Williams Kia as kind and easy to work with when selling us our New Kia. We had a bit difference experience upon having vehicle issues. Our vehicle needed to be serviced due to a faulty display. This would result in three trips to the service department. First and second completely understandable due to diagnosis and needing to order parts. Third trip was needed because they only replaced the display unit. We were given a new display, with all the same problems. For each of our appointments we requested and scheduled a specific date/time with an available loaner. The loaner was available one of the three repairs. Of the other two times We had to give it away to someone else, it was an emergency We also requested oil change settings to be accessible on user level, meaning our local garage could reset the oil change, rather than taking it to a dealership for a reset. The service department informed us that would void the warranty. A call to another KIA service station had them laughing at that statement, and told us to come in and they would do it.I logged into my Kia portal and investigated the warranty, and I could not find merit to his statement. I will put the actual words below, but regardless I have very little confidence in someone who can look us in the eyes and outright lie to perhaps avoid work.Several of the staff were nice, helpful and the scheduling was easy. The final appointment was very quick and from what we see everything is fixed. We probably wouldn't have needed a loaner, maybe the mechanic was just misinformed about the oil change policy, and perhaps we caught an off day not getting everything fixed, but I like my experiences to have clear communication and be as smooth as possible. I hope others have a much better experience than we had. Damage due to Lack of Maintenance or the Use of Wrong Fuel, Oil or Lubricants. Improper maintenance or the use of other than the specified fuel, oil or lubricants recommended in your Owner s Manual. It is your obligation to ensure that you obtain all fuels, oils and lubricants from reliable vendors using quality products which meet the Kia specifications identified in your Owner s Manual. & Normal Maintenance Normal maintenance services such as: cleaning and polishing, minor adjustments, lubrication, oil/fluid changes, filters, anti- freeze coolant replenishment, wheel alignment and tire rotation unless such services are performed as part of a covered warrantable repair

Wonderful positive experience. No pressure whatsoever . Brian Nowlan is my salesman .He went above and beyond going over all the features of my new car . Also reassured me to call no matter the size of question or concern . Great experience I ll surely share with family and friends .

I take my KIA only to the dealer because they know the car, know me, keep track of everything, do a good job, and treat me well. Other shops will leave off oil filler caps and things like that. I should say CHAIN repair shops. I don't have experience with privately run garages.

Gave me $1500 less than other dealers for my car. Offered only new vehicles for deals and because it was the end of the month put pressure on to lease now or deal was over. Wanted a white Telluride or Sorrento and could only get if I paid $1000 more for shipping. 2 weeks later all kinds of used and new vehicles in white. Buyer's remorse for sure.

Bought a used car from Williams Kia in Elmira and never have problems when I take it there for oil changes or new tires. They have stood by the warranty purchased and would recommend Williams Kia of Elmira for purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Avoid them. We live in Pennsylvania and 8 out of 10 vehicles I've ever bought came from ny. We went yesterday to buy a forte from sales guy Gary. We had to go twice, once to get paperwork then to finish no biggie. They tried the usual upsell which was ungodly expensive but nothing new. We went to pick the car up and they had "cleaned" it for us, however their detailer used dirty towels so the windows all look like they have smoke film and there were scratches on the car. 3 hoursWorking this morning and that and the wiper covers and a bunch of inside plastics were fixed and corrected I called the sales guy and asked him why they took of the ny inspection but didn't put on a pa one, he said they weren't allowed, now like I said I buy almost all my cars in ny and never have had this issue from a ny dealership that also had a store in pa. Gary proceeded to call me a liar and hang up. Great first and last impression of Williams Kia. Not a hey we'll fix that but a screw you

We just bought a 2023 Kia Sportage LX from a excellent salesman at Williams Kia in Elmira, NY. His name is Gary McCormick. Gary is very knowledgeable about inventory, car features, etc. and was very helpful answering all our questions. Gary really made the process go smoothly and We plan telling our friends and family to consider stopping into Williams Kia in Elmira , NY and see their inventory and ask for Gary McCormick...you won't regret it !Pam M.

