Not the best place for a car wash. Soap was barely spitting out. It misses a lot of cleaning down low and back of car. I think next time I will find a better spot.Vacuums are hit or miss and not a lot of suction.

The car wash stations dry off feature doesn t work and when I went in to tell the people inside they couldn t help. Very nice I paid for 20 minutes of time and since their machine doesn t work it s my fault. Great won t be back! Place has been going down hill ever since the heavy set lady in the front took over the counter.

Literally the worst. the old woman at the counter was rude to me when I asked where to drop my car off. I double checked that I dropped my car off in the right spot, I wait two hours and people who got there after me left before me. I then told her I was going to leave and she said rudely that it is first come first serve and then to pull ahead. I did not and drove away, I d rather waste the time I spent waiting in that awful little waiting room than to give them any money.There were rat holes in the chip bags for the customers, the techs were hanging around in the empty garage hitting their vape pens doing literally nothing.Every bad stereotype you hear of mechanics is found in this rustic little con shop.Go to ANY other location.

Car wash is easy enough to use. U follow the instructions n pull ur car inside building n park it. Car wash then continues to clean car while u stay parked n inside ur vehicle. It takes about 5 minutes or so to do an exceptional job. Very pleased.

Went recently for an oil change and had a wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly, the service was fast, and the price was great!

Mechanic is very honest and will put your car up on the lift for you and show you the problem so you know where the issue is

Equipment doesn't work right. There's garbage everywhere and no one is around to assist when needed so I just wasted money and my car is still dirty. Will not be going back

Their car wash leaves your car dirtier than when you arrived. They seriously need to change their water to clean water and wash their brushes and those things that swirl around.

I went on 9/11 for a basic wash, the drive thru machine did a terrible job. Just water, no soap. Today I returned for the gold wash, it was the exact same wash as the basic wash. This time again, absolutely no soap anywhere in the process. They used to have a guy pre wash with a power washer and a guy post wash to further assist with drying, they re no longer there. I won t return

Third time at B Wise for inspections. No appointment, done in an hour like they said. No problem. This time they call to say it fails and start rattling off tire prices on the phone. I said wait a second that tire passes can you show me. He said sure come on down. I should mention I was a mechanic for 30 + years, still have a valid inspectors license and looked at the tires before I got there. First mechanic was very arrogant brought me back said it failed and that was it. Asked second tech to show me where it fails. He pointed and said right there. I said no you need to measure it and he poked it with the depth gauge and said see. I couldn't see so I said may I see the gauge. Said he was busy and I'd have to wait as he walked away. First tech drove by, we went back-and-forth and finally I said I'm an inspector also. He said then why didn't you inspect it yourself. I said I'm not in the business anymore. He said oh there you go and drove away.Third tech came out (older gentleman) was very nice but still said the tire fails. At that point I think he wanted to back out of the situation send me on my way without admitting guilt. Finally he said he'd put it through and it passed. What annoyed me most besides waiting 45 minutes extra in the Sun was.1- First tech was like a cocky stereotypical fast talking TV mechanic who lied right to my face knowing I knew better2-very convenient place for inspections and they took my waste oil too but now how can I go there.I'll admit the tire was low on tread but it was above the wear indicators. Wouldn't waste my time trying to push a bad tire through NYSI only to pay twice for inspection and have to buy tires anyway.

Went for an inspection and spark plug change. Brought the spark plugs myself I just didn t have the tool to take out the old plugs and put the new ones in. Inspection is only $20, but they charged me $150 to replace spark plugs I brought in myself. It literally took the mechanic 10 minutes to put them in, I watched him. So they charged me an hour of labor for 10 minutes I kept being told it is what it is there s nothing I can do by Loretta at the courtesy desk, who was not helpful to the situation at all. No one ever told me what the price was, she only said (after the fact) there s a sign over there that says the price . The sign was in the back corner of the waiting room hidden behind a drink cooler, but I guess maybe it was my fault for not asking in the first place. I asked her to take them out, she said she ll charge me double. Please go anywhere else for car problems, this place will rob you blind. You ll be stuck with a bill that s sky high before you know it.The receipt clearly says cust supplied spark plugs how could you charge someone that price????

Poor service, AVOID. I went to get my oil changed. They forgot to put the oil pan cover back on correctly (one screw out of eight was put on). It resulted in a horrible noise and made the car non-drivable. When I went back to them, they said they didn t mess it up, but that I must have caused the problem. After they put it back on, they still only put in 2 out of 8 screws. I m better off fixing it myself. Not clear if issue is with workers or mgmt. Many other options in the area. Avoid this location.

