This is the standard for all Body shops. Honest , reliable great work and even better customer service . Alphonse and the crew are the best . You hope to never need them but if you do- dont go anywhere else !

Always very nice and professional. They are understanding and will make sure they give you honest work and they keep you informed along the way. Gaio s offered a fair price for a recent repair. They told me to drop off the car on Monday, and it would most likely be ready by Wednesday. I picked it up today on Friday, so later then expected but it worked out for my family. Offered me another fair price for work on another car so I ll be back.The price I was quoted is what I was charged. They are busy so book early. I had to wait 3 weeks. They also offer a life time guarantee, this means something to me and I m happy I brought my car here.

Brought my car in for a minor rear bumper repair. Alfonse was very helpful and professional. Car was repaired beautifully and was ready when promised. I also chose to have my 5 year old car detailed on site and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend Gaio's.

Very professional and excellent craftsmen. Had damage repaired from a hit while parked and Gaio's Garage did a fantastic job. Recommend them to anyone. They kept me informed on when my car would be ready during the process.

I brought my BMW for repair after a minor accident. Alfonse was a pleasure to deal with. Car was repaired beautifully for slightly less than quoted. Car was ready when promised and I was kept informed as to the progress. Highly recommend!

They did fantastic body work on my Audi for a fraction of what my previous body shop was charging. Nice family owned shop. Very satisfied. Will be using them again next time for sure!

My truck got hit with a sideview mirror parked in front of my house. I only had a very small window for repair to occur due to camping reservations and desperately needed truck to tow travel trailer. Alfonse was amazing and made it all happen. Truck was repaired in time for trip. I have used Gaio's in the past and will continue. Highly recommend this business especially when you have a guy like Alfonse running operations.

I have an old explorer Rear Chassis was rotten. I thought I was done for during a pandemic. The welding job they did was amazing! Totally not what I dreamt of. WELDING geniuses of the auto body world the price they charged me was perfect. Professional all around.

I just watched one of your flatbed drivers drive through multiple red lights on Jericho turnpike, and passing people through turning lanes. DANGEROUS.
