Had a flat in downtown Jamestown. I placed a call to Victory and the office manager was pleasant and concise. Eric and his right hand man Kyle showed up to tow me within minutes (I was super close to their shop location). After a quick analysis of my tire and vehicle, Eric offered to sell me a set of 4 gently used compatible tires and rims already mounted at a super respectable price. He and Kyle had me up and running within 20-30 mins on location. They replaced the necessary front tires and I returned the following day to their shop after work and they installed the other two. Overall an excellent experience with these guys. Local people serving local people.

About a week ago I left a review on this sight about victory Auto and now I have to do the right thing and apologize to Eric My review was written because of a misunderstanding and things that happen that was beyond Eric and Victory autos control But I can honestly say after working with and watching Eric go above and beyond what most auto dealers would I have to give him 5 stars I would love to give Victory auto more stars as they deserve 10+ and I just want to tell everybody on here that before you post bad stuff and degrade a place take the time to go talk to the owner and sometimes you might have to make a few trips into the shop to catch him sometimes you might have to call many times but you have to remember they are busy they are busy trying to keep their customer's happy and sometimes when they don't answer their phone they could be on the line trying to fix a problem you are having and if you buy a vehicle from victory auto and have problems with it down the road hey it happens I have brought a BRAND NEW VEHICLE right from a new car dealer before and after my warranty ran out so did my brakes and it cost me over $400 in cash to get them repaired But I want to Thank the owner of Victory auto Eric and his wife Michelle for all the hard work they have been doing to solve our problem and I want to say I am so very sorry for the misunderstanding and the bad review last week and yes I would recommended VICTORY AUTO TO ANYBODY Thanks GUYS KEEP UP THE GREAT work.A satisfied Customer :)

When i went down to victory auto Expecting much but after meeting with the owners and looking around we worked out a deal on a vehicle. They are good people from what i saw and they may not get you're vehicle out on the day they original said but thats because they find something else wrong with it and fix it rather then just giving it to you with the problems. I would recommend going to victory if you are looking for a used car because they have some nice cars and trucks up there and from my experience they will check everything before you get it so just a big thank you to victory for the vehicle they sold me and if i ever need another used vehicle ill probably be going back

They are a AAA contractor, I called AAA for a tow AAA dispatch them, after nobody showed up I called them directly to ask what was going on they said they had not been dispatched by AAA they told me to call AAA back and they would make some calls on their end. AAA called them again and they didn't want the tow, AAA had to authorize me to use an outside vendor and would reimburse me for the tow 9pm on a cold night and 700.00 later i got home

Vehicle was towed to their unsecured lotI went 2 days later to get property and over $1300 worth of belongings were missing. Catch is everything else was there even while the car rolled over.And even funnier is that my cell phone that's gone was pinged to their location 5 days later...

Literally the worst. I spend 2000 dollars on a car from them. They say they would check it to make sure it was a good running car and get it inspected too. I got a 30 day warranty. I take it there before then because my oil kept leaking. The guy checked it and said it was fine. 2 weeks later I had multiple people tell me my oil pan gasket was loose or not on there right. SOMEHOW after less than 3 months of owning this car, my front passenger and driver axle broke, my wheel bearings are broke, my tie rods are shot, my oil pan gasket needs fixing, my transmission is shot, my car won t even go into gear, the rotors are terrible, etc. How this car even passed inspection I ll never know. Would not recommend.

Called to get my car towed. The owners came out and promptly picked up my vehicle and delivered it to it's destination. They were very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone.

Was interested in buying a car from here, saw it on facebook. Went up there and a man was there who had no idea about the cars being sold. Connected on facebook and was told to come by the next day, just to call when I was on my way. Called, no one picked up... left multiple messages. Went up again and same thing happened. No one there who knew about the cars being sold. My husband also called the day before 2-3 times and left a message. No one even cared to call us back, so we went elsewhere and will now have a decent 2nd vehicle on monday. I dont recommend this dealer as they lack customer service.

Terrible! Took forever to arrive for a tow, never informed us they arrived, refused service and left. Detailed our entire vacation for no good reason. Horrible communication and customer service. Do not use!

I was wrong they are a hella good car dealership I highly recommend you go to them if you have a problem of a car go go them and if u want a uhaul they have hella good deals

Don't have this place repair your car they don't follow through with the time they promise. Went three times to get the car they sold to me to fix and they don't have the parts to fix it

Went there to look for tires the person there didn't have the key to get access to where they were at left my number and they never called me back waisted a trip there
