Excellent attention and service, they will help you efficiently, I had a problem with my car, they took control and resolved it in less than 15 minutes and they also gave me a rental car within the same time, which is fantastic since I did not have an appointment. . The technical review was excellent and they explained everything in detail. Amanda gave me excellent attention and service. I will definitely be back!

I've always dreaded purchasing vehicles. The processes are long and miserable. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Tomaselli and he was absolutely fantastic. He was thorough from start to finish and answered all of my questions immediately. I've never experienced this level of customer service. I applaud the staff and management that work at this dealership. Truly exceptional. I highly recommend this location, you won't be disappointed.

I had a great experience at Audi today. From start to finish. I was taken care of the second I pulled up and the process was fast and efficient. Derek checked me in and clearly explained the details of what would be done with my car and then Rea set me up with a loaner. She was so sweet and really set a nice mood to my morning. Thank you!

Most people would agree that buying/leasing a vehicle is a painful experience, but not at this dealership. The entire experience of leasing my 2023 SQ5 was nothing short of amazing. If you are a car guy like I am then make sure you stop in and see Dan Maroney. He legit was the best salesman I ever worked with, from the test drive, to crunching the numbers, to setting up my car to take home I felt as if I was working with a close friend. So if you are in the market for an Audi which in all honesty you should be stop in and see Dan Maroney at the Audi of Huntington... YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

Have to praise great work.... I worked with Amanda D'esposito on a concern I had regarding replacing the tires on my Q5 and other maintenance work. I cannot stress enough how respectful and patient Amanda was by listening and understanding what was needed. She answered my questions and even had me talk to a technician. She went above and beyond to remedy my concerns. Never felt rushed by her and she never talked over me. She took control of the situation. Very knowledgeable of her role and a polished professional! Give her a call as she will not disappoint you, I have no doubt! Thank you Amanda!

My service appointment at Audi of Huntington to update my E-Tron GT's software was exceptional, largely thanks to Rea and Derek. Rea made the loaner process effortless, providing a new Audi A6 as a loaner, enhancing the experience significantly. Derek, as my service advisor, was thorough and communicative, ensuring I was well-informed throughout the process. The entire team was welcoming, making the whole experience notably pleasant. Rea provided excellent schedule coordination for my 2023 Audi. I could only come on Saturday and I needed a loaner. She met both of my needs with highest level of professionalism and courtesy. Overall she was excellent!Derek provided courteous and timely response in addressing my Audi s driving malfunction problems. After the car was fixed, he explained well to me how the problems were addressed and fixed. Overall he was excellent

Stay FAR AWAY from this location. With the exception of the nice women in the front, Rea, this place doesn t care about your safety. I needed my AUDI checked so it s safe for a long distance car ride and some awkward guy didn t understand the concept, that no one should be paying for a diagnostic check on a follow up for a car that just had 20K put into it from another AUDI location, while using an AUDI extended warranty to pay the full amount. This was to uncover why all the lights keep popping on. Who in their right mind would pay one cent to have AUDI find out what AUDI did wrong on their work to the car. Some people just aren t that bright. So I call the other AUDI location that did the work and they were surprised Huntington AUDI didn t offer a courtesy diagnostic check. Maybe if the putz had stopped talking and let me explain the entire situation, he would have maybe had a clue how to handle the situation. And here I am thinking that NY customer service is far superior to Florida s, glad I don t have to deal with this place, maybe they ll wake up and train their employees appropriately

I have to say I have a Mercedes and I have an Audi. There is no comparison with the customer service at Audi of Huntington. My experience with Erin has been remarkable. She is Service with a smile, efficient, helpful, courteous, and patient. Everybody should take note. My experience with Erin was top notch!!

Michael Tomaselli was amazing from start to finish! I came in looking for a new Audi Q3 and he was so nice, very transparent, and knows how to make you feel comfortable. Many times you deal with salesmen who seem pushy and shady but with Mike you re in good hands! I wish I would ve leased my first car with him.

