Simply the best! When you sit in a place and see senior citizens streaming in and out (not a Dr office) you can tell that they provide economical service and quality care. You quite often will overhear Jeff or Greg asking about family or other of your interests. They are competitive with "online" tire sales and when you buy tires from them not only mounting/balancing is free but you can get free tire repairs and rotations as well (I believe). They are always happy to answer questions and often can acquire any tire you desire.

Great experience at Southern Auto Exchange. Very friendly staff from ownership to office staff to mechanics. Numerous mechanics so they can service more people in a day. Equipped to do certain jobs that smaller garages don't do because they aren't equipped with what is needed to do them.

The staff here go out of the way to make it a good day. It took 90 min for them to get my 4 tires on and do a full alignment. During those 90 min I seen delighted after delighted customer. Also via some eavesdroping I overheard a conversation that tells me they run an honest shop. Wish they handled all repairs. For what they do repair they will explain what you need and in lamens terms why. Very knowlegable. Also I paid about 30% less than anywhere else I checked. Tires and most related repairs go here and I am sure you will not regret it.

Very good people there. They will tell you what's wrong with your vehicle. what it needs to fix it before they do the work. I Would recommend it to anyone that needs repairs

Went here and started talking to the guy up front about my tires I needed used tires. There was an older lady that came up to the desk to I guess just be part of the conversation but she kept providing feedback like I was a child or something it was very strange she clapped at one point. She kept making strange facial expressions depending on the conversation I felt like I was in front a kindergarten teacher but I wasn't even talking to her I was trying to have a conversation with the guy at the computer.After I left she came up to the door and looked at my license plate and started complaining about something she looked very unhappyI don't understand why she was allowed to behave so strangely

Good service. New tires are great. Less noise and better handling. Very busy this time of year. Just stopped by and got tired torqued. Took on 5 min.

This was the first time I ever used the garage and I was pleasantly impressed with the service, timeline of service and how kind the owners and staff were. I used to be a mechanic and liked that there service was up to the standard I held myself to when I was in the profession. I had some new tires put on and had a slow leak and called to resolve the issue and they got me in same day. It was a simple fix and charged me nothing as we bought the tires from them and had them install. Again, I appreciate them getting me the exact tires I wanted and provided a great service. Thanks to you Southern Auto Exchange! I will be back again in the future, ya know, for the things I don't want to do to my own vehicles. Lol

I felt they did a good job for what they were hired. I had an alignment done. Knowledgeable staff, professional and reasonable. They offer more than just tires at a good price. Call for any work on your vehicle you may need.

We had a great experience here when our vehicle needed warranty service related to recent repairs done in our home state in the midwest. They knew we would be traveling soon and got us in for a diagnosis within 1.5 hours, and worked us in for the repairs shortly after. The staff was courteous, efficient,professional, knowledgeable, friendly and we were astonished to have our issue dealt with at all, let alone so quickly and at no cost due to the Technet warranty guarantee. Southern will be our new "home away from home" mechanic. Highly recommend them! Thank you Greg!

I can't say enough about this place. The owner and staff have always treated me well. Their pricing is competitive and according to the owner they're match prices. I've bought 8 sets of tires here over the years since moving back into the area and will continue to.

Service is usually great, but I was extremely turned off by your sign on the door that masks are not required. It means that you don t care about the safety of your customers or staff. I m out. I was going to do business with you until I read that.

I will never take my car anywhere else for repairs these guys are the best around they will fix your car and also discover new things that need to be fixed on it I love the Staff me my family go here all the time for our vehicles

2 times that I have gone to this fine establishment, both times i got quick, affordable,honest work done by friendly staff. Its a rare thing in today's age.This business would get 6 stars from me but it only lets me rate them up to 5.

Excellent service here. They really know vehicles here and do a great job diagnosing problems. Middle range pricing. Cheaper than dealerships, more costly than some other shops. Worth the money though.

I can trust them to do what is necessary for my vehicle without it costing me a lot of money. They won't add stuff if I don't need it. Very busy. Call early. Nice people.

I had a appointment at 1 could not get a tow for my car until after that they told me we will see you when you get here I was an hour late they where so good to me they pulled it right in no questions asked I would recommend this place to anyone that need car work or tires Thank you southern auto exchange
