John is a people person, always takes time to greet people warmly whether in person or on the phone, trust his knowledge and suggestions, this is a very well run operations and highly recommend Whitehall Auto Service. It is always a pleasure doing business with John. He is honest, fair, and will always check with you before starting any work that wasn't discussed or if the price will be different than originally quoted. Whitehall will always let you know what maintenance is likely due soon and lists these items on bottom of invoice. They work on all kinds of cars and trucks. Only had good experiences here. Highly recommend Whitehall!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Most honest and trustworthy auto shop I've ever been to. It can get very busy (because everyone wants to go there), so it's best to call and schedule something a few days in advance. John and his team are great.

Phenomenal service. John is so kind and takes his time explaining everything. I went to this shop based on dozens of recommendations by people in the area. I'm happy to say that they were right - Whitehall is a top notch garage.

The owner, John, is not only polite and curdious but also extremely intelligent, he knows what he's talking about and could probably be a professor at an automotive college. Best car service with best prices cant believe I wasnt taking my car here sooner. Highly recommend for any job, even high-end and complicated to work on cars, all the mechanics know what they're doing.

The crew knows their stuff, they do a great job..Prices are higher than average but you get what you pay for..The business is VERY BUSY from open to close which is a good sign.

If your looking for an honest place to take your vehicle go to Whitehall, they are very detailed in there work and take the time to go over everything with the customer. I would not take my car anywhere else but Whitehall thumbs up to them

LAZYUNPROFESSIONALUNEDUCATEDTERRIBLE ETHICS1ST VISITI BROUGHT MY CAR IN DUE TO A BURNING SMELL. AFTER REVIEWING MY INVOICE AND THE WORK DONE (a new alternator) I STILL HAVE A BURNING SMELL.AFTER SPEAKING WITH AN AUTO PROFESSIONAL FRIEND OF MINE HE INFORMED ME THEY WAY OVER CHARGED ME FOR PARTS & LABOR!2ND VISITHE LOOKED OVER THE CAR AGAIN TO ID THE BURNING SMELL AND FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM! RIGHT NEXT TO THE ONE THEY JUST FIXED!!!THE OWNER ADMITTED TO OVER CHARGING ME. THEN OFFERED TO TAKE THE AMOUNT HE OVER CHARGED ME THE FIRST TIME AND PUT IT AGAINST THE NEW BALANCE - WOW THANKS?!!?3RDTHE BURNING SMELL I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE FIRST TIME IS STILL THERE!I TAKE MY CAR TO THE DEAL. THEY SAY I HAVE TWO VERY OBVIOUS OIL LEAKS (causing the burning smell) AND ARE SHOCKED THEY COULD BE MISSED BY ANYONE!!!!THE FACT THEY HAVE Guarantees AND A Code of Ethics IS BEYOND LAUGHABLE!!!
