Brianna Mazzilli was great! Took the car in for oil change service and communicated the status of my car while I was there. The team was quick. I was out just over an hour later even with one car ahead of me.Had a great experience with the sales team and continued with the service group!

Bri was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and professional & really went up & above to help me make informed decisions. The facility is beautiful & offers good coffee & bottled water while you wait. Julissa was also very efficient & friendly when it was time to check out!

The service department is under new leadership, and it really shows. Lucas the new manager and I spoke after a recent issue that came up. He told me he just came over from another dealership and was going to turn this department around. If I was the first customer he helped make things right with, I consider myself very lucky. He listened to my concerns, spoke with the staff about them and made sure they understood that he plans on running this department like a five star resort. If you previously came here, you probably were given the run around and told things that just did not sit well with you. I urge you to give them another chance, because with the new leadership in place, this is going to be my go to service department from here on out.

My service manager, Brianna Mazzilli, made sure she explained all the procedures performed to my car. She answered all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. I have only trust for the maintenance service provided by Empire Mazda of Huntington.

Honestly, I can t say enough good things about Mazda of Huntington and in particular Christina who was our sales person she was professional she was she followed up. She did everything that she could to make our experience perfect and it was during the holidays, which is a very difficult time I would 100% 1000% recommend them to everyone.

Had to have a second key made and programmed. Allison Dempster was the Young Lady that assisted Me. She set Me up and told Me how long the wait would be. I told Her I would be upstairs in the customer lounge. When My car was done She came up and notified Me when it was done, and that My car was given a complimentary car wash. I went outside and found My car looking like New.

I am so grateful to the service team at Empire Mazda. They took great care of my vehicle and always had a loaner when needed. I can t say enough good things about Jamie, Ally, Jessica, and especially Ian Rice. They are always communicating and went all out to keep me as a happy customer. There s nothing they wouldn t do for their customers and the fine work done by the mechanics proves it. Someone is always there to greet you with a smile and everyone is so kind. Thank you Ian and team!

My entire experience at Empire Mazda Service Department has been courteous and professional from start to finish. My Service Advisor, Allison Dempster was knowledgeable and professional in handling all my requests ----- the service was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. After an explanation of work completed, I was on my way.

By far the smoothest service experience I've had from any other mazda service department. Next day appointment with the ease of online booking, super friendly valet- check-in, Ian was great-he kept me informed and the appointment went smoothly and quickly. Every time I come here, the staff is so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond! Allison D. in service always is so down to earth and takes the time to explain everything. I literally never have any free time and they really were able to help me out getting me in and finished quickly, or w/ a ride or a courtesy vehicle if available on other visits. I love the videos showing the inspection on my vehicle. This is the second Mazda at Empire I have leased and I will be a return client. A pleasure to get one s car serviced here. From a tire light to regular service there is no difference in the hospitality that you receive. It is almost like waiting for the other shoe to drop. They saved my car! Check engine light came on 5 days before a 10 hour road trip, they found the issue and fixed it. They even gave me a loaner and for 2 days, it was a beautiful Mazda CX-5. THANK YOU!

They were able to service my car including a recall I was unaware of in a single day as well shuttle me to and from home so I didn't have to wait there. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The brand new waiting area was quite comfortable and replete with complementary snacks hot and cold beverages.

First, if you need any kind of servicing, don't book any of it through the website. It's not a great UI/UX experience. Scheduling a date and time is probably the easiest thing to do.Needed to do my annual NYS Inspection and I also needed to get general servicing. I couldn't figure out where to pull up for service through google maps but once I pulled into the lot, there were signs everywhere so that made things really easy.Once you pull up to the area, they open the gate and you pull in. I was directed to the front desk area where they took all my info and asked what I'd be interested in getting. Couple of more questions and I they showed me where the waiting area.Waiting area is small but very clean. Has snacks and outlets. Bathroom is spacious and clean as well.About 5 - 10 minutes into the wait, I received an email with a video of what was going on. A second email came in to confirm if I wanted to change a filter. Once I confirmed, it was basically just sit and wait. The front desk person came by occasionally to ask a question or two and I was out the door in about an hr.If anyone uses apple pay, they take it.I would def come back here for servicing.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Last Friday as we're about to head off on a 6 hour drive to Maine we realize we have a nail in one of the tires. It was not long before the Mazda team was closing up for their Friday night but they were kind enough to squeeze us in and patch the tire so we could head off feeling confident it would be a safe journey. Team was incredibly nice and helpful. Very appreciative of their service and glad we have a good place to service and deal with any issues.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I do have to say, the best experience by far. I've gotten my car serviced at GC Mazda before and this experience at Empire Mazda was phenomenal from the moment I arrived. I was greeted by the GM George, Mike Piscopo service manager and Ian Rice my service advisor. Everyone was very professional and very efficient and quick. I highly recommend Empire Mazda for all of your service needs!!

As soon as I walked into the service dept, I was greeted by Yasmin with courtesy and care. All needs were taken care of. Not sure if other dealers provide this service, but Mazda technician video taped inspection of my car, and video was sent to me in waiting room! I always use Huntington Mazda for all my service needs for my 2020 Mazda CX5. I specifically come to this dealer location, even though I did not purchase my Mazda from here the second time around and this is only for one reason...Mike Piscopo. He is the Service Manager here and is absolutely a pleasure to work with. He always addresses my needs and concerns, but also does it with something rare these days; a real customer service oriented attitude, that has care involved. He is courteous, kind and empathetic to your needs. I highly recommend him and the Mazda service team at Empire Huntington Mazda.

I had a terrific experience at Empire MAZDA in Huntington with their service department. They were informative and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They informed me every step of the way, never proceeded without letting me know. They were just overall nice throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Empire MAZDA to anyone for sales and service.

Mike is a professional. Upon arriving, he had personally greeted me and took care of all my problems. He also valued my time, and did whatever he could to expedite the situation.
