I love bringing my Kia to Romeo s new service center. Because the service is top notch. It was pouring rain today, and I especially appreciated driving right into the facility. The person who helped me was not pushy, but still thorough. He was great at explaining what was recommended- and what was important.

I purchased my car from Romeo Kia about a year ago and absolutely love it and love working with this crew. I worked with Vincent to purchase my car and he was wonderful to work with. My next car purchase will be with him at Romeo Kia down the road when the time comes. The staff are all kind, respectful, and always happy to help. The service department guys are always helpful and friendly. I drive an hour one way to go here because the service is worth it. Absolutely recommend!

I stopped by the other day for some routine service and dealt with nice gentleman named Scott Ibbetson. He was super helpful and made the best plan possible for the maintenance of my vehicle. 100% trust him with my best interest.

The service was spectacular and Scott was AWSOME! I will definitely be returning for all my service. Scott made sure I was kept up to speed on what was going on through the day, I really appreciated that so I was not left guessing.

I recently had my car serviced at Romeo Kia, where I had The pleasure of working with both service advisors, Josh and Scott. Both had great personalities as well as amazing customer service. The friendly banter and light powdery jokes is exactly what the workplace needs nowadays. 10 out of 10 would recommend sending anyone to the dealer.

I brought my newer Sportage in for service. I thought it was broken. Joshua was so helpful and kind. Very soft spoken also . I came in very angry about my vehicle . But Joshua with his comforting demeanor calmed me down and showed me how to use my electronic devices . It was not broken . I just didn't know how to use it correctly. He was so nice . I just hope he gets the help he needs for anemia .
