Coventry serviced our Mazda promptly and efficiently fixing everything in less than a week total (had to order a part). I had busted the rear windshield wiper and they took it apart and reassembled it and with the new wiper it works great. They also ran a diagnostic and found a couple other things that needed fixing or would soon need fixing. They were communicative and transparent and the service was reasonably priced. I plan to use them for another car as well in the future.

After relocating to NY from Texas, I needed to find a trusted mechanic to service my 2015 Volvo. I had used the same mechanic in Texas from 2016-2022, who I knew personally and who specialized in servicing Volvos. Needless to say, he set a high bar for service, and Coventry has reached it and then some.Andrew and Team are transparent, honest, and always willing to lend an extra hand (he even offered to drive me to the Starbucks down the road while they worked on my car, even though it was only a 5 min walk away!). I drive out of my way from NYC just to have my car serviced here each year. There are so many bait-and-switch mechanics in the NYC area who overcharge for the simplest repairs. Coventry is the opposite of this - they're a breath of fresh air and I'm very glad I found them.

Excellent family run business, their experienced mechanics are very knowledgeable. I have an older Jaguar that many mechanics even the Jaguar dealers do not or can not work on. Their communication is very thorough explaining everything every step of the way. Their shop is meticulous, happy to have found them.

The family at Coventry took the time to step by step show issues (actual pictures as well as in person) and worse case scenario expectations rather than tact on continuing price increases without updates. Definitely my car spot for the foreseeable future.

Professionalism, coupled with excellent service, is what you can expect from this institution. I have been taking my cars to Coventry Motors for the past 20 years. Their level of service is stellar.With our current economic situation being the way it is, many people are trying to prolong the life of their vehicles. The key to doing so is maintenance.Peter, Andrew, Bill, and all the employees at Coventry Motors offer peace of mind. You can rest-assured that if you do regular maintenance your car will have a long life.Currently, I am driving a 2007 Toyota Highlander, with mileage of approximately 175,000 miles. My vehicle rides like a new car. Ran into some trouble on my way home to upstate NY on the LIE. After speaking to my mechanic, he advised me to seek out a shop. I checked google reviews, & this shop came up with glowing reviews. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. They looked busy, but because of my situation, took my car in. Gave it a diagnostic test, but wasn t completely sure of the cause of the issue. Andrew was very communicative, & even talked to my husband who wasn t with me. Nothing was done without consulting me or without an estimate of how much it would cost. I really like that they were able to text me the diagnostic test, along with their notes. It was so professional, organized, & I feel I got my money s worth. Highly recommend if you live in the area. I wish they were closer to me, I would switch in a heartbeat.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair

Conventry Motors has the most friendly and professional vehicle maintenance establishment that I ve been to. Coventry owners are very fair on their prices and goes above and beyond for every service. There are a few vehicle maintenance places within 10 minutes of my home. I drive 45 minutes to Coventry Motors because I ve been very impressed with their attention to detail. Engine Maintenance performed at a high level of quality and satisfaction. Coventry is a contemporary that communicate with clients 100% during service. They are extremely knowledgeable of what's needed and initiate the needed repair with all the information needed. Coventry has very professional service and they go the extra mile, even down to giving me a lift to the train station. They got the work done on time and at a reasonable price. I will be using Coventry from now on whenever I ve got some work that I can t perform myself.

After making an appointment, brought my vehicle in for an alignment. I was informed of certain damage that had been incurred to the vehicle which I had knowledge of. Wish was why an alignment was needed. Repairs were perform satisfactorily in a very timely fashion. The family run business was certain people oriented. They took care of my needs and the vehicles. In the 7 years I ve been coming out to Coventry Motors with our cars, they have consistently been thorough in their explanations of service work, and accommodating in answering my questions. Always been helpful and knowledgeable. I have been using Coventry Motors as my means of maintaining my cars for approximately 15 years. Everyone there is professional. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Should there be an issue they will do their best to resolve said issue.On this visit I had a problem with my oil being depleted. I also had to replace my headlights. Both were dealt with in a thorough manner. When my headlights did not arrive on time, I received a call explaining said fact.The bottom line is the staff, Peter, Andrew, Bill, and their new hire, whose name I do not recall, at Coventry Motors are professional, take their jobs seriously, are courteous, provide excellent customer service, and most importantly get the job done.For what more can anyone ask!MarshaServices: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I needed a NYS inspection and replacement of all four tires for my Tesla Model 3. It is nice to know that I can count on the staff of Coventry Motors to guide me on the needs of my vehicle. I trust their opinions. Peter and Andrew and the whole team at Coventry are amazing. I have a classic 1967 mustang convertible. They installed new wheels and tires and it was not easy to say the least working with the wheel manufacturer to get the fitment right. But they did and their advice was perfect. Then my engine needed tuneup and exhaust was very rough. They used their expertise to get it done right but also with an eye on keeping cost very reasonable. Coventry motors always supplies the best, most in depth care. They are honest and clear and always work with you. Great professional and friendly staff. Very passionate about customer service/satisfaction. If you are in need of automotive care please consider Coventry Motors as your go to shop. My check engine light kept coming on after the replacement of an exhaust pipe done at another shop which they couldn t correct so I spoke to Peter, one of the owners at Coventry Motors and he told me to come right in. Their experience staff diagnosed my issue and it was corrected in a very timely manner. Thanks for the superb service. I had to replace my brake pad on my Mercedes and they charged me a lot less than the Mercedes maintenance and did a much better job when my car was returned to me. Jaguare F-Type 2014. Hard to find any shop (including dealers) who will give the time and attention required to keep this type of vehicle running at its best. Their followup throughout a long project was superb.
