I needed a 10k service on my 2024 Atlas. Jolene was able to get me right in. I was right back to work quickly, as if I never left.

I had a wonderful experience while getting an oil change. The desk worker Olivia was quick efficient and respectful. She checked in with me during the entire process and made what normally would have been a hassle, a good time.

I have owned a VW for several years now. I just love my GTI. Have been driving one since 2015. I think it's the perfect vehicle and it always goes to this dealer for service.The best part of this service department is Jolene. She always has a smiling and welcoming face when I arrive for my appointment. She is knowledgeable, kind and very efficient. It just makes the experience a pleasant one. Thank you Jolene!!!

Can t say enough great things about Olivia. I brought my Tiguan in for a very last minute oil change. They were busy so I felt like a jerk. She didn t make me feel bad at all. She talked with me the whole time she was checking my car in, and assured me she would have me in and out as fast as possible. They did my oil change and she even came out to let me know my car was overdue for an inspection and my tires were low. I was in and out just over an hour. She was great and patient and had a good sense of humor about the whole thing. Will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get work on their VW.

When it comes to my VW/Audi/BMW service, look no further. Romeo Vw services all of my vehicles and Jolene is simply the best. Make sure you ask for Her. She is absolutely spectactular
