When you get into an accident and are stranded away from home it s a shocking event that leaves you in a vulnerable position. If you don t know who to call, the police have to make that decision for you. Although they use Memory Lane for their own towing, they will not always call them for you. It s your vehicle. Your insurance. Your money. Your future. Make sure you stay in control. Don t trust anyone else with your vehicle except Memory Lane. I found out the hard way. After being over charged by someone else for my initial tow of less than a mile (over $600 for my normal size car with just a punctured radiator), I called Memory Lane to get back in control and get things done in the most cost effective, efficient way possible. Now that I know better, I will always call Memory Lane and advise others to do so as well. Memory Lane, thanks so much for helping me out. I wish I would ve known before to call you, and didn t just acquiesce to the police s unwitting judgment after my accident. Any police officers reading this, I know you all want to help the best you can. Next time be sure to call Memory Lane. Thank you to all who helped me through such a rough time.Service: Car towing

Had an appointment for shed delivery. Took our fence down for easy access in. Other people also were waiting.1pm came norhing..we figured they were busy so waited..1:30 came..nothing..We called no answer..the other gentleman called no answer. Well at 2:30 our day was ruined as was the orher people. No call norhing. Dark time we recieve a message he was sick in bed all day. You know it is called courtesy to place a call before you ruin two sets of peoples day. Inconsiderate to wait til dark and say you were sick.Psst.. I was sick and still sucked it up. I do not recommend at all.