Brought my Audi in for a recall. My service advisor Robert was unsure if my car would be ready same day upon arrival but I expressed how I need my car for work. He then spoke with someone and got confirmation it would indeed be ready by today. I appreciated that very much and a few hours later my car was ready for pickup in the same condition I dropped it off in. Also, my tech Joe sent me a video of my car which was nice. Service from start to finish was great here. Thanks! 5*

Always a good experience with Audi of Huntington Service Dept. They put the customer first. Had an electrical system failure warning, called two different Audi dealers for service. AoH said bring it in (Friday afternoon) we will get you a rental by Monday (which they did) and run diagnostics on Monday as well (which they did). Got the car back Wednesday. Constant communication and always easy to reach my service advisor (Amanda, who was excellent). All Service staff are always polite and very professional (esp Leland). Nicely done AoH!

The service individuals here did not know basic service questions and provided misinformation on AudiCare.They seemed to be interested in profit vs client satisfaction. A simple Google search answered more questions for me than service did.Please refrain from bringing your Audi here and doing service.

My husband and I visited Audi of Huntington today to look for a new vehicle. The parking situation at this location was very poor. We had to park two blocks away on the sidewalk, as all spots were taken, including the service lots. We figured there were a lot of customers, so perhaps this was a good dealer to visit.We entered the showroom and were greeted by the receptionist who was less than enthusiastic to see us. She immediately proclaimed that all her sales associates were busy and she would have to find someone to help us. The tone sounded more of an inconvenience. I told her we were interested in the etron 8 and she said there was one in the back showroom.I was about to walk to the car when a sales associate by the name of Tony came up to me. While he stated his name, he did not extend his hand to shake nor did he ask me for my name. He acknowledged my husband as well, also not extending his hand or asking for his name.We walk to the car in the back of the showroom and the next 10 minutes was not a great experience. Tony's attitude was "I can't be bothered with you two." Perhaps it was the way he was dressed (athleisure). Regardless I told my husband I wasn't interested in the etron. Tony was fine with us leaving, as he did not offer to discuss any other vehicles. My husband had to extend to shake his hand and thank him for his time.As soon as we left, we headed to Audi of Massapequa. The experience was a complete 180. There was tons of parking in the lot. We walked in to be greeted by a happy and welcoming receptionist. We were then immediately introduced to an amazing salesperson who showed us 3 different vehicles that might be a fit for what we were looking for. Within 30 minutes we negotiated an amazing lease price and signed the paperwork for a 2024 Q5 S Hybrid.The lesson of this story to Audi of Huntington, to not judge people by the way they are dressed or look. We purchased the top-of-the-line Q5 and looked at the top-of-the-line Q8. The only reason we didn't go with the Q8 was because I wanted a hybrid. Do not think people aren't "worth" your time just cause of how they look.

Initially called to inquire about pricing on a particular Q7 but never received a call back from the sales rep. I decided to come in and see the car and was greeted by Christopher immediately. Chris was patient in answering my questions so decided to purchase right away. Chris and the manager Jeff made the process extremely easy and was actually surprised to how easy the transaction was. Couldn t thank Chris & Jeff enough for such a seamless transaction.

Rea Ryan did an outstanding job in taking care of my Audi Q5 which had become disabled yesterday afternoon. She emphasized that the vehicle should not try to be driven at all, but towed after hearing what had happened. Very professional all around with her approach and follow up.

My service experience at huntington audi was outstanding in no small part due to Rea s flexibility to accommodate me with a loaner vehicle while my own was in the shop for an extended period of time, in addition to being super helpful in general and always with a smile. Kudos also to Derek for his patience with me and my case, if you have the opportunity to work with him, i highly recommend it - one of the most professional car service advisors i have ever worked with. This is a top notch service department which adds value to the dealership and the Audi brand.

Best customer service!! Buying a vehicle is a horrible experience since you get so many different prices. I went to 3 different Audi's before getting to this one. Tooba made my experience so easy, I told her since June I want a Q7 with difficult specifications and she made it happen!! What an amazing person, very transparent. I already sent 2 more people there. Thank you Tooba for your patience and help!

