I own a 2020 Shelby GT350 and am very selective of whom I leave it with. I have been dealing with Service Advisor Robert Ciaccio since I have owned it, and he has been nothing short of attentive and knowledgeable. He understands the customers concerns and addresses them quickly. If anyone is having their vehicle serviced, I would highly recommend asking for Robert C.

Excellent dealer visit. I didn t expect to say this. I check the dealer review among other before deciding on Empire. The 30m drive was worth it.Ricky my service adviser is a quiet professional.He got my recall for the backup camera fixed w an emergency request for the parts he initiated(Ford website said there was no permanent repair yet for this item- turns out in my case there is).I had multiple warning lights on my dash regarding traction control, 4x4 error, and transmission. The tech located and replace a hub in the drive train that was the issue and replaced it. It was covered under the drive train warranty.I elected to do the 30k mile service early.This trip was worth it.This dealership has a top notch no nonsense service operation. I ll be coming back.

Initially upon leaving and not feeling valued, both Bob the service manager and Trish the office manager followed up with emails and calls. They apologized and were professional and proactive in resolving my concerns. They turned around a difficult situation into a positive experience and retained my loyalty.

I had a 730 appointment. I was wonderful. They took me in at 7:10 and I was out of there by 7:20. Picked up my car later. Everything was done right very good communication with everyone.Thank you Robert Ciaccio great Job!!

Gus and company are excellent. It is rare as a service customer that you get the sense that you are valued. Not with Gus, he is always attentive, considerate, and tries his best to solve your issues.

We can not say enough about the staff at Empire Ford! We had come to NY for business. While driving through the Huntington area we began to smell a strong odor of diesel. It got so bad that we could only drive with our windows open!! Empire Ford was not far from where we were so we headed over not knowing if we could even get the truck into the shop. Joe Corrado was amazing!! He assured us that we could get in right away. He sent us to Junior in the Commercial vehicle service area. Upon opening the hood Junior saw the cracked fuel filter and in the truck went to be repaired. We were out of there with an hour!! They were all so courteous and responsive. We are so grateful to have chosen Empire Ford!! We would give them 10 stars if we could! Thank you again Joe, Junior and all of the staff at Empire !!!!

Hands down just the most incompetent unfriendly service department in the country. Went in just to buy a battery, noone in parts department around so I politely ask the young cashier girl if there was someone to help me in parts, her response was "well do you see anyone over there" and then proceeded to ignore me. After I get my battery I try to pay for it and conveniently my card is declined twice. Went to citibank and to no suprise it was not on my end. Either just an untrained employee at ford or a spiteful untrained cashier with no customer service skills. Years of nothing but terrible service here, I can't believe they are even still in buisness. If you had the choice of getting service here or driving your car off a cliff, take the latter.

Came in for a 30k mile check up. They did the standard check up ( air filter, cabin filter, oil change, wipers, etc ) changed a light bulb and replaced hood latch. Josh was our service adviser, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He called to give us an update and the vehicle was ready. We are happy with the service and experience all around. Thank you.

Updating my review of the dealership. Haven t had the best experience but I finally got my car back. Communication was lacking until the general manager stepped in. Still not overly confident with the brand ford but the store manager tried to help. Still went months without my vehicle And was not compensated in any way from ford for being without my EV for close to five months while incurring gas expenses and paying 3x as much as I should to drive a car that wasn t what I purchased.

This was my second ford from this dealership. This experience was awful from beginning to end. They allowed an 18 year old without any experience or assistance to be my sales agent. Nothing against age but he had no customer service skills, no follow up and was beyond difficult to reach or return any calls. I will not be returning.

This service center goes above and beyond for there customers . I can say first hand I have had terrible experiences bringing my ford raptor to smithtown and my ford edge to Levittown . Both Levittown and smithtown seem like they started as mechanics yesterday . Nothing like my experience with Huntington . They are truly the best on the island and are the most knowledgeable and helpful

I was at the dealership service in Jan 2023 and service writer RobertCiaccio wrote order and service deptcompleted work as I waited ,thanks to Robert Ciaccio.Several days ago I noticed ominous noises coming from front of my 2016 Explorer Sport which is mostly driven by my wife.Iade online apptat Huntington Ford Service Dept.Severe weather that morning caused numerous delays from down power lines.I arrived at service dept and was greeted by Robert Ciaccio at his computer..No wait ,he wrote up service order after listening to the problems I experienced with the Explorer.Sevetsl hours later he called and updated me as to what the technician had found defective.Next contact Ihad with Robert Ciaccio,he updated me further stating some parts had to be ordered from Ford.In the last ten years I have purchased 4 new Fords and 1 Lincoln Corsair GS.I have dealt with many service people during that time.Mr Robert Ciaccio stands out as the best so far.handling a vehiclediagnosis in a timely mannerIn my opinion r Robert Ciaccio is definite asset to the service dept.He should be considered to given added responsibility to train or interview new service writers when needed.

I have never had as poor of an experience at a Ford Service Dealer than what I had at Huntington. It was a total DISASTER. My Truck was there for 2 weeks. I called my advisor multiple times; Ford called them multiple times and no call was returned. Long story short, I walked into the dealer, paid my $200 diagnostic charge and drove my vehicle to another Ford Dealer.

Brought my Ford Edge in for an issue with the alarm. The service department offered excellent service and were good to their word about the repair. I would definitely recommend Empire Ford of Huntington Service Department

I serviced my Explorer there and I'm really happy with the Mechanics who worked on my truck. Sorry i forgot the name of the person who is in front desk but he did a great job explaining what need to be done and how much will cost.Thank you you Empire Ford

My window in my ford explorer wasn't going up and down. I called service and spoke with Bob Corrado. He was very accommodating to me. I left the car there and he said maybe it would be the next day I would get it. I told him I really needed it and he came through. I was called a couple of hours later and told me they fixed it. He was a lifesaver to me. My husband used to go to Empire for service but has since passed so this was a blessing for me since I never did this on my own. Cheers to Bob for being understanding and kind. Thanks Bob

The noise my car was making was not easy to detect. My advisor Ricky Persaud made sure the car was driven so they could diagnose the problem. They found the problem and it was all taken care of in a timely manner and the technicians did a very good job.
