I stopped by in passing to look into a slow leak in my tire. I was so impressed with the timely manner and efficiency my repair was handled. I was taken to my car and shown 2 tires that needed replacing and a nail in a third tire that was plugged. I also returned two the next day to replace thetires and got my state inspection done. They reset my pressure dummy light finally..that has been on and off for a year that my previous repair shop could never seem to turn it off after being serviced. Thank you for dedication to customer satisfaction. Hard to find these days. You will be my new go to for my car repairs!

We have trusted Ace Auto Repair for over 25 years to service and maintain our family vehicles. They are knowledgeable, skilled, caring and fair with their pricing. My husband Anthony Crammer takes the vehicles here. We always have had an excellent experience.Everything is explained very well. We used to go to a place in Bethpage for very many years and now we have ACE AUTO because we had moved in 2021.My husband, Anthony actually found their business card in a gas station and then drove to the repair shop one day and asked someone who was having their car serviced there about ACE AUTO and he was told they were very reliable.It s hard to trust some places these days and we have had no problem.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I came to use Ace Auto from a recommendation from my sister that has used them to service two of her cars. In fact, she purchased her vehicles from them. I ve only brought my car there three times so far and ever experience has been positive. I have been using Ace for almost three decades. Ace always does phenomenal, punctual work on a totally professional level. I have been going to the ce Auto Repair/Little Garage for the last few years to service and detail our Lexus SUVs. I used to go to the Lexus dealer. But I found this garbage through a referral and found them to be very knowledgeable, professional , and reasonably priced. All their work has been top-notch. I really appreciate how they list the priorities of what is must urgent and critical. Keeping my family's cars in top safe working condition is a priority for me and working with Ken at Ace Auto gives me total confidence. I always trust Ace to do what needs to be done and to do it as it should be done. I always brag about how much I like my service center and how incredible their 'operating room-like' garage is, I just love the attention to detail, which totally translates to the work they do! I met Ken the owner of Ace Auto through his partner Matt Meng from The Little Garage which specializes with superb quality service on all German vehicle repairs at the same facility. I've know Matt for about 30 years after owning several BMW vehicles of which I no longer own.Fast forward to 2021 after purchasing an all American vehicle I turned to Ken for vehicle servicing. Ken and his team at Ace Auto provide the most incredible vehicle service with accuracy, fairness, and impeccable workmanship. Its a wonder and a shame that Ace Auto isn't a national chain. I have been having my cars serviced at Ace Auto for 11 years and my children service their cars there as well. Ken has always been there for me in an emergency and there have been occasions when emergency help was important! Ken can be trusted to always provide an honest diagnosis and service at a reasonable fee. I have never seen a repair facility as clean, well run and professional as Ace Auto. I give them a 10

My wife drove her Jeep 15k miles without an oil change, until it started to cry for fluids. They got it in right away, diagnosed the issues, did an oil change and made a list of things we need to have worked on/fixed to bring back to a scheduled appointment. Very nice, extremely accommodating and we finally feel like this is a business for our vehicles we can trust!

I've been using ACE for a few years and can say that I finally found a true and honest team, led by Ken. Most recently, I had a broken shifter cable in a '03 Corvette, which if you know anything about this car, replacing the cable is a PITA!. Most people tear apart the interior console to replace the cable, but I was able to find a YouTube video showing how it can be done from underneath. Ken and his team was able to use this technique and replace the cable WITHOUT touching the inside of the car...which we all know is a blessing!Ken and his team are meticulous, clean, thorough, and most importantly...Easy to work with and HONEST. My family has been going to Ken's for 3 decades. After moving to the city years ago, I decided it would be easier to go for inspections/repairs nearby. They told me I needed various repairs for thousands of dollars, so I drove back out to Ace Auto Repair for a second opinion. Ken told me those "repairs" were unnecessary. Ever since, I make the pilgrimage out to Ace every year for an inspection, etc.... An honest repair shop is hard to find, and Ace is the best!

Long history dealing with independent mechanics as well as new car dealer mechanics, Ace Auto, Ken/owner, Huntington, NY is about as HONEST, SUPERB A DIAGNOSTICIAN & FAIR, as I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of being an auto services consumer. In addition he is a gentleman & a NICE PERSON a rarity in the field. At its busiest, his shop is as clean as pictures show on websitE. RARE FIND!!!

What's Great About This Place ?They are professionals at what they do. They fix it once .On time and accommodating.
