I was greeted right on time and treated like I was truly welcome by Justin Molina and other staff members. Vehicle was serviced in reasonable time while I waited comfortably. Everything explained well and words Id use are quality, care and professionalism. I was less than pleased with my new car purchasing experience, but follow up service visits have mitigated that feeling. Good job team!

My service advisor Rich did a great job scheduling my service appointment and reviewing what was needed for my car. The appointment was at the specified time and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. The new showroom is also nicely done with a comfortable waiting room with refreshments available. There are closer dealership to me but service at Empire has been excellent from the moment I bought my Subaru so it s worth the drive.

As always, service was very good. I was told ahead of time about how much it would be. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with available coffee or tea. I was also informed of additional work that may be needed. Thank you for the friendly service.

I recently went to get maintenance on my 2017 Subaru STI at Empire Subaru and Richard Ciarletta was awesome! He was informative, helpful and very nice ! His customer service is amazing! Thank you Richard!

I had a positive experience recently at Empire Subaru when I had my Forester serviced. My service advisor was Richard Ciarletta and as usual he was cheerful, professional and knowledgeable. He guided me on what services I needed based on my mileage and usage so I saved money. I was in and out quickly as promised. I trust Rich and feel I m in good hands with him.

Richard Ciarletta has helped me on several occasions over the years. I bought my car 6 years ago and have taken it there for inspections, routine maintenance etc. He is always friendly and helpful and am happy when he assists me with whatever service I my car needs. Would definitely recommend him.

My visit at the service department at Empire Subaru was a pleasure from beginning to end. Rich Ciarletta was friendly, pleasant and efficient at his job. He made special arrangements for transportation both ways both before and after service because I live a short distance away. I will definitely remember my experience at Subaru that day.

I dealt with Richard Ciarletta at Empire Subaru for a problem with my 2018 Forester. He patiently listened to all my concerns and then kept me posted as the car was being serviced. He made sure all work was completed to my requests and has a still needed part on order for me. I feel very confident that my car will be safe and in fine working order as I'm waiting for the part to come in.

This dealership got me in the same day to link a new remote start that I had installed. Richard Ciarletta was at the front service desk and was very personable and polite! I was out within a half hour.Sitting in the waiting area was calm and relaxed and everyone seems to get along nicely! I would go back for anything my car needs!

Excellent experience at Empire Huntington Subaru. Intake and greeting by Kimberly Scaccia proved to be professional and carefully considerate of my described concerns. My vehicle was serviced in the time she predicted it would be. The waiting area for customers was comfortable, spacious, and immaculate. The service performed by the assigned technician addressed the issue presented by my Forester and I was on my way feeling that I had been treated honestly and fairly. Couldn't have been happier.Update: Recent service and NYS inspection performed. Greeted and assisted by Jason Moreno. Pleasant and very attentive experience. Jason was able to assess and address my concerns and all items were taken care of in a timely and fair-priced manner. The revamped, remodeled Huntington Subaru is a great asset for owners seeking competent service.Services: Auto water leak repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

The staff a Subaru go above and beyond to accommodate. This past service the techs stayed almost 2 hours late to get new brakes on my car so that I can safely take my road trip. Super polite too!

Bryant was great. He took care of us from scheduling on the phone to checkout. Service was ahead of schedule and the waiting area had a cool touch screen to compare trims and features. The new building is much bigger and nicer than the old one in 2021.
