all in all a great wash, today I went again & decided to do it all $20, WHAT A JOKE!!! The only part the guys did before I went through the car wash with the brush was my back window, the one I picked said spot free I had more spots then the cheaper one, turbo dry not sure what that was suppose to be, nothing was dry, I went inside and asked the manager why the most expensive wash was worse than the cheaper one, he said the dryer isn t even hooked up yet then told me he would recommend the $10 one right now He never apologized or offered me a refund not to mention he was very rude, that place is a total rip offI will never go back!!

I really like this carwash being it has the foam brushes that clean the vehicle better then the touchless. Also dont have to pay to vacuum's . Also heard they're do some revamps with more dryer's when exiting the main dryers which is Awesome.

They changed my headlight for me. They got me in right away with no wait time, super friendly and great employees. 10/10 recommend and will come back again.
