Carola was awesome at the front. Did the drop off and no issues. 4 stars as I would have preferred if they cleaned the stuff on the dash from cutting out the old windshield.

Just had a small chip in the Windshield fixed this morning. Fast courteous service. Carol at the front desk was excellent, and got me in and out quickly. Great job too. Can't even see where the chip was. Thank you.

Got my entire windshield on my forester replaced by my tech, Shawn. Service was faster than expected and painless. Overall, Kingston safelite is very professional and customer service is also very good.

I arrived for my 10am appointment to have my windshield replaced, it was ready by 10:57 am. Less than an hour! The staff was very nice, the waiting room was clean with complimentary coffee and water. When I made the appointment they dealt with my insurance without any issues. All around great experience.

Carol at the front desk was awesome. She had everything ready to go. My windshield was replaced in about 45 minutes and they were able to preserve my registration sticker, and my inspection sticker. Very happy with my experience.

The fact that my windshield leaked in two places one month after installation is not my problem. Nor is the fact that I was asked to bring my car into safelite for repair (a 30 minute drive each way). And it wasn t the fact that when I asked to push my appointment back and was told I couldn t. It was the incredibly rude manner I was spoken to on the phone and then hung up on when I expressed my frustration. The person at the front desk is not suited for customer service in the least.I d never use this safelite location again.

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled after such a positive experience with a business. The employees at this location were very friendly, very competent, and followed through with everything promised. They also finished the work faster than they said it would take. The billing went right to my insurance and was seamless. Having a shattered windshield is never a fun experience but I was truly impressed with this business.Service: Auto windshield repair

I had SUCH a good experience here. The intake staff was professional and courteous, and got to work on my car immediately (I saw them drive it into the bay as I was walking to a local diner to wait for repairs). They were kind, courteous, and did an excellent job. In addition, a big job that was supposed to take 3 hours, they did in under 2, with no problems i.e. the car works perfectly. Have trouble with newer cars. The staff reset my car s computer and deleted all transmission files when they connected to my car s system to align lane assist. My transmission was completely shot due to computer as soon as I got in to leave shop. Manager refused to take responsibility despite car driving perfectly when I arrived for windshield repair. had to leave with dealer for several days and get repairs and computer files re-installed to make vehicle drivable again.

What A Great Experience! We Had Very Dirty Window, One Which We Couldn't Get Clean. We Stopped Into The Kingston, NY Store To See If Anything Could Be Done. The Fine Gentleman Who Took Time From His Busy Schedule Came To Assist...My Window Shield Has Not Looked This Good In Probably 6 - 9 Months! Thank You To The Staff @ The Kingston, NY Store! Probably do good work, just very expensive. $170 just to fix a tiny chip in my windshield. Bought a kit at Walmart for $11 and fixed it myself...

Caesar made this whole process a pleasure. I had a trip planned and I was on my way with only a slight delay. The shop is very busy many other satisfied customers while I was there. Very professional. A company that still understands what customer service/Satisfaction means. I highly recommended them.

I was able to get a next day apt with ease. Adam was great and very professional and polite! He finished the windshield replacement in under the time ge gave me and even called to see if I wanted to come down to get my receipt or did I perfer it left in my car. This kind of courtesy is what makes me come back to a place and definitely recommend!

9/14/2020 Super clean, top notch, windshield install. I expect this from Safelite AutoGlass.Added plus, was that both the Manager Caesar and tech, Steven were very communicative, personable and professional and treated my vehicle with great care.... as I would treat it myself. You could tell they BOTH, truly gave a damn and were not let's say, just going through the motions.

I got a quote and it seemed quite reasonable, so I didn't bother to get more quotes. I ordered windshield to be installed at my home and two days later they came and took care of it. Happy with the service I received.

They did it in just under 2 hours. It was easy to schedule and the store manager was helpful in explaining the the results of the diagnostics.

website said they would be at my home between 12 noon and 5 pm to replace my 2012 mustang side window. the repair tech showed up at 330 and was finished by 430. i see no problems with the replacement window so far, it has been one week now. the repair guy knew what he was doing to have this job done this fast, I've worked on cars myself for many years, so i have some idea of what this job entailed. setting up the appointment was so, so easy. I'm definitely going to use this service again if i ever need it.

Zach was our technician. He did everything I expected and more.1. Arrived early.2. Did a beautiful clean job.3. Replaced my registration and inspection stickers.4. Replaced my E-Z pass.He left the car exactly how it was before the cracked windshield. Except, the new window was clean.

Had the windshield replaced on a 97 Chevy k1500 p/u. And had to take it back 2 additional times to address a leak in the upper right corner of windshield for a total of 3 visits, big inconvenience. When the truck should have been fixed the first time. I've used Safelite before with no problems on windshield replacement, but this time there was an issue. Maybe it was new help/employees. I would use this service again, with the hopes of not experiencing what I went through on the prior issue with my Chevy p/u.

This is the third time I have a windshield replacement in 30 years or so and Safelite was amazing. The technician took his time, used a cable system to remove the old windshield which does not damage the windshield frame paint like the other methods do, cleaned everything, replaced registration and inspection stickers perfectly even the ez pass strips and all this with a smile.

Absolutely terrible service, scratched both fenders and refused to pay even after admitting they did the damage. I had to sue them for the payment, I won. Still was a bad install and terrible customer experience. Go to a different location.
