nice and clean service center .first time coming here.mr SUNNY was the service manager took charge of my vehicle.he explained everything what all required for the maintainence.nice and polite person.calm and quiet environment. less waiting period comparing to other service centers.there is a cofee bar inside and also there s 7eleven nearby for snacks .planning like to do my future maintainence for my car here .overall I would give 5star rating

My 21 Highlander was making a wind noise when going over 35 miles and I couldn t figure out what the issue was. I called the service department and immediately felt welcomed to schedule my visit on the same day. John is my service advisor and he did an amazing job in reassuring me that the service team will figure out what is happening and update me. Ultimately, they figured out that Toyota has put out a TSB (Abnormal Whistle Noise From Vehicle Front) and the correct measures to correct this. They had to order a new radiator grill bracket and John once again reassured me that that this was a known issues on some Highlander models. The waiting area was spacious and clean. I had to leave my car for the day for the part to arrive and John kept me updated. Thanks! Will be coming back.

Excellent 10K service experience. My car was picked up from my home and dropped back off a couple of hours later. This is by far the best experience from any car dealer service department in my 45+ years of driving! Highly recommend Empire Toyota!

I have had a few issues with this place but stayed silent. I really hate having to be that annoying customer to leave a review like this but I no longer have a choice....If you have a newer car this place is perfect for you, if you have an older car they wont treat your car repairs with the same care and will try to get as much money from you as possible....I have had a repair done here before, and months after I went to another mechanic for another routine maintenance and he noticed the repair job that Toyota did and he was genuinely surprised at the poor rushed quality in which the repair was done, he asked me about it, I didn't even mention it. I also received an oil change from this place and they did not even bother to properly fill out the sticker that notifies me when I am due for another oil change. As I said, if your car is old, they wont care about you.The other day I went in for a quick issue regarding my license plate being unable to be properly screwed in due to stubborn screws. I called before coming in and asked if they can help and they notified me that I can absolutely come in and be helped since it is a very very minor task and I am a regular customer there. (I even mentioned on the phone that I would be willing to tip). Once i arrived they took one look at my license plate for legitimately 10 seconds, did not even attempt to get it out. He immediately tells me that I would have to pay $180 for labor. $180 for an hour of labor after I was told on the phone this would NOT BE THE CASE....... Clearly after he sees my 2009 vehicle with 152000 miles on it, they switch to "just give me your money or get that old trash out of here" mode. Later that day I went to another mechanic and he removed the screw literally barely within 2 minutes..If only they knew that car owners with older cars are bound to be on the market for a brand new car at any moment. However, now I will take my new car search very far from Toyota.I would give zero stars if I could.

Best service experience I ve had at a dealership by far. Sunny made the process easy from start to finish. He introduced me to the tech, Jason, who took the time to discuss the diagnostic and repairs planned for my truck. Can t ask for better. The loaner I was given during the repair period was clean and appropriate for my needs while I was without my truck. This is my new dealership!

Keith McKenna was very helpful. My car was in the shop 2 months waiting for parts. He kept me informed of the status on a regular basis. Always made me feel that he truly cared about my situation and appreciated how difficult it was for me to be without my car. Highly recommend him as a contact at this dealership

Pretty good experience here, my servicing only took about an hour and I did my inspection while I was here at the same time for additional $10. I m happy to recommend this service center to anyone in the area and the waiting area is also really nice with snacks coffee and hot chocolate if you need. There s also a waiting room for children with books you can read and you can look at the cars while you wait.Services: Tires, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I hate having to leave these kinds of reviews. However I feel so strongly about this matter that I feel like it needs to be known. I have never felt such a feeling of deceit like the one I did today. We went for our service appointment and the rep that we had tried their hardest to not only make us feel guilt tripped by saying things that were both uncomfortable and unnecessary. Given i understand his concern but there are other ways to sell your service and parts without telling me things like having to bite the bullet or think about the kids.And what topped it off was him asking me for my husbands phone because he didn t want the message that he sent to go to spam. And him taking the liberty to give himself a five star review. After that all I could feel was a sense of disgust and a feeling of being offended for the liberty of reviewing yourself.I dislike this place so much I refuse to return.

I was recommended to Empire by a family member who has been going there for years, to have service done on his vicheicl. The minute I drove in, I felt comfortable. The attendant took my car and directed me to the office, where I met with Sunny Dalavai. Finally, I was speaking with someone who did not treat me like an airhead bimbo. Sunny answered all my questions, and advised me on the best way to care for and maintain my car. Thank you Sunny, you made my day.

Sunny D. was very honest and helpful when I went to get my car serviced. I am grateful I got him as an advisor and will be requesting him in the future when going to get service. i had the best experience with the toyota service team today. i had an urgent problem on my prius that i needed them to help solve. it was late in the day and they were close to closing but michelle,nick and esty jump in and worked through the problem on the spot. they didn t stop until they solved it. it was an unconventional service, a wielded nut that holds the license plate on snapped off so i couldn t put a new license on, but it was super important to me and they saved the day. i ll always be grateful for their help. big thanks!!!

I recently purchased a new car to replace a handicapped accessible minivan that my son had needed. After he died, it was difficult to move on. To buy a new car was overwhelming emotionally for me. Gracie Agosto was very understanding. She helped me select the best vehicle to suit my needs. She held my hand during the test drive which I greatly appreciated.
