Recently bought a Jaguar F-Type from Huntington Land Rover Jaguar. My salesman Omar was very assistive, polite, and personable. Him and the finance team were able to work the numbers on my trade in towards my new car and it was fair all around. Would highly recommend and was gifted key chains after my purchase!

I would like to give a huge thank you to the Parts Manager Keith Simmons for his assistance. I was speaking to a Customer Service Rep. and she directed me to him. He not only listened to me but escorted me to my car to make sure I ordered the exact part I needed. I was so grateful because that was the third time I attempted to make the purchase but the first time someone took the time to go above and beyond to assist me. Again thank you so very much Mr. Simmons for displaying customer service at its best!

After ordering $700 worth of parts which i was wrongly quoted for, (the original quote was closer to $1,200) and being told that if I have left over parts I would be able to return them, I was told that i would not be able to return $85 worth of parts. Very upsetting, unprofessional and was told on the phone that their parts counter person "would never say such a thing" and "I must not have heard them correctly". I would not recommend this dealer for anything!

Everyone was very nice, the valet guys were super helpful, And jasmine the service rep was wonderful. The courtesy car I was promised was the exact vehicle I was dropping off, And my car was cleaner when I picked it up. Then when I dropped it off.

The service writer I had was not so nice and had a very bad attitude. Like I was an inconvenience. I have never had someone so rude in all the years I ve had to deal with dealers.Thank you to John Laguerre the General Manager for going beyond to help me with a problem I had with the service department. John went way beyond and saw that all my service needs were completed with no issues.Thank you again John for all your help. I appreciate it and recommend this dealer.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership . RICHARD Cappetta my salesman was absolutely outstanding. Very knowledgeable, friendly and I appreciated his genuine attitude. There was absolutely no pressure or typical sales pitches. The rest of the staff was warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable at this dealership. I strongly recommend Richard if you're in the market for a new cars .

Purchased certified pre-owned Jaguar F-pace. Great experience from start to finish. Our salesman Kevin was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Michael, who went over the car at time of delivery was great as well! He went over every button in the car and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Kevin. You will not be disappointed!

Like any luxury car dealership usually the cars speak for themselves, but the Sales agent can ruin your experience. However in this case, Richard Cohen was EXCEPTIONAL! My particular deal had a ton of moving parts, and it took around a month to complete. Richard was never frustrated. Anytime I had a question or concern he was accessible and responded very quickly. Through it all I never felt any pressure whatsoever. As you guys know that is extremely rare in the car business. I left JLR of Huntington feeling great about the deal I got, and was very impressed with the entire dealership experience. Below is a picture of the car I leased, and I love it!!Honorable mention: Mel Schifano who gave my wife and I a very thorough test drive.

I have been a customer of Huntington Jaguar Land Rover for a little over a year now. I always have a great experience, I always get a loaner, never had an issue. Staff is extremely accommodating and the coffee is delicious! I do have to say, most of the time I deal with Steve, he is the Best, he always has a smile and explains everything in detail. I have yet to have a bad experience here!I will continue to be a customer of Huntingto Jaguar LandRover! Great cars, great staff, great service, definatly worth it!!! They make it so easy, thank you! Even the sales team, it's like no pressure!!

Pleasant service experience during my last visit. Repairs was made to my satisfaction. Very pleasant experience at the dealership. My SUV was immediately taken in when I reached out with the problem. Service manager explained work done and it was to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this dealership for procuring and servicing a Jaguar. Service advisor was very helpful, pleasant and accommodating.

An absolute delight purchasing from Carl Merz here. Carl was professional, accommodating and did everything he said he would, including post purchase. Carl also stayed back of his own volition till late at night on the day. A refreshing contrast to the independent car dealers across NY and NJ who, with the exception of a small few, still operate on a 1970s high pressure, zero service model and should be avoided at all costs. Great dealership and an experience that I d genuinely go back for. Thank you Carl and team

After quite possibly the worst car buying experience in my lifetime from another Jaguar dealership, Jaguar of Huntington restored my faith in the process. Omar was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely transparent and upfront throughout. Every once in a while you can tell that the person on the other end of the call is of good character... I knew this in the first 5 minutes of the phone call. I would highly recommend this dealership and Omar in particular. The previous Jaguar dealership could learn a thing or two about honesty and integrity from Jaguar of Huntington. Thank you to everyone involved in the purchase!

I had a fantastic experience working with Rich Mcdonaugh and Eric Doxey. There was no haggling, no hidden fees, and no headaches. I met with Rich and Eric at 10am, and before 5pm, I was driving off in a brand new f-pace. They worked swiftly to find lease financing that fit my budget and needs, and were professional, courteous and extremely helpful every step of the way. I bought my first jag from Eric back in 2017, and I m already looking forward to working with both Rich and Eric again as soon as this lease is up.These guys and this dealership make what is usually a stressful and anxiety ridden process of buying a car a simple, pleasant and FUN experience.Thank you Rich and Eric!

Today I drove home my new F-Type. I am a long time customer of Jaguar Huntingon and, my experience today reminded me why. They are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.Mike, our representative who spent time explaining how everything works, was the BEST! He was so familiar with the car, he made me feel like I was his only priority. He couldn t have been nicer.

I recently made a purchase with Kevin Sharkey. I cannot tell you what a great experience it was with him. The entire transaction from going in and looking at cars, picking out a car, finding a deal the whole thing was so smooth up. I have been to other Land Rover dealerships in the area and this one is not overwhelming at all. They give you all of their attention and make you feel welcome! If you need a car go talk to Kevin, he s great!!

I recently had a great experience with Kevin Sharkey at Jaguar Huntington! He was patient, informative, NOT pushy whatsoever and delivered a very good deal on what he knew what would fit my needs. Prior, I dealt with Land Rover in Glen Cove and I m so glad I did not go back for my lease turn in! I could not be happier with my new Jaguar F-pace!! Also, there was a very minor imperfection when I picked up the SUV and Kevin remedied the problem in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend Kevin as he delivered with integrity which I truly appreciate.

We had leased a Range Rover sport in 2018 from Richard Cohen. We love the car. More importantly we loved the interaction with Richard. He was personable, took his time and explained everything. Answered all our questions. We were extremely happy with him. When my lease came up from BMW because of Richard I wanted to lease from him and he was able to find me a Jaguar crossover which I absolutely loved. I leased the car and so happy. He called me the next day to see how I liked the car. He is very accessible and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lease from Jaguar Range Rover.

Leased a vehicle that was previously a loaner from here, just to discover at first service that it needed $950 + labor brake repair. Booked online appointments twice at the service department, and both times the loaners never came back and they had none available for me . Had to wait 1.5 hours each time when I didn't plan for it.Why not just say that we don't provide loaners??
