I had my 4 tires replaced here yesterday, I m overall really happy I was able to trust Leo and his team and let them work on my car. I bought my own tires online then had them installed here. They charge a $4/ tire disposal fee and $16/ tire for tire installation for my specific tire and car, I guess it depends on the tire circumference. I got my sensor installed but Leo didn t get to program it because something was wrong with the sensor. I have to get new ones and replace them all to get the new one out. They also charge $15 for oil change labor if you come in with your own motor oil. I will be coming here from now on for any of my car maintenance needs.

Was initially hesitant to come to this location to have my new rim's and tires installed here as this was my first time here. Its low key and not a flashy place. But TireRack had this business as one of the recommended shops to go to. At the end, I was happy on how well they took care of protecting the wheels from any scratches while installing the tires. They did a clean job complete with balancing while being careful with mounting the wheels onto the vehicle. Best of all, they had the best pricing around. Be sure to tip your technician for a job well done. At this point, just need to observe for any vibrations and check the lugs after a few miles for any issues. Although, I don't expect any problems. I recommend this place if you're in the area.

Found this place on Groupon and came for an alignment. Afterwards I took my car elsewhere for an oil change and they tried charging me an insane amount of money for brakes. I called this place to ask them if they had seen anything wrong with the brakes because the other place was citing all these crazy things were wrong with my car. We came back around530 (they close @6) and the team was so helpful and willing to change the brakes at the very moment and explained and showed what was actually wrong. We quickly went to auto zone (across the street) to Purchase the brakes and they charge $120 for each set of brakes to be installed. They were so professional, kind, patient, and helpful. I 100% recommend this shop!

Great experience. I ordered my tires online and had them sent here, they were super fast in mounting + balancing and were patient with me. They put on my wheel locks as well, and their rate for installing is fair. Highly recommended!

I had trouble with my cars balancing. Upon calling I spoke to Jason who was helpful and very fair on pricing. I came to their shop and was met by Leo who was also equally knowledgeable. He identified the issue with the foam in my tires causing vibration and advised on the solution. I was in and out in 30 mins. I would recommend this shop to others for their friendly attitude, fair pricing, and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Jason and Leo.

This location has always been where I went for tires. Unfortunately, they no longer deal with used tires. So as long as you're cool dropping a wad on a set of tires, this is definitely the best place. The guys are always friendly and very knowledgeable!!

In a matter of 30 minutes they said they can have a tire brought to the store so I can pick it up and later said they can t. Dumbest thing. Could ve at least let me know on the phone rather than get my hopes up.

Awesome guys! Very friendly and fast service. I had a wheel alignment done after I told them my alignment was off after hitting a pothole. He went above and beyond to check my tires and did balancing. The alignment was still a tiny bit off so I went back the next day and he fixed it. I will be going here from now on, not to mention I paid half of what I used to pay.

Leo is the man! i've been a customer of theirs since the old shop on NY Ave. Always honest, competitive pricing. I'm a cheapskate, so i normally bring in used tires for the countless car projects I'm working with, but they respect my budget and always do a great job. I recommend them to all my friends. -Errol

100% fantastic service!! They changed my brakes 1 hour before closing and I even had to run back to advanced auto beacuse they gave me the wrong parts. Thank you so much now during my 12 hour trip i will feel much safer. Thank you so much. BEST PRICES IN TOWN!!

This place is great. They are honest, quick, and their prices are very fair. Jason quoted me a price for 2 tires and an alinement but he soon found out that previous work done on the car was done incorrectly but they fixed it anyway without charging me extra. I paid exactly what I was quoted. I am so pleased with the quality of service I recieved.

Been going to these guys for over 20 years. Jason and Leo are great guys, no BS. You want tires? You want great prices with no BS or "up selling"? These are your guys. I remember all the times I've needed tires on a tight budget and Jason's dad found a way to keep my car safe with good tires that fit my budget. See for yourself.

Most unprofessional shop I ve been to and I m 95% sure they took my exotic car for a joy ride. The mileage went from 47-52. I live too close for it to go up that high there and back.

I have been going to NYS Discount Tire since moving to Huntington 15 years ago. I used to buy tires on Tire Rack and have them shipped there (when they were in that tiny garage with the dirt driveway!) Recently, I've started buying the tires directly from them and having them install. In less than two years, I put 50,000 miles on my car. Just had it wrapped with new Michelins last month. Ran over a nail in the first week, brought it back to the shop they had me fixed and out the door in minutes - no charge. They get the best quality products and the service is top shelf! The Michelin Defenders are so great, I put them on another car and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Jason, Leo and their staff are pros. I'm not saying there aren't other good tire shops, but go read some of the horror stories at most tire "chain stores." NYS Discount Tire is THE tire shop for me and my family.

All of these negative reviews seem like a waste of time. They are clearly written in the form that a competitor would write them to discredit this amazing tire shop. Most of them seem like a lawsuit should be filed, rather a bad review. NYS Discount Tire is a great place to get tires, and has very professional employees. I think anyone that would tell a business owner not be interested in their own business is a horrible person or a low life.

The guys at NYS Discount Tire saved me last week! I got a flat, but the wheel would not come off the car as two of lug nuts/studs we're stripped. So I got towed to NYS. They couldn't get the nuts off either, so I was stuck with the flat, unable to get to a shop to replace the studs. NYS came up with the solution to do a temp patch on the sidewall puncture, while it was on the car. That allowed me to drive (carefully) to my mechanic where they surgically removed the nuts/studs. With all that, NYS didn't even charge me. Needless to say, I bought my new tires there that day, and they got them in and installed within a few hours. NYS is now my tire place for life! Oh, and they also have tires at great prices...

I always buy my tires here. They have the BEST prices. I know because I've compared. This is the only place I'll buy tires from even though it's a bit far from where I live.
