Small insurance glass claim but had zero headaches with scheduling and the job was done while I waited instead of having to make 30 mile round trip, VERY satisfied!Autumn in the office put the icing on, very pleasant.

Was in my first car accident and came to this shop for an estimate. They were very friendly and thorough in explaining what my vehicle was going to need so I scheduled an appointment for the repairs. They let me know how long the repairs would take and contacted me with updates along the way. Their work was amazing, and my car looks like the accident never happened.

I brought my car here with nearly $3000 of front end damage, and was given back the car without an alignment.The owner tells me he drove it and didn't believe it needed one. Is this a JOKE? I almost couldn't make it home it was so bad.Was told by another machanic I would he reimbursed for the alignment after I got one and then the owner tells me he went over budget and wouldn't refund me.I thought Dalton was a great guy...... However looks and words are deceiving. STAY AWAYCar also making all types of noises. $3000 down the drain.Owner says it didn't need an alienment, look at the print out how bad my alienment was FRONT AND BACK! (Also tells me I was working on the front I didn't do anything to the back )Said I would leave bad review he says GO AHEAD and hangs up.

I brought my car to Northeastern and they did a great job. The were flexible and able to work around my schedule. The finished the work when they said they would. Picked up Mom's car today after Northeast was done repairing it.Great work, we are VERY pleased.Owner and his staff are really nice people too.If you are in Columbia County and need body work, this is the place to go.

I had never used this auto repair place but called on the recommendation of a neighbor. My AC had conked out, in 99� heat. Can t even get in to schedule an insurance photo inspection been calling for weeks. The only person capable of doing it is always out of the office but the same guy never fails to answer. Called 12:30p 3:00p and 4:35p

The best autobody shop there is! They're so understanding and friendly and will do anything they can to help you out and work with you. Honestly would never take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
