We walked in without intending on buying a car but Jack McGovern s excellent customer service changed our minds. He wasn t your typical aggressive car salesman who just wants to get a sale out of you. He was naturally calm, honest, and down to earth which made this an easy choice for us. He made the process quick and easy so we weren t stuck inside on such a gorgeous day.Also - just a little side note, their waiting room is hands down the nicest I ve ever been in. DON'T BUY third party used cars from here!!! I purchased a used 2010 Toyota Prius with no accidents. I bought in the summer of 2023. It had over 90,000 miles but looked like it was in decent shape. The first day it rained after I purchased it, water started dripping onto the dash. I called to complain about it since it was within 30 days of purchasing it. They had to fix the seal and replace the windshield which took almost a month!!! They did provide a loaner in that time.And because I didn't have the car for so many days, I didn't get a chance to discover another issue. The tire pressure monitoring light is constantly on. Even after filling air and resetting it, it won't turn off. And because it was past 30 days, they will not fix it now.Next up, when I went to fill windshield washer fluid in the car, I found out the hood latch was missing. Since the hood latch was missing, it was liable to fall on your head as you work since the latch was missing! I was furious. This is a serious safety issue that could injure me or a mechanic that would work on the car! Again I bought the car back and even though it was well past the 30 days, they fixed it because I was so angry. The guy in the service department has the nerve to tell me that since it passed NYS inspection, they are able to sell the car. Obviously that is technically right, but they would have known there is something wrong with the hood when inspecting the car when they acquired it.And now I just received an email from Carfax in February saying that the car has 2 open recalls. There is a software update that needs to be done and also an airbag recall! Now I have to take it to Toyota and waste even more of my time. Why did they sell me a car with so many issues??? Why did they sell me a car with open recalls??? Also, the car smelled horrible until I threw out all of the disgusting old carpet/mats.Avoid used third party cars from Mazda!!! This car should never have been for sale, at least without fixing the issues first. I knew what I was getting into buying a high mileage used car, but I didn't expect this from a branded dealership. I spent over $10k on this car but I wish I went anywhere else but here! I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed!!!

I had an amazing experience with Mazda and specifically with Jahvon. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and he was super patient and encouraging. I went to Mazda for general information I just leased a Subaru that I am not happy with. Vinson made the experience very inviting, no pressure he went through all the models I was interested in he even let me drive the car and showed me all the features and gadgets in the car and how they work. He did all this knowing I couldn't possibly get out of my leased vehicle that I just purchased. He told me he will keep in touch and let me know when is the best time to get out of my Subaru and into my new Mazda. Usually I hate buying cars sure to the pressure in the process in glad he made it a pleasurable and fun experience, I could only imagine how people who actually buy from him feel. He's a gem keep him on the staff for years to come!!

I had such a great experience at Mazda in Huntington, and the main reason why is because of Sherry! She was AMAZING! She thoroughly answered all my questions, she was understanding, and got me a great price! This is now my 7th car I am leasing and the process at times can be stressful. However, Sherry made this process smooth sailing and stress free! I will HIGHLY be recommending Mazda, especially to go in and see Sherry!

Sherry has made buying my first car such an enjoyable and memorable experience. After reading some of the reviews on google i was a bit concerned with the communication of this dealership but after meeting with sherry she exceeded all my expectations. She was very accommodating and so kind to me. When i told her i did not like the smell of the car she had is bombed and cleaned for me. She also gave us her number and anytime we texted she answered within minutes! Jonathan in financing was also such a pleasure to have he was very friendly and explained every step of the process. If i were to come back to the dealership it would be for them!

was apprehensive about walking into a New car dealer because they had their most expensive cars on the showroom floor, and I'm shopping on a budget. I walked in and I was greeted by a sales person named Vinson. If anyone knows about buying cars I compare it to pulling teeth usually it's horrible long and more than what you bargain for. My experience was stellar not pushy and made me feel like whether I got an Mazda or not I was going to enjoy my time there. Even though I didn't leave with a brand new car I left with a positive lasting impression of that dealership and it's sales staff. I know where to go if I ever decide to get a new vehicle.

Leased a 2024 Mazda CX-5 from here yesterday. Sharon (Sherry) was amazing! She worked with us to make sure we got a great deal with the car and features we were looking for. This was by far the best experience I ve had with buying a car! Technically I would say my first car! Maxwell helped my family and I find my somewhat dream car and I got exactly what I was looking for! I m so in love with my car and I have Maxwell and the Mazda team to thank as they were very nice, patient and understanding about everything I had to say! I really felt a nice genuine connection and Maxwell made my family and I laugh and feel very comfortable when test driving and the process of financing. I was nervous going into it because I didn't know what to expect when dealing with sales people but Maxwell gained my trusted and made my CX-5 purchase smooth and easy.
