We purchased a 2010 Hyundai Elantra with 140k miles on it from Mike at Tri-Star Auto in August of 2019. There were some unnoticeable unexpected issues at first. Mike had everything fixed on his dime and in a timely manner. The fixes were over $1000 so he obviously didn't make much money on this car. We were very impressed with how nice and how professional he was. After having this car for three months there have been no other problems and we are very happy with it. Thank you Mike and Tri-Star Auto. We will definitely recommend you to other people and we will be back again in the future.

These guys did right by me and do things the right way. They give 30 days luxury period where they will take care of any issues with the car, even of car has 100k + mileage. Good deal, good price. I got a beautiful 2010 Toyota Prius the thing runs well and was taken care of. They had the carfax records for the car for 10 years of service on it. Mike is a standup guy and John knows how to hustle. They are friendly, attentive, and genuine.Great overall.

Tri-Star is everything a used car dealership should be but rarely is. Michael and Jon basically became my best friends as they helped me navigate a loan, unexpected issues with insurance, and let me hang out in their office for an entire business day. They drove me to drop off my rental car, drove me to an ATM to save a fee processing my card, and are just generally great humans. It was clear that the car I bought had received stellar treatment, and was taken care of to be in the best possible condition. They even asked me if there was anything more I noticed that they could fix! Everyone buy a car from here ASAP!

So refreshing to find a used car dealer that is honest, backs up their warrenties, and is has varied stock for all needs. If they don't have it on the lot they will find it for you! So happy with our purchase, and will definitely be returning for our next purchase!

I Had a very good experience at Tri-Satr Auto! John and Mike were very friendly and easy to talk to. They did not pressure me at all, they actually offered some great advice on repairing my credit some more befire buying they didnt want to put me in a high monthly payment which i respect very much! Driving away in a another vehical isnt the most important. Thank you guys fir your time today. I would recommend Tri-star Auto and i will look back to them again when i am better prepared to buy.

These guys are great!!! From the beginning the were so helpful!!! They helped me find the car that best suited my needs from price, reliability, and safety!! I was extremely pleased with the way they treated this experience, I would definitely choose them next time I think about purchasing a vehicle, and recommend the to friends and family!

We bought a Buick there just recently. Ron took care of all the paperwork before I got there. Almost immediately after driving it off the lot, the car got a flat, which had nothing to do with the dealership, but they replaced the tire for free. And two days before the 30 day warranty ended, we had to bring the car back in for a bunch of little things. Rather than rush through any of the work, they hung on to the car for a number of days, wanting to be sure it was safe for my daughter to drive. I just picked it up. Runs like a dream. Zero charge for any of the work. This is a really stand-up, local dealership! Thanks, guys!

We had problems with both of our cars and NEEDED a rental car. I was told by Enterprise and Hertz that I would have to wait 5 days to rent a car. I found Tri-Star Auto online. They didn't have any cars either but after I explained my situation Mike went out of his way to set up another rent a car just for me! I feel so grateful for his help and kindness!

Michael & John are the best! HIGHLY recommend this place for those that do not want to buy brand new and may not have the best of credit (most of us these days!). They were very courteous and there was never any pressure to buy.

Purchased a vehicle with his standard 30 day warranty. The first issue was 90 days after purchase. First it was a sensor for the speedometer to be regulated. The next issue was the battery. I have only had this vehicle for 8 months and now have to replace the transmission. He blames everything on the mechanic he was in buisness with who supposedly fixs up the cars he buys at auction. That being said if someone had issues with their vehicle after it being fixed by this suddenly untrustworthy mechanic he does not offer to cover any repairs or even offer an affordable rental.

I'm really critical about customer service because I've worked in customer service and I own a business. I know what it takes and this place is ran by people who truly care about their customers.This place is ran by some really good people who go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. just bought a nice car here, it was in my price range and checked out perfectly. Had 2 minor issues that were handled immediately and even gave me ride home and back. cant say enough about this little place

If you want honesty , caring , real face to face relationship go to tri star motors. Very honest and care and works with you . Amazing prices. I never felt so welcomed any where else as I did tristar . If I could give 10 stars I would. Don't trust me ? Go there and find out for yourself .

They have car rental facility only for New York State. you cannot take the car out of state. So good place for intercity car rental.
