It s very difficult to find a place that you can trust when it comes to car issues. Everyone at Bay Hills is honest, fair and accommodating. I love them. I won t go anywhere else. Best auto shop around.

I had a 2011 Mazda3 that was giving me all kinds of electrical problems. Nobody else even wanted to bother. Eddie the owner of the establishment not only diagnosed and repaired my issues he did it in such a fair price I felt guilty not giving him more.. Honesty, integrity, value, and knowledge, what else can you ask for in person? Especially your mechanic.

This crew is a rarity. Trustworthy, decent, and honest. I moved from Greenlawn to islip and still dropped my car and truck off to them... Until they found out and referred me to a local auto shop by me. Equally reputable, even their referral was as good.

I have been taking all my vehicles to Ed Truehart for 20 years when anything was needed. The best damn mechanic and the most honest guy in a trade full of thieves. If you need work done your foolish to go anywhere else.

I started as a customer 30 years ago and have become friends with Ed, his family and staff since. They're not just the best and fairest mechanics around, they're "locals" who are invested in our community and always willing to help - why go anywhere else?

scratched my car .. lied, refused to pay for damage ... destroyed closed circuit video. cant really say anything positive about the service
