Brent, Matt, John and the whole team is fantastic! I bought tires for my 2018 F150 a few months back. Worked with Brent to up the size a bit on my stock wheels and get a more aggressive look without sacrificing too many mpgs. It was such a great experience I went back and upgraded the wheels and tires on my 2016 Mustang GT. Highly recommend the team at Young s!!!

What a great tire shop. Was greeted wonderfully, really clean up front area for customers to wait, and didn't take long at all. Extremely nice people there, inside and out in the shop. Highly recommend!

I stopped by hoping someone could fix my trailer wheel/tire since I can t find a replacement anywhere. Met a wonderful gentleman Brent Voorhees and after seeing my panicked and distressed look, he squeezed me in his busy schedule. He fixed my tire and wheel and sent me on my way. I m so grateful to this man. While in the waiting area, I watched all the other staffs and everyone there treated every customer with utmost respect.I highly recommend this place.

My salesman, Brent, is a hell of a salesman and very professional. I'd give the extra star, but when it came to mounting my tires to my wheels, there was a problem and it went past the deadline they gave me. (A week out) But forget shopping around for tires because these guys beat every other shop in the area I got a quote from by at least $100. Overall I'm pleased and will most likely shop here again.

The owner and staff at Young's Tires are tremendous. They don't sell to me, they help me find the best fit for what I want and need. Very thankful and appreciative of all their services past and present. If needing maintenance or tires/rims on your vehicle, this ace is hard to beat with service, price and customer satisfaction.-Caleb

I Work at U-Haul and we give them all the trucks that need new tires/ looked at and they're always quick with good work. I also just got new tires on my personal vehicle and they did amazing. All the guys here are so nice and always do amazing.

I was there for a track even in Watkins Glen and my tire was damaged.I called many places and Young's was the only one who ordered tire and got them on the same time day.I would give more than 5 stars if they was an option!

Young s is hands down the best around! I ve had them do suspension on two of my vehicles now, coil overs on one and a quite complicated lift on another. Happy as can be both times. I m the guy who s skeptical about taking my vehicles places for anything but an inspection, but I have zero doubts about these guys. Brent and his team truly knock it out of the park. Excellent communication, superb customer service and absolutely above and beyond quality of work.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Quality is more important to them than getting you speedily out the door though they do their best in a timely fashion. And they explain to you things politely when you don't understand something!!! Good high quality service!

Very good experience. They took my truck in at the appointment time. Mounted four new tires in 30 minutes and we were good to go! I brought my 2 year old son with me and they had toys for him to play with and cookies and coffee for mom. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be back for my next set of tires!

I won't be going anywere else in Horseheads or Elmira for my tire needs. Honestly amazing guys and a huge help. Great service and very amiable. I'll be coming back for sure to swap my winter tires out, no doubt. The shop is clean and so was the waiting area. Following covid protocol gets additional points from me as well since some businesses think that's optional. Thanks a ton, guys!

I never write reviews... but in this case I haven't felt more strongly about writing a review after my experience. I ended up with a cracked wheel halfway through a 5 hour trip in upstate NY. I couldn't find anyone with the tire I needed. That was until I called Young's!They were able to put a tire on my spare wheel that matched closely to my oversize aftermarket tires, and got me back on the road. This is the way to run a business people! Great service and nice people! Thank you Mike!

The only place in the area i take my vehicles for an alignment. They've even used my own provided specifications for track use of my car.Tire prices installed are very competitive and the work done on top notch. Bring your expensive rims with confidence they don't get marked or dinged.

Great service! Use them for breaks and tires on my SUV and Truck. Easy to deal with and they make drop off and pick up simple. Do a little research on tires you like and they will work to get those or similar for you.

Amazing. They had to special order my tires and got them there via express shipping TWO DAYS before my appointment when I forgot to call them the week before. Very friendly, very quick service, took an hour for all four tires. Able to pre-pay over the phone. Fair prices for low-profile, special order tires. I'll be making the drive from Binghamton to get my tires done from now on because nowhere else is comparable. THANK YOU for an easy and amazing experience for what could've very easily become an ordeal.

They're busy. Make an appointment. It's worth it. They're honest and do good work.My van alignment was off. 1 new bushing installed and realigned for a reasonable price.

Every time I have needed them (which isn't planned) they get me in fast. They are always courteous, friendly and do a great job. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend them !

Had a terrible experience with them. Took my truck there to have new rims and tires put on and one of the employees snapped off one of the locking lugs (spline lug nuts) and said it was caused from lug nut being cross threaded. Well that was not true Found out from a employee there. That the guy that was working on my truck didn t put the special locking lug nut socket on all the way and ended up busting part of the lug nut off and making it not able to take the lug nut off from not have full grip of the lug nut. The way these spline lug nut work is putting the socket on all the way so this don t happen. So they told me they where going to have to torch is off and it would ruin the current rim on it so I told them that can t happen (winter rims). So they ended up drilling it out and charged me $120 for drilling it out and drill bits for their mess up and not even replacing the stud. Very upset about this I now know not to take my vehicles there anymore can t be trusted.

Here you have it. A shop around a bend in a remote section of Horsehead's with the next closest business a huge carpet warehouse. But, don't let the location fool ya ... This is the best place to take your vehicle for tire/wheel needs and other services, as Young's will damn near do it all! With a great waiting area and standup guys that treat you like family, it's no wonder sometimes a line is waiting to get in the doors each morning. I've had three vehicles serviced at Young's and each and every time I'm more than satisfied. If you're looking for honesty and reliability, with a price point that can't be beat, then look no further. My wife and I greatly appreciate the attention to detail throughout the years. From the great folks that work indoors to the guys in the bays, all of you are representative of class and professionalism, creating lifetime customers!

Wonderful, kind, and considerate people at Young's Tires. My Esclade with 22" tires needed all fours replaced. The front two inner tire treads were worn down the the metal strips. After calling over nine tire places and going to three other tire shops whom were unable to perform the service, I arrived at Young's Tires. Being that it was after 530pm (they close at 5pm) and 250 miles from home, Matt from Young's Tires took my vehicle in after operational hours to replace the tires while other places understandably turned me away. Without Matt and the staff at Young's Tires, I would have be stranded 4 hours from home. I am unbelievably grateful that there are good decent people like Matt and the crew at Young's Tires in my times of most desperate need.

Super friendly, responsive with quality work. Family atmosphere. I'll only use them for my tire/brake needs. I just wish they did inspections....!
