This shop conducts themselves and their business in a way most automotive repair shops do not anymore. The auto repair industry has become flooded with poor service and even poorer customer service. This shop defies the trends and brings amazing communication, and exemplary service with a speed and consistency rarely seen anymore. I recommended them to anybody who wants to start a positive and reliable relationship with an automotive shop.

I've been looking for a mechanic I can trust and Kings Park Car Care was recommended. I'm so glad I used them, not only did they take care of my car issues but showed me various items that need attention with proof and pictures. Very impressed with their process. I don't ever look forward to seeing a mechanic but at least I know I now have a good one.

Took my Mitsubishi to multiple shops they could not diagnose the problem. Lastly I took my car to Kings Park auto care and within a few hours they had diagnosed the issue and ordered the part and had it fixed the very next day. Excellent customer service and mechanics. I have had my vehicle serviced at Kings Park Car Care for the past two years. I was recommended to Chris by my neighbor and found his recommendation to be beyond credible. Chris and the staff at Kings Park Car Care are courteous and professional. They do great work at an honest price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a shop with a reputable experience and returning customers.

This is by far the Best auto repair shop that I have ever used. The staff is very knowledgeable, super friendly and they thoroughly explained exactly what needed to be done. Their prices are very reasonable and I Highly Recommend them. I will be using them for all of my car care services ..Chris and his staff are Simply the Best!!

Kings Park Car Care is top class. My entire family (3 of us), all have our cars serviced here. We ve always been delighted with the service and the rates. They do a great job and never try to upsell or get you to do unnecessary work just to pad the bill. Their recommendations in my opinion have been what s needed and I ve never left feeling that they ve taken advantage of me. Went in for a simple inspection. The horn wasn't working so I asked them to check it and it turned out to be a simple wire disconnection. Noticed this when I headed out to my car this evening. Seriously? Not only did you guys bend the top part but you couldn't reattach the bumper properly?

Honest shop, been going for a few years and have had different things fixed when needed and my inspections done with them. Ive done some basic maintenance before but when it comes to something i'm not comfortable with, I trust it to these guys. They're professionals at what they do. Last year they caught dry rot on the inside wall of my back tires that I would've never seen and at the very least, saved me having a blowout. Just got my inspection done for this year and everything's running smooth

I always take my car there. Julio and Chris are absolute gentleman and know their trade. I never feel like I m getting ripped off, like other places I used to go. I actually travel 5 miles, bypassing other shops, to use their services. Everything about Kings Park Car Care and the crew is absolutely fantastic ! They take care of my service and repair needs on our Audi A7 and Ram 2500 pickup. The crew there are knowledgeable, polite, and most important completely honest people which is sometimes difficult to find nowadays. I am so glad we started to use them years ago on a recommendation from a family member and we now also highly recommend them to anyone we know in search of fair, honest, and quality auto repair needs. Just went to King's Park Car Care for the first time. I had the covering on my undercarriage hanging down and dragging. They took me in immediately, and I was out of there in less than a half hour. They were honest, and even clipped up another part that was hanging in the back. Only charged me $10. Very cool and nice guys. Definitely will be returning.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my daughters vehicle in for a quick inspection. The mechanics found multiple issues with the vehicle. She was leaving for school the next morning at 6 AM. I explain the situation to them they worked on the vehicle till 9:45 at night to make sure the car is ready to go for her.I was super impressed that they would be willing to do that for a customer they did not know.I would highly recommend them!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment

I found these guys when i was in a pinch and didn't even realize they were about 10 minutes from my house. I had part of my exhaust system completely rot out and I dealt with Jose mostly and he is a phenomenal human being. I called out of emergency when my truck suddenly lost some throttle response the day before and I was hard-pressed to get it fixed as I work overnights and that in itself is a real pain. I called and Jose had me immediately come in to drop it off and within the hour had called me to let me know exactly what was wrong and they worked hard to fix it and have it back to me the next day. Truck drives flawless now and I'm beyond happy to know that these group of guys are those old school mechanics no bull dont try to sell you something you don't need. Thank you to Jose and anyone else who helped in fixing my ride I couldn't be happier. If I need anything in the future I don't care if I've moved a few towns away by then I'll gladly be back! King's Park Car Center is the most dependable care center I have ever visited with my vehicle. I have returned for service several times now, and I won't go anyplace else. They are timely, honest, and respectful. They take the time to educate, and they don't embellish so as to charge more. I appreciate their service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent car care

Chris and the entire team at KPCCC is where you need to get your vehicle diagnosed and repaired correctly at a good price. I trust them with my Tacoma and 4runner to get quality parts and repair it right in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!!
