I have never had a more seamless and pleasant encounter with a dealership. From the first phone call to the final signing of all of the paperwork it was a sincere pleasure. Everybody that I worked with was knowledgeable, professional and not in the least bit aggressive about the sale. Many thanks to George my salesman and Sabrina in Finance! Maximum stars. The whole experience was fun and easy. Alyssa listened to my needs and wants about buying a used car and was extremely chill when conducting the search, ultimately guiding me to a great car for great value. The sales team worked with me to make sure I could get the car in a timely fashion and helped me with my transportation before I was able to drive it home. I am so happy in my mini cooper. Big big thanks to Alyssa and the whole team- it was fun and will absolutely always come here for any service needs for this car and maybe one day if I ever need another car.

Our service advisor Daniel Baczewski was extremely helpful and patient as this was our first visit to Habberstad Mini after purchasing a used Mini for our daughter In Connecticut. He was able to help us stay on budget by fully explaining what needed to be done and what could wait. Our situation was also slightly different from the normal routine because a portion of the repair was being paid by a 3rd party. As busy as he was he stayed on point, kept us informed and got the car back on the road quickly.We will definitely be back for our next service!

The sales process was great.Our sales person, Alyssa was knowledgeable and very helpful with the entire ordering process. She kept us updated along the way as our car was being built and transported to us.Most importantly my wife loves her new car.

Habberstad Mini was an absolute pleasure to work with when I took my car in for service to replace a damaged tire. From the moment I called customer service to the time I picked up my car, everything was made simple, easy, expedient and the staff were all very accommodating. The staff stayed in touch with me along the way to keep me updated on the repair progress. I have never had such an easy, smooth experience with any other dealer and will wholeheartedly recommend Habberstad to others.

I have dealt with Habberstad twice. Once, about 10 years ago I bought a used car from them and last week when I picked up my new Mini Countryman. Both times my experience has been nothing but positive. The sales experience was pleasant and straightforward. More than what many people experience at car dealers. My delivery experience was also simple. There was no high pressure to buy extras and the car was thoroughly explained by the resident genius. I can t wait to see what my service experience is like.

Routine inspection and oil change. It was easy to make the appointment online. Daniel greeted us. He was very friendly and efficient. The work was done pretty quickly as we waited. A brief video of the inspection was emailed. Checkout went smoothly. No issues at all.(Note: Habberstad charges it's customers 3% to use a credit card (for sales and service). Keep this in mind, especially for expensive work or when purchasing a car).

This was my second purchase from Habberstad and it went as smooth (if not smoother) than the first. Helpful ordering, accurate delivery information and no surprises when it came down to signing my documents. My salesperson, Alyssa Truglio, was professional, knowledgeable and always responded to emails quickly. I highly recommend this MINI dealership.

They were very helpful in diagnosing what needed work on my mini cooper. They mechanic sent a video of him going over my car and showed exactly what needed work. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Staff was great, especially Wendi, she was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you so much for helping me this past week.

Mini Habberstad service is exceptional! Dan was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to resolve a hard to detect problem. He updated me throughout the day and was available to answer all of my questions. My 2020 Countryman is once again driving like new. I have been to many service departments over the years but Mini AND DAN set the standard for excellence. Thank you Dan and the service technicians.

Kudos, kudos, kudos to Alyssa She is professional, knowledgeable and patient. Buying a car has always been a stressful experience for me. This time around was more stressful because I had decided to lease for the first time.You should know thatI had been to another Mini dealership closer to home. However, the sales reps provided just basic information and offered little time.Alyssa was very informative and most accommodating. She addressed all my questions and took the time to ensure my understanding and satisfaction. She even met me in the showroom across Jericho Tpke. on the day I picked up my leased 2024 red Countryman.Alyssa actually made what ha always been an uncomfortable experience for me fun.

Scheduled appointment on Mini app. They called me right away to confirm and also advised that my car had a recall. They offered me a loaner vehicle since it might take long to complete the recall work. Went to service, that advised I can wait and it will be done in an hour. I turned down the loan and in one hour as promised the work was done and I was on my way. They even washed my car and cleaned it inside.

Bought a Certified Mini Cooper Countryman. I worked with Charles Klee. I needed to do it from a distance and Charles made everything so easy. Charles was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely work with Charles again. If you need a Mini, ask for Charles Klee. He will treat you right.

Picked up a 2022 mini cooper s from here 2 weeks ago and don t regret it at all. Great buying experience. Thomas helped me out there and never pressured me and it was just a smooth easy process. Will definitely buy another car from there.

My Sales Rep, Charles IV, was more than accommodating with what my requirements were for my new car and his communication skills were excellent. I am looking forward to showing off my new Mini baby!The service team is so accommodating when my car gave me the alert that it was due for an oil change.They got me in quick and although the intended wait time to perform it was two hours, they were done in 45 minutes and even sent a video to explain everything they were doing.I would highly recommend this car dealership to my friends!

This was my first time purchasing a pre-owned pre-certified car or any car for that matter and the folks Habberstad, and especially George who worked with me, we're patient and easy going and answered all of my questions. I did not have the same experience with other car dealerships. At other dealerships I felt rushed and like the sale really wasn't important. I never felt pushed to buy with George and he let me test drive the car twice. The car itself was in pristine condition and is a champ in the snow. I highly recommend the Mini Cooper Countryman to anyone looking for a compact SUV with AWD. The financing department was also fantastic. Keep in mind you go over to the BMW showroom and it's not like I'm some high roller buying a super expensive car but they treated me with the utmost respect and they had a young man who took the time to show me the ins and outs of the Mini. I highly recommend this car dealership.
