I ve been coming in this location for service ever since I had my Nissan Rogue 2013 and all of my nissan repairs. Service has gone downhill and the last straw for me was I came in to fix my AC. The AC was blowing warm air from one side and cold air from the other. Paid $180 for a trained technician to diagnose and another $228 to do a coolant flush. Tech quoted $3666.79 to repair the AC (Heater box unit needs to be replaced) which I refused. Since summer heat was getting unbearable I decided to go to another mechanic a few months later and they managed to fix my AC and all it needed was a freon refill.

They will definitely add on ish to boost that repair cost up! Be mindful and don't be afraid to take to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion.

I have been a customer of Koeppel Nissan since January, 2009. With that said , this location is awesome . The service department display of professionalism is too tier. I went in today without an appointment and was seen right away.A special thank you to the manger in charge of the service department for always rising above the occasion and his wonderful staff.

Crooks! I took my car in for an oil change and they tried to tell me that I needed over $4,000 in service to my car. I took my car to another mechanic and he told me that only $250 of the services were valid. Go somewhere they won t try to screw you.

Had my work vehicle serviced here under warranty. When you call for updates customer service rep says someone from Service Department will call back and they never do. Text messages on designated line get ignored. Maybe they are overwhelmed by volume but the process was definitely not smooth. Left the vehicle Friday morning and got it back Wednesday afternoon without access to all the tools I need to do my work. Giving 3 stars for the fact that my AC works now.

After speaking with Mr Perez at the service center the day before he asked me to bring the vehicle in the the following day. A service associate approached me immediately after pulling in the the service center. Soon after diagnosing that it was a software update needed I was told it would take three to four hours to complete. Within a matter of minutes Mr Perez and his associate were considered enough to ask me if I had a appointment and the suggested I utilize a loaner vehicle, after some paperwork I was on my way to my appointment. Later on that afternoon I got a phone telling me my vehicle was ready. It could've been any smoother.Thank you Mr Perez and your staff for all the help...

I highly recommend Koeppel Nissan. They are very professional and accommodating. Manager Tony Per�z ensured the top notch service that was unbelievably quick. They never try to nickel and dime you or hustle you for additional service like many other dealers. Koeppel only does service on whatever you tel them to do. Their lounge is very clean and offers free snacks/coffee/tea. The best dealer I have had, hands down. Try it and I guarantee that you won t be disappointed

Horrible experience after purchasing my Nissan Murano with an Electrical and mechanical insurance package. I ask if they provide Loners if my Vehicle would need repairs and they said yes. After almost a year with my Vehicle, I Scheduled an appointment which was at 9:00 am today 6-27-2023 by 1 pm they still haven't looked at my car by 2 pm I ask what's the problem. They told me my car will need to stay at the shop 5 1/2 hours and nothing was done very poor customer service Rude and unpolite I couldn't get a loner vehicle. I took my car and left I wouldn't recommend this place to no one,So deceiving when you are buying acar please be careful.

Let me tell you I had the worst experience. First of all I took my 2022 pathfinder for a oil change and the heating system in the dealer roof melted the cargo bars in my vehicle. After that my vehicle started to get water inside from the roof in the passenger side.� I took it to your dealer again. They told me they changed the pasanger side drain hose and 2 days later after I picked up my car..it happened again, water inside the vehicle same place same situation. I took it again 15 days later they told me they couldn't replicate the water leak. They didn't do nothing..a total waste of time. .

Everytime we go there will end up with a big fat bill. They always know how to find problems with your car and bill you. Cleaning of engine pipe will cost you hundreds of bucks here. Have a hole in the tire can cost you a few hundred here. Thank you for your dedication and I am just sharing our experience. We got car from them initially.

My favorite place for service. Customer for years never thought of going somewhere else. Never have any issues with the service,the staff is always friendly,helpful and knowledgeable.I strongly recommend this place.Also the waiting room is very clean and comfortable, there is always available coffee s and snacks while you waiting.

The service advisors are responsible, kind and are very helpful. Tony is the best manager you can find always very comprehensive and very helpful in any situation. The cashiers are sweet, helpful and very respectable. Koeppel Nissan is the best dealership and you can always trust them with your car.

I don t always trust the dealer but these guys are great! I went in to reprogram my ECM. The tech went above and beyond. Even fixed my loose muffler at no extra fee. Ask for Rep Hewett!

Koeppel Nissan never disappoints. I leased my car in 2019 and they have taken care of all my service needs. They always go above and beyond customer expectations. They are nice, reliable and organized. I cannot recommend them enough. Especially Todd in the service department has helped me every time and been phenomenal with customer service. Thanks guys!

I really liked the atmosphere there. No pushy sales or finance folks. Nikem Jackson was my sales rep. He was great! He followed up and tried his best to help me. Gerard Baptiste is also great person to speak to as well. They won't BS you.

Called and made an appointment a week in advance. Get to my scheduled appointment on time and I wasn't in their system nor was an appointment ever booked by the person on the phone. Was told 15 mins on the phone to reprogram a key fob, told an hour when I got to the place, ended up being there for 2 hours. Services were performed on the car that was not requested or explained prior to doing in order to up-sell. Avoid if you can, go to a different place for service

Worst place to bring your car for service, second time I come here and never again. You call in about a battery issue , they say yes bring it down and we look into , my car has a warranty, brand new car , once I get to service they see my car has warranty they tell me they are full and can t look at it for a week or 2. Makes no sense to tell me to bring it down then. Waste of time. Definitely not coming back here again.Service: Battery

HORRIBLE service, if you are looking to sell your car look somewhere else unless you want to wait for your check eternally. I sold my car to Koeppel Nissan over 2 weeks ago. They were quick to take my car and all the paperwork and told me I would get the check by the end of the week. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CHECK. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I don t know who they think they are but I this people have proven to be less than truthful and unethical. I can only guess any interaction with this company is just as disappointing. Please do yourself a favor and find another car dealership.Keep in mind I didn t even had a financing plan with my car, it was literally the easiest paperwork possible. But somehow they still haven t sent the check for the car that they already took from me.

I came all the way from the bronx, paid toll & gas. I made it by 7:50am and they tell me that they don't take walk-ins. Nowhere in Website does it say they don't take walk-ins that only reservations. What a waste of time.

Very sad , they replaced my ECM and stole parts from my 2010 Pathfinder. I didn't give them an authorization to work on my car. Don't leave your car overnight. They said. They are a rip-off place. They will invent anything to make money. Tony the shop supervisor said a mechanic made a mystake after the rep. Kelly Chacon said the car was like that. I brought the car running and have to pickup with tow truck.Don't use this dealership.
