Barmore Sellstrom is among the better mechanic shops in the area. Their rates are on par with the present market, and they treat their customers with dignity and respect. I've taken multiple vehicles to them for various repairs as well as state inspection, and the guys have always explained things to me in a way I could understand, and they clearly took pride in their work.The only drawback I've experienced is that, on occasion, service here may take longer than expected, primarily because of part-shipping times, workload/ volume, and other forces outside of their control. It's hard to fault any establishment for something like this when the work quality clearly shows.Overall, I'd recommend that anyone in the Jamestown area give them a call for service!

Thank you specifically to Chris H. and Tyler at Barmores for making sure my tires were 100% and resolving the issue without headache! Much smoother experience than in the past, thank you guys!

Took over an hour longer then what my appointment was scheduled for which is fine I understand its a busy time and everyone was getting tires put on. But one of the mechanics threw a fit when I asked for my tires back. I heard him yelling that he isn't getting his f-ing old tires back. I get it people have bad days but come on man they are my tires I paid for them. And they forgot to put my valve stem covers back on my tires. Overall not too pleased with my first and probably last visit to Barmore.

I have been getting my car taken care of by Barmores Sellstrom for years now. Each and every time I walk into the store all of the front desk workers greet me. Both Dalton and Ryan made sure my car was taken car of last time I was in. The customer service is great! If you need any work done on your car Barmores Sellstrom is the place to go!!

I had an appointment for 1 and was running late from work and they still were able to get me in. They did my alignment and put new tires on and they had great customer service. I would definitely return!

Great bunch of people work here. Both of the owners are super helpful and accommodating. My car was making a funny noise and I had to have surgery the same day and afterwards I wasn't able to drive for several days. They stored the car for free and even said I needed to leave it longer it'd be OK. Prices were pretty good too. I recommend giving them your business if you're in the area.

They changed my fan in my van and put a scree in my battery terminal. Bunch of idiots down there. On top of the fact I didnt need a new fan just needed a relay.

These guys are cool they treat you like family omg they make you laugh on some stuff while you are waiting. There service is excellent. We'll worth the wait while they fix your car up. They have never let me down go check em out you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a garage to date. Made an appointment for tire mounting at 1:00 got a call at nearly 5:00 that they got back up and couldnt get to it so I left the vehicle overnight just to get a call at 4:00 the next day that they couldnt do it yet again only this time it was because they didnt know what a keyed lug nut was (I INFORMED THEM THE KEY WAS IN THE DRIVERS DOOR WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF!!! ). Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!

Got off to a really bad start when first giving them a chance, I might not of been perfect on my end, but they did fix their mistakes, which is all I really wanted. This time around was a much better experience. Which I really appreciate so I will definitely be giving them another try, they re prices are fair, they are friendly, and they re honest hard working people. Thank you Barmore s for being professional and caring about your customers.

wanted a 2nd opinion/checkup on the alignment of my high mileage 2G Tacoma and they made it drive a LOT better. Their alignment price is VERY fair and they did an excellent job.

Aaron at Barmore was personable and professional. We had a blowout on our RV. We decided to replace all 6 tires. Called Barmore and Aaron had the 6 tires we needed and put us on the schedule right away. When we got there, he got us right in and 2 1/2 hours later we were on our way. He kept us informed and even told us about a restaurant close by to eat. Thanks to everyone involved. GREAT JOB and much appreciated Highly recommend

Great and friendly service. Had my Jeep in for an alignment and to replace valve stem. They were also able to pin point why I was hearing a clicking in the front end as well and even took the time to show me. Will definitely be going back for future repairs and maintenance. Thank you for the great service. :)

My friend took his Chevy truck to have the front end aligned. He found out that another shop had put a part in backwards and had to be repaired before the truck could be aligned. Barmore did an excellent job of explaining the problem and fixing the same.

Had a low tire and am unable to bend longenough to check and air them up myself. I asked them to check it they did and put all the tires to spec. Did it at no cost.

Bravo for fantastic customer service! As a businesses owner myself, I know the importance of good service and a great value. This place has both.Found them online after we blew an RV tire near Jamestown NY in June 2017. We called and they got us right in and stayed after closing to help us out. They gave us a fantastic price as well.When we made another trip in July, we had yet another RV tire blew in the same area. We didn't panic and immediately called them again. Even though they were closed that Sunday, they helped us out again. Because of the previous price and customer service, we decided to not only have them repair the blown tire, but have them replace all the remaining 4 RV tires, which were needed any ways, rather than wait until we got back home.I highly recommend them! They are honest, have great customer service, and great pricing.

Ongoing disappointment. Very very poor quality of work... My mother goes to Barmore, and she constantly has rim leaks. She purchased all season tires, and a few years later purchased winter tires. EVERY Time she has them swapped, she has to go back due to rim leaks... Even when she goes back to get rim leaks fixed, they don't fix it and she has to go back time and time again! Oh, and they CHARGE her. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don't write google review, but in this case, I am making an exception. I have called Barmore about this issue in the past, and outright asked them, What does she have to do, tell you to please install them without rim leaks?? Should my elderly mother need to tell the "reputable" tire place that they should use bead sealer, or should the tire place be able to evaluate the rims and figure that out? This is just absurd.

These guys are the best auto shop in town. I've brought all my cars here and have only received the best service. I'm a lifelong regular and will bring my cars no where else! Price is worth every penny. They really care about you and your vehicles with the greatest expertise this area has.

I wasn't there. A friend had a car serviced at this location. Due to the make of the vehicle, something simple such as lug nuts need special tools or to be broken off. This particular vehicle has a hard time passing inspections due to this simple process. Not to mention this isn't a popular vehicle in high lands, wet lands, scenic areas nor any other place that isn't dry and flat. With that said this particular garage was capable and willing to take on the challenge and tedious tasks to get the needed issues done so it could pass inspection. I'd go to this place if I needed the seemingly difficult done. To my understanding the prices are average.

Ordered the tires a week ago. Quoted a price,, set a time and Went to the scheduled apt. This morning. They have no record of the order. Tires not there. I lose an hours pay for these losers. Don't waste your time., or money with these jokers.