I would give zero stars for the service manager Shannon if I could she is rude doesn't return calls, and lies about things. the engine went in my daughter's car a month ago it was under warrantee but of course other things needed fixed ok fine we finally get the car back after we had to call constantly to be updated and were told we refused to replace the back brakes but we did have them fix other things including the front brakes why would we not want the back brakes fixed and we were quoted 400 dollars less than what we paid for repairs never ever will we go back and please replace your service manager she is rude and not helpful even her coworker thinks she is rude!!!!

This place has gone down hill. It s incredible how much damage one sales person can have on your experience with a dealership. Had an amazing experience the 1st time we leased our vehicle from this dealership. I will not be doing business with this dealership again and will be reaching out to the Williams auto group.

Best sales and service department I have ever dealt with in my life. Bar none.Felt zero pressure when leasing my vehicle, and it made the experience so much better. Ashley was so friendly and easy going.Holly and Leah in service are so amazingly pleasant and I've never enjoyed dealing with service department before them.Highly recommend Williams Kia

Gary McCormick, our sales representative, was outstanding throughout the entire process of our vehicle purchase and delivery. He was an excellent communicator: a good listener and very responsive to our texts and emails. We never felt any pressure; instead, we were comfortable and enjoyed our time working with him. If we are ever in the market for another Kia - Gary will be our first choice of who we'd like to deal with again!

Buying my new 2024 Telluride from Williams Kia was stress free and very easy. They gave me the best offer for my trade-in and only charged the MSRP price for the new Telluride. I will definitely consider Williams my go-to for future Kia purchases.

I highly recommend this place. The entire sales process went as smoothly as it could. The employees were knowledgeable and super friendly. Love the car and got a good price as well. So, i saved 1200 dollars compared to Vision Kia in Canandaigua and most of the Rochester area. My sales person was Carrie and she was great! No hidden fees. They gave me a good price on my trade in. Will deffenly go back!

I didn't buy a car...yet. I worked with Ashley Good and she has amazing integrity and ethics. She wants everything to make sense instead of just making a sale. The deal wasn't right for me at this time; I'm keeping my 2020 truck for now. Ashley knew it wasn't right. We discussed it at length and agreed it just didn't make sense - she said she wasn't comfortable with it at all. She offered complete understanding and ZERO pressure. I WILL buy my next vehicle from her and I WILL refer people to her in the interim. Go talk with Ashley - she can sell you anything on a Williams lot, not just Kia. I promise, you won't regret it.Update July 31st, 2021... My mom drove off in a cute 2021 Toyota CH-R today that she purchased through Ashley. It was absolutely the right car and deal for her. No haggle pricing and quick easy deal. Ashley took her time during delivery to go over all of the technology and answer my mom's questions. GO SEE ASHLEY!!

Ashley at Williams Kia is amazing. She made the process of ordering my Telluride so easy and made sure that I had all the features I wanted in my SXP. She was very upfront about the wait time and kept me informed as she received information on my vehicle. I was so pleased that it came in sooner than I expected. If I were to buy another Kia at some point, I would definitely use Ashley and Williams Kia again!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service center. I was in a time crunch and Bill and Holly went above and beyond to take care of the issues I was having with my car and getting it inspected. They were super pleasant and were able to fit me in. It meant so much to me they were so helpful because I do not know much about cars and I took my car to Mavis tire previously to try to get my check engine light turned off but they did not fix the problem. They were able to figure out why my light was on, drive it 50 miles and inspect my car all in a matter of a few days. They are kind, genuine people and although I do not live in town anymore, I would make the drive to get their service.

Ashley Good was by far the best I've ever had at explaining the process and even went through the car details for me!! I highly recommend Ashley if you are interested in buying or leasing. I felt heard and her patience with me was much appreciated. Very thankful and love my new ride!!
