My dog had diarrhea in the back seats of my GLA250 and it had seeped down into the seats, causing a foul smell that made you gagged. Jack was very informative and extremely knowledgeable. He explained each step of the process to me and made sure I understood what he was doing. He provided me with updates as well. After 3 days, the car looked and smelled way better. I highly recommend using Clean Image Detailing.Thank you Jack!

Picture this my husband is on his way to work. He has his backpack and in the side he places his morning protein shake. He of course flings the bag into the passenger seat not thinking much of it until...he goes to take a swig of it on his morning commute and finds it is empty. Curious to see why this occured he looks to his right and sees that his entire drink has disappeared into the crevice below the passenger seat. What does he do? He takes it to a car wash near his job to vacumm it out and it looked ok. Until, he goes to park his car and hears the liquid sloshing around below the floor boards. His next step is to go to a car wash detailer that makes it look pretty, vacumms out the liquid, but a smell develops because of the milk that was in his beverage. Suffice to say we were not impressed and needed to find a solution ASAP. He found reviews for Clean Image on Google and based on the webiste's description of the odor removal process it was the best choice.The entire cleaning took three days. They had to remove the passenger seat to get under the carpet and do the ozone odor removal process. When we got the vechicle back it was a pleasure to take breath of air that wasn't laced with the odor of rotting milk.We would highly recommend this company for anyone who is in the need of an odor removal for a beverage mishap like ours.

Absolutely amazing work, car was left sitting for a long time with mold buildup on outside and inside. Seemed like he was the only one who knew what he was talking about out of all of the car detailing services. Car was returned spotless inside and out with a brand new look to it. Very informative, upfront and honest people at Clean Image. Even went out of his way to fix the water leak.. Thanks Jack!

I just had my 2023 bmw convertible detailed by Jack from clean image. My sons fianc�e gave this detail as a xmas gift. Jack was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very talented and efficient. He explained every step of the process and as he said it would the car came out outstanding., better than when i bought it from the dealer, If you want a TRULY professional job I highly recommend only calling Jack and you will not be disappointed.Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Wheel washing

I purchased a used vehicle that had a cigarette odor and was looking for a reputable detail shop to find out if the smell could be removed. Jack provided me with all the necessary information that I needed. It was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and explained it all in layman s terms. He was honest about all possible outcomes and patiently answered my questions. Jack is a professional who cares about the reputation of his business and his customers, a winning combination of old school values that unfortunately can be hard to find these days. I highly recommend Clean Image Detailing to anyone who is facing this problem.

Jack is the best! He s professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. A real pleasure to deal with. I have a 2020 Tesla Model 3 and it looks fantastic after Jack does the detailing. I ve received a number of compliments on my car since using Jack s services. It s worth repeating, he is the best! I highly recommend Clean Image.

Jack & team are the BEST!!!!! Jack takes such pride in his work it is clearly visible in his work and how he articulates himself. The work down on my car was beyond immaculate! Jack steam cleaned the entire interior, leather conditioned the seats, steam cleaned the engine bay & did a wheel off and undercarriage detail & polish.I will 10000000% be using Jack again! I interviewed about 6-7 competitors regarding the treatment of my newly acquired 2016 BMW 4 series which had numerous scratches in the paint. Of everyone I spoke with, Jack at Clean Image impressed me as someone who took pride in his workmanship -- I made the right choice, Jack took his time and gave my paint correction and detail a great amount of care and, no pun intended, attention to detail. Jack's one on one personal touch, his attention to detail, straight-forward approach, his pride in his craftsmanship, the courteous service from Angelica, etc... made this a great experience! I Highly recommend!

I don't write too many reviews, but Clean Image Detailing is definitely worthy. From the minute I first called and spoke with Jack I knew I was in great, trustworthy hands.I had just picked up a used car from a private seller, and the car needed some TLC (to say the least). Clean Image worked with me to figure out what could be done vs. what needed to be done, and the end product was absolutely amazing.I equate Clean Image to the "honest mechanic" who is almost impossible to find these days. Jack was very upfront with me on whether or not to invest in certain things I wanted and strongly advised me on what would work for my car vs. wouldn't.I highly recommend Clean Image Detailing for your car from detailing to weather strips, etc. They are a great small company, the owner (Jack) answers every call personally, and the work is exceptional.