Stay far way. They nickel and dime you for everything. Took 1.5hrs to do oil change/tire rotation and there was no one in front of me. They charged an extra $20 because my truck takes more than 5 quarts of oil even though I provided all the oil. So $20 to pour in 2 quarts of oil when they were already doing an oil change on it. So $90 for oil change/tire rotation and I supplied oil/filter. Ridiculous.

I really hate leaving negative reviews but this place turned me off quickly. I called one day to ask if they also did tire rotations and the young lady on the phone was friendly and answered my questions. I called back a few days later to make an appointment, and as soon as the words "oil change" came out of mouth (I needed oil rotation and inspection) the older woman on the phone cut me off and went through their hours and how they don't take oil change appointments. I told her that an oil change wasn't the only thing I wanted and she again cut me off and told me to hold on while she got the mechanic. "What, mom?!" Was what I heard and some mumbled arguments. I just hung up. I'm sure this is a nice, family owned business, and I wish them well, but if the old lady can't take an appointment, then get her off the phone.

Great place to have your car worked on. They have never recommended unnecessary repairs. They charge a competitive price.

Went back in October, i rarely get car washes but was too lazy to clean it myself. The first thing i noticed after paying $15 for the wash was they didn t even have the dryers working drive home with water spots. That s not the worse part i go home and just take a look at my car a giant skid mark on my right front fender near my wheel from their machines. i did hear a loud noise when i was in the car wash just thought it was the old machine but nope it was the metal washer against my black fender and paint. I was fortunate to have the exact paint from my dealer on hand to fix. But i advise no one to go through their drive thru washer. It s run down and zero maintenance nor attendant.Services: Auto detailing, Car waxing

Had positive experience with the oil change center last year, however the touchless wash is a complete rip off. It used to be fine, but no longer has enough water pressure to actually wash the car, and the dryer barely works. Left water all over my car afterwards, and the car still had dirt all over it. Do not waste your money on it. The vacuums are also very weak.

We were here for an oil change and the Caucasian woman at the desk continuously used the n word. I was never told where to leave my vehicle so parked it out front. The woman from the desk then told me they couldn't find my car. When I came inside from moving my car once she finally told me where it should be, I heard her yelling to the mechanic "the idiot parked out front." Incredibly unprofessional business.

Cool and functional, roller brush type, snap my front plate a bent it a little, no worries, ensure to secure , turn in mirrors, take off antenna if it s the protruding type. Would return if needed, good options and reasonable pricing.

The fat short lady behind the counter is a nasty miserable person. So rude. I will never go back there again. She was nasty to every customer, and even told one customer to sit down and wait to be called when he went to the counter to ask a question. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't give them a penny more after my inspection!

Be Wise truly does business with integrity. I kept getting the check tire pressure light even after inflating my tires so figured I had a slow leak and may need a new tire. I was relieved that the experts at Be Wise were able to repair the tire and get us back on our way quickly and for just a few dollars. I was thinking it may take all day to get a new tire installed and cost a couple of hundred dollars. I could not be more impressed with the way they do business at Be Wise. That's why it's THE PLACE I go for all my car maintenance. Sincere thanks to Anthony and his team!

i went to a Valvoline for a routine oil change and later noticed my car was leaking oil, so i took it to Be Wise to get it checked out. i showed up without an appointment, they diagnosed & fixed the problem all within around 20 minutes, free of charge. very friendly staff. i d definitely go back in the future

Come here for every oil change! Never disappointed. Car is always delicately cared for. You're even able to watch them as they work. Not to mention you get a free car wash with every oil change! Friendly staff, cleanly waiting area. Definitely a great place for you to bring your vehicle for any service or car wash!!!

Paid for the works. Car came out almost as dirty as when it went in. There was no soaping at all. Very disappointed this time around!

I have been going to this station for years. It has gone down hill over the past 5 years. This past Saturday was the last straw. I was asked what kind of oil I wanted, I said regular.....the technicians decided to use synthetic but no one consulted with me. The price was significantly more than I expected and I was not given the courtesy of deciding whether I wanted them to perform the service. That wasn't the worst part....when I sent to leave the establishment, one of the employees decided to tell me to "f" off and that I was a d**che bag. Never ever going there again.

Went in for state inspection. Failed inspection claiming tires were not acceptable and quoted me a price for new ones. The tires were worn but within acceptable standards. Went to Arlington tire in Poughkeepsie directly after and received inspection. Cost me an extra $10 and my time. The staff was friendly I will give them that.
