Incredibly rude people. Had my child go there to get something done and they refused to do so. When I wanted clarification on why they wouldn't, they refused to even talk to me on the phone. We were not rude in any way, we just wanted to understand. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment.

I went there to have insurance pictures taken. The woman there was very friendly and helpful. She informed me with my car being dirty that the pictures may be rejected and suggested I go to the car wash first. This saved me a possible 4 hour drive to Plattsburgh and back to have have them redone. Greatly appreciated!!

So glad to have a place that does photo inspections any day at any time. This makes them busy so you might wait a while, but compared to waiting a week at other locations, I'll take it. Not exactly a four star hotel in terms of looks, but the people are all very friendly and helpful. Glad to have gone there.

Came in to get pictures of my car and the lady at desk was rude and said umm I have six ahead of you. I asked if there was a better time and she said no I would wait. I said thanks so much and silence no reply. Unfortunately I won t be doing business here.

People running the business are very misinformed about Carco Insurance photo rules. They emphatically stated a New York State licensed vehicle was the only vehicle they could do photos for. Carco confirmed any vehicle can be photographed. In addition the representative stated even if I had the correct information they refuse to serve us . Beware!

I ve read a lot of comments about the lady at the desk and that s no lady folks. A lady does not act with such nasty attitude and rudeness. I have came across a lot of awful people but this one tops them. Do yourself a favor and please go anywhere but there.

Unprofessional and rude to customers; multiple other reviews report the same thing with the owner only giving excuses and defending the employee doing this. Probably a family member.

Great work
