I ve been dealing with kingston ford for about 6 years now. They are reliable / honest and have the best mechanics around. When I come in I always ask for Krissy Gross. She does a great job explaining and helping me understand what needs to be done. She always looks out for the customer and that s what counts! Thank you Krissy! Also to the whole Service department you guys are fantastic!

Very easy to work with this crew! They were accommodating, kind, straightforward, and we left there with the vehicle we wanted and very happy! Would definitely work with Sean and Dan again. Thank you both for a painless experience.

Krissy was so kind and polite and very professional! The service was prompt and i had my f150 back in no time!! Service manager Mike Dunlavey had a really great crew to take care of us customers! 10/10 recommend and i will be back for all my service work!

Definitely RECOMMEND! Krissy went above and beyond to help us get our car back when we needed. She work with her employees to get us a better price! She has been amazing all 3 times we came in to get our car fixed and she always gave us excellent service.

Dylan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Went in for a Mount and balance for my tires and an inspection. They had it back to me by the end of the day at a reasonable price! Going to be servicing here for years to come

Romeo Ford is the best place to buy a vehicle hands down! I personably dealt with Dustin who really made my experience great. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, I was very indecisive and nervous. He made me feel comfortable and he was patient enough to help me make the right decision!!!

By far this has been THEE WORST experience I ve ever had with a car dealership in over two decades of car ownership. I came in for breaks, an oil change and a cabin filter change and Each and Every job was botched. I wasn t sure that was even possible. Then, to add insult to injury, the dealership tried to make a profit to correct the issues they created. I have never written a negative review in my life. However, I am writing this review with the intention of saving another well-intentioned customer from dealing with an hour eight day of headaches (that still is not over) and a Huge bill to boot. If you can go anywhere- other than this dealership- I would highly recommend it, especially if you are a female- without a gentleman advocating on your behalf.

I brought my car in because our back windshield shattered and Safelite was unable to replace the rear wiper. When I brought it to Ford, Matt was extremely helpful in getting it fixed in a time and cost-efficient manner. Thank you, Matt!

With almost no notice, they took us in, checked our vehicle out and found it was fine and added some air to a tyre with a slow leak. We are very grateful to them.

The appointment for service was for 9 am. I was in and out within the hour. I was offered complimentary beverages and snacks. The atmosphere was calm. It's apparent that the service department work as a team.