S H A D Y - do not go here. I was emailing the dealership between two different salesmen beginning on 11/22 and was given the runaround from the start. I was immediately told the vehicle was sent to auction, even though the listing was live on the website. After calling today, I was informed the car went to auction on 11/26, days after I called. I was told I m sorry it s the holidays, you know. You d think they would want to do some sales during the Black Friday season, maximize profits. Now I understand why the vehicle never sold and it went to auction, terrible business practice and terrible customer service.

I was at Audi of Huntington for a service on my Audi Q5 on 02/16/24.I was greeted by Jenna who was very nice and knowledgeable but the person I would like to recommend is Rea. I have Audi Extended Care Protection but for some reason it wasn t showing on the computer, Rea went above and beyond to help me with this problem and fix it. She is amazing!!!I highly recommend Audi of Huntington for all your Audi services.Fernanda Pereira

I am writing this review following our experience at Audi of Huntington this past Saturday, salesman Mike.My fiance and I were in the market for a new luxury vehicle and chose to visit a few different places this past weekend to test drive all the vehicles. We had test driven the Audi SQ5 a few years ago and because of the mileage required with my job chose to go with a low maintenance budget-friendly vehicle. Since then I have acquired a new job and am in the market for a new car. We went to Habberstad BMW, Migual was wonderful. We went to Acura, Chris was wonderful. We went to Huntington Porsche, Shareka was wonderful. We came to Audi and Mike was rude and not helpful. Our interaction started with him coming over and yelling at the receptionist for "making him get up to help". He then proceeded greet us in a condescending tone stating "Ok what do you want and what do you have now". I replied I drove a Honda CRV and due to my change in job was now looking for a performance vehicle, the SQ5. To which Mike replied "Wow big girl job, big girl car...also big expense difference so you are aware". Yes Mike, we are obviously aware of the price difference which is why we were there. He then took 5 minutes to get the keys and walk us out to the lot to test drive the car (I wanted to compare the Q5 and SQ5). I tried to ask him during our walk what the rate differences between lease and buyout would be and he replied "well you'll have to look into that, it's up to you". We continued to walk in silence and my fiance was visibly uncomfortable with how this man was speaking to me.. we then walked up to a car and I said this was not the right car to which he replied "it's a Q5". I said it's a hybrid, it's a different car. And he hastily replied "What do you want me to do then go get a different set of keys?" At this point I just walked off the lot with my fiance and went to Audi of Smithtown.We ended up going with the Q5, and you should never judge a purchaser by it's cover. Just because I drove a Honda CRV does not make me any less of a valuable customer...shame on Audi Huntington, you lost my sale to a different dealer. I hope you can work on your customer service. The comments were so rude and insulting.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL EVER HAVE AT A DEALERSHIP OR SHOP!!! I know this is long but they deserve such a great review.I have had plenty of cars serviced over the years at many different places so I know the usual problems or excuses they can come up with as to why your car is taking so long or why you're being charged for certain things. Not here at all. My service advisor Amanda was beyond EXCELLENT. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and didn't beat around the bush when it came to parts and delivery times. She treated me like family and as if it was her own car. She cares about her departments reputation and clients, and it without a doubt shows. The full inspection video from the tech was fantastic. They tell you what they recommend for your vehicle going forward and pay meticulous attention to your car. It keeps you with such a peace of mind knowing a true professional is handling your car.- One of the techs also showed such graciousness. I have a funeral card of my uncle on my dash and he needed to report the miles. He kindly came to me an asked he can shift it over and gave me his condolences. It's the little things that matter and with respect like that you earned my business and referrals for a lifetime.The rest of the department was super friendly and created a professional inviting environment. I picked my car up in a timely fashion, washed and repaired. Thank you again Amanda and Audi of Huntington for such an excellent experience. Give this crew a raise, they put other departments to shame.

This is my fourth Audi and all were purchased from different dealerships in Nassau and Suffolk County. I can tell you that Audi of Huntington is by far the best Audi dealership on Long Island. The service here will make you feel like a VIP and the ladies at the reception at service are the nicest, warmest and most understanding people in their field. Audi Huntington for the win!