Clean Image is excellent! Very professional! My husband and I both used them. I had a 2004 Lexus that they made look and smell like new. It was amazing! My husband s Honda Pilot came out superb-they even cleaned my son s car seat ( and we all know how nasty those car seats can get) now it s like I just bought it! Thank you guys for an Amazing job!!! Would definitely recommend and use again!

I recently bought a used 2011 Subaru Outback. The previous customer scratched up the paint in multiple area leaving the finish a lot the be desired. Jack washed, used a clay bar to remove imbedded dirt from the finish .Finally finished off with a ceramic coating .The results are the car is like new I can t tell where the scratches were.I would highly recommend Jack and Clean Image detailing. Very skilled and professional and very trustworthy

I had the most positive experience with Clean Image and Jack, the owner. I was interested in getting my VW Jetta detailed before the lease expired and I needed to turn it in. There were a lot of car detailing choices after doing a quick search online and I'm really lucky that their name came up. Jack gave me a good background over the phone about my options, how everything worked, pricing, etc. but wanted to make sure I didn't get more than what I needed until he had a chance to see the car in-person. As someone in sales, I appreciated and respected his interest in right-sizing the recommendation and not over-selling services. You can tell he understands the value of the long-term relationship than a quick buck. I'll be a lifelong customer with them and will be recommending to friends/family whenever appropriate. Great customer service from start to finish. Jack and Angelica are an absolute pleasure to work with and did an amazing job on my truck. Professional, attention to detail and a completely positive experience. I don't post reviews often but I'm so pleased with the work they did I felt like their great work should be acknowledged.Would absolutely use their service again and I highly recommend them!

Jack and his team cleaned the interior of my 2015 Honda Civic. After having a baby/toddler spill various beverages and food, the interior had seen better days. I had tried to clean the stains myself with Pinterest remedies, but they were deep. After 3 hours with Jack, it looks brands new! Jack was incredibly professional and was quick to respond via text and phone. I give Clean Image Detailing my highest recommendation.

Jack did an amazing job cleaning my vehicle. The interior came out perfect looking just like new. I couldn't believe how spotless it came out. He is a knowledgeable man and a gentleman who is fair. I will have him detail all my vehicles from now on.

I wish all businesses were run as well as Clean Image.The staff was very professional and clearly experts in what they do.I came in with a tough interior detail job (fast food explosion) and Clean Image turned my car around in under a day.The work was top notch and they took care to make sure not a single speck was missed.They blew me away and went the extra distance to take apart interior panels and make sure nothing was left behind.I will absolutely recommend the Clean Image team to my family and friends looking for top quality detailing work.

Amazing service! After my dog had an accident in my passenger seat I called and got an appointment right away. My seat looks and smells as good as new, in less than an hour! I could not be happier with my experience, I ll definitely be using their services from now on. Great quality/attention to detail and absolutely great people! I was referred to clean image and I could not be happier with the results. Due to an unfortunate event with dog feces in my car I thought it would never smell right again. Not only did they deliver on their promise of fixing it but did it quickly and professionally. I would recommend their service to anyone and everyone.

Jack, the owner came in on a day when they were closed to help me get the snow out of the entire inside of my truck. Dashboard and all.My windows were left open during the storm.I had not met Jack before today. I will not take my cars anywhere else for detailing. Thank you Jack

CLEAN IMAGE CAME TO THE RESCUE!! I had a crayon melt in the back seat, (kids) and they left the seat like new. Not to mention attention to detail. Will recommend and use them again!

make sure they open the rear glass as well as the trunk if you have a jeep. EVERYONE Misses the rear glass. I dont know if they dont know or dont care
