Lobb's treated me very well when I called them about a transmission issue I was having in my Ford Escape. They even worked with me since I couldn't exactly drive my car at the time, they allowed me to roll it down Camp street to them, and they handled the rest. Ultimately, the repairs couldn't be done at their garage - but they only charged me for the transmission fluid they used to get my car moving (as far as it allowed them). Definitely give these guys a call!

Wouldn't trust anyone else Randy and his crew have the knowledge and integrity so many are lacking these days. Don't even consider taking your car anywhere else.

I have used Lobb s for the past ten years. They are honest, timely, and fair. Randy and his crew are very upfront about time as well as parts cost and provide quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Lobbs is the only place I would ever take a car for repairs or general maintenance. Randy and crew are outstanding. Great Customer service. Even when you have a PitA car. Time and time again, they sorted us out for a great price. Randy is the best. Have been taking our vehicles here for years. The most important thing is that his prices are fair, he does good work, and he's honest. He won't tell you it needs fixed if it doesn't. Have always trusted this establishment and appreciate their integrity.

I always take my vehicles here. Have been doing business with them for 30 years. Highly recommend. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are trustworthy and will get the job done for a fair price.

Very good at what they do and willing to go out of the way to help. If I did not get in an accident they wear going to perform an 8 hour job for me that the dealership wanted 7000 for around 2000 because the dealer stacked the cost of each individual step of the process on top of the total amount of job that already included it in the figure given by the system they use to determine coast of a job.

This is a great place people are friendly service was amazing thank u guys so much my car works great and sounds amazing outstanding work keep it up we car owners need more mechanics like this that are honest and give great service I'll definitely be returning for future work

Took my car to get my snow tires removed, and my all seasons put on. I told the guy not to put them on if they wouldn t pass inspection, as they were 6 years old. Next thing I know, the owner calls and said one of my tires blew up. When I got there he said one was missing a chunk of beading that he noticed before he mounted it. Another one had a bubble. Bad tire count so far, 3!! They blamed it on the place that took off the tires last season. I couldn t prove who did it. My issue was I ended up having 3 all seasons, and 1 snow tire mounted, 2 of which wouldn t pass inspection. I had to pay $48 for this debacle, then went somewhere else to buy new tires and pay again for mounting. If they would have followed my instructions, I would have bought 4 new tires from them. If you go here, make sure have it in writing exactly what you want done. Lesson learned.
