By far the best car buying experience I ve had! Friendly, family environment. No hassles. The purchase was painless and rather fun. The sales team work together as one providing customer service and satisfaction that is over and beyond. Will definitely be going back to purchase in the future.

I don t usually leave . Major shout out to everyone here . I feel like it was a family environment. The transparency is what I loved the most. I feel like I had a full understanding on everything the transparency is what the uphold at this dealership . They went above and beyond and definitely negotiated and I feel went an extra mile to ensure I got the car I wanted. I feel like they took a major hit taking my vehicle in because it s in good shape but really isn t worth much. I drove a 1hr & 45 mins and I know for my future cars I m coming here. No if ands or buts about it .

Christos made the process of owning a new vehicle with lightning speed! Everything was done within a few hours! I went to pick up my new vehicle first thing the next morning as they shined it up for me. I was so great full. I was able to return my rental vehicle which was costing me to much, so you could imagine how relieved I was that this process was taking care of so quickly and efficiently! I was able to get my beautiful BMW with a fair credit score. Thank you Christos and Roberti Auto I will highly recommend you to my friends. I really appreciated how he took the time to show myself and my son all of the amazing features of the vehicle and how to navigate through them! To say I m in love is an understatement!

Found the vehicle on there website that my wife and I were looking for. Looked over and test drove, couple days later drove it home. Whole process was smooth, car is great, we just felt like we were treated nicely. Good experience!

I would personally like to thank each & everyone involved in the purchase of my vehicle at Roberti. Tiffany was very sweet and has amazing phone etiquette. I ESPECIALLY want to thank Mr. Gary Mr. Gary was outstanding. He was able to get me into something comfortable that I actually really love. He was responsive and I can tell he worked very hard to get me in this car. He worked with me & did not make me feel less than despite my financial situation. You can tell he REALLY is a pro at what he does. Hopefully, when i m 30 i ll have better credit & he can help me get in a big girl car!!! I honestly still can t believe that we did it. THANK YOU x1000 Mr. Gary. You ve gained this little Louisiana girl as a loyal customer.

It was honestly an awesome experience with purchasing a vehicle for our daughter from Roberti Automotive! Lou went above and beyond. Excellent customer service and communication. I searched everywhere looking for a car I wanted!! Walked in to Roberti car dealership and they treated me in like family.very professional,and stuck with me the whole way until they found me a car that I would love and enjoy. Christol and Lou both work together and found me a car that was affordable and dependable,the two most Amazing guys I ever met in my search for a new car.In the end,I got my first BMW 4 Series and for that I am eternally thankful.Thank you guys so much for not just selling me a car,But for treating me like Family

This will be a first for me in leaving reviews. I have not even made a purchase yet and they earned a 5 star review. The conversation was honest and completely transparent from the first sentence. I am so impressed, that if this purchase does not work out, I would be willing to come from Out Of State to work with this dealership if they could find the same car else where. I know I would be getting an honest price with complete confidence they would be working to find me a great car.If you are looking, do not hesitate to buy from Roberti. All the reviews left don't even give these guys enough credit.

Excellent, we had a great experience, Lou Roberti and his entire Staff treated us fantastic, and we bought a beautiful BMW 328i X drive, in like new condition. If you are looking at Pre-owned vehicles, don't miss seeing Lou and his staff at Roberti Automotive on Ulster Avenue, diagonally across from The Merchant Liquor. Luxury vehicles at affordable prices, I will continue to refer customers, because after 36 years in the Automobile business, they wowed me, and that's pretty hard to do, when you've seen it all. Our second BMW from Lou. #LoveourBMW

With all the car buying options out there, I am happy I decided to go with Lou and his team. I stopped in on a Monday told them what I was looking for, by the weekend they had located the car I wanted, verified it s quality and had it in their shop. They serviced the engine and gave it a nice detail. He handled all the financials, registration, and even contacted my insurance company so all I had to do was pick it up. The whole process was pleasurable. I would recommend Roberti Automotive to anyone in the market for a new to them vehicle, especially if you want to miss the headaches normally associated with car buying.Thanks again.

First time buy from any kind of dealer ship and I can definitely say I would buy from them again. They are all down to earth and don't try to talk you into buying anything. They all are professional and respectful. They helped me through out the entire process and explained thing if I wasn't sure. I bought a 2011 chevy silverado and I a very small problem with it, but I gave them a call and they fixed it lighting fast. If your looking to buy a vehicle, I recommend them highly. Keep up the outstanding work yall.

Purchasing a used BMW at Roberti automotive was a great experience. They are calm, professional, and informative. They don't use pressure sales tactics. They answer all of your questions, and once you make your decision, they make the buying process a breeze. Bobby was a pleasure to work with, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He went over all the features of our new car before we hit the road. The entire team was courteous and professional. We feel that we got a great car, in fantastic condition at a fair price, and with the added value of top-level customer service.I would go straight back to Roberti if I needed to buy another car anytime soon. And I'd recommend working with them to any friend or family member. I was dreading shopping for a car, the folks at Roberti made it painless. I've only written a google review one other time; it isn't something I ordinarily do, but this place truly exceeded all expectations and deserved a shout out.

I have a wonderful experience at Roberti Automotive. I went looking for a car in the morning and left driving it at 3pm. They made the whole process very easy and stress free. No pushy sales man here. I will be back and I totally recommend them if you are looking for a used car.

I was referred to Lou Roberti through a long-time friend who has used Roberti, as has her family, for many years. I did not know Lou and his team personally.Bobby and Lou were highly responsive, totally got what I was looking for, didn't try to steer me in another direction, and were infinitely fair. They also made it easy to do business, which I always appreciate.I am thrilled with my pre-owned Mercedes ML350. Thank you, Lou and Bobby!P.S. the whole vibe, the energy at Lou's establishment is really positive. His team is open, friendly, and I watched their excellent interactions wtih so many folks coming in their doors. These guys were great! I had called that same day to look at the vehicle i had wanted and got it the next day. They where very fast and efficient with everything, very clean very nice people if anyone is looking for a vehicle anytime soon i highly suggest Roberto Automotive!

Amazing place to get a car! But even better we re the people who work there. Lou worked with me to get the best price for my new car and gave me a great deal on my trade in. Christos handled all the paperwork in a timely and professional manner. Tiffany went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car and with the customer experience. I have been dealing with Roberti motors for 30 years. I have bought several cars, trucks & SUV's from them. They are hands down the best people & dealership to work with. They make the process easy & definitely give you a great buy. They give it to you straight with no B.S. They also take care of you after your purchase with any issues with the vehicle. From the very beginning, it was a terrific experience. Christos was extremely helpful and professional. He answered all of our questions and arranged the paperwork and financing with no issues. The car was spotless and prepped for pickup on time, and we were in and out of there on delivery day in great time. I will be happy to work with them again!
