Only called to get pricing. Guy was rude over the phone was only asking questions and hung the phone up on me tried to call back and yet somebody answered and hung up on me again .

Excellent service at a reasonable price. We were from out of town and had vehicle issues on a Sunday afternoon. We were at the shop at 8am Monday, able to get everything resolved and back on the road by noon. I would highly recommend this shop.

Michael's Service Center got my truck in and out no extra hidden cost. He quoted me a price, and that's what I got. Quality parts and service, what all service ce tees should be like!

I am a second generation Michael's Service Center customer. My mother began going to Michael's as a single mom in need of an honest mechanic. Twenty five plus years later and Michael is still my go to guy. He's helped us keep many older cars on the road and is always willing to give great car advice.

Micheal is very helpful and tells the truth unlike other shops. Worked with my budget to get my car back on the road with two bent rims on my Jetta.

They took the time to accurately diagnose the problem and then set an appointment for 2 days later.Met the time and price quote. Friendly service. Clean and neat shop.

I had a tune up. Told me I needed some work done on my car. I asked if it was OK to drive to MA and back he said yes, well it wasn't. Thanks for dangering my life and my boys. I will never go there again.
