Scotts put my Ram 1500 back in shape after a deer decided to smash the finder an door along with scratches down the box they put it together quickly with no hassles or delays with a spot on color match like it never even happened thanks to him an his team

Had a great experience with Scott s. They were able to give me an estimate quickly, explained the process well, and were able to finish faster than expected to compensate for a change in my schedule.The work done is excellent, the car looks like new. I don't usually do Reviews, but I have to say to anyone that is thinking about using them that they are Awesome!!I was in a car accident that wasn't my fault and I had my car towed to Scott's. The communication and professionalism was impressive and the work done on my car was great. They even dealt with the other driver's insurance company for me.And to top it off they were just nice people!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Lets see, where do i start.took my truck there to get some rust taken care of before it got to bad. There was trash in the paint foggy spot that they didnt buff out properly, painted over other rust that i wanted fixed. The main rust i wanted fixed came back in four months. Good thing im a mechanic. Found many bolts loose. Step bar bolts where not even finger tight. I cant imagine what would of happened if they fell off going down the highway. Had to take door panels off and re do to window moldings because my windows wouldn't even go up properly. Drove by on the weeken when they where closed to see my truck outside with the windows down and the keys in it. They attempted to make it right and fix the bubbles only to get it back to still have bubbles and paint not matching. Now they refuse to fix it and said im to picky. Told them i had to have my truck back in a week for work and they had it for two and a half weeks and still couldn't do it right.. very poor workmanship and terrible paint job. Had no problem taking my hard earned money. Told them from the beginning i didnt care what it cost just wanted it done right and they couldnt do it. My truck kept getting pushed aside for insurance jobs. Save yourself time and your money and dont go there. Owner is a very poor business man.Service: Painting

I hit a deer right before thanksgiving. I contacted Scotts and got an estimate. They worked with my car insurance and did everything for me. Two weeks later you can't even tell there was any damage. These guys did a great job with our car. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They also helped me where they could even though they weren't obligated to do so. Had a couple small problems. Got there and jeadlight wasn't installed properly and my hood and headlights both needed minor adjustmentsBut paint and body work was phenomenal!! Hard color match. However it did take a month but o guess I have to be understanding that they were busy.

The guys at Scott's were fantastic. Not bad labor rate (lower than most body shops) and i had my car back in about a week. It looked great when they were finished and Rian is really willing to work with you to get the best parts pricing.

Absolutely love Scott's. I have taken two vehicles there (both higher end cars- a Saab and an Audi) and they have done absolutely perfect work. They are very time efficient and make the car look brand new. I've also been very impressed with their prices- very competitive. The customer service is outstanding!

The manager was dishonest with us and the quality of work was unbelievably sloppy. Low quality parts were used that didn t line up with the rest of the vehicle. After many excuses and lies from the manager, I ended up getting the whole repair redone with a different company. I noticed that the Scott s Collision FB page doesn t not have the normal company review option. I am guessing there is a reason for that.

Awesome experience from start to finish! Quality work, quality staff. I was provided a very reasonable quote and the staff even went above and beyond by doing extra work at no charge to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommend the guys at Scott's Collision!

Took truck there for a scratch and it came out looking worse than when it went in. Took it back, it looked better but had fisheyes in the paint and the trim came off, just not a good experience, I won't even take it back to get it "fixed" , It might be the best they can do ! Had rust repaired on my truck there when I first picked it up the wheel well lips were painted over top of the rust and the paint or clear coat had dirt in the paint. They "fixed those lips on the wheel well and buffed the box of the truck and still didnt get the dirt out and 3 months later my wheel wells are bubbled up once again. The rocker panels are starting to rust yet again as well. Wasted time and money on this buisness and now they open messages from me but do not respond very unprofessional and crooked. **update took the truck back after Rian reached out looking to make things right. They did a much better job this time around however the rockers were still showing rust through the bedliner they used. Still not totally pleased with the outcome, however Rian was great to work with and did everything in his power to make it right.Service: Painting

Seriously hands down best customer service from a place of business in this industry. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone.Any short comings of the insurance provider was compensated by how amazing Xzane and this business are.Thank you guys!

These guys had a little fun with me and gave me some sticker shock before finally admitting they were just messing with me and it was only gonna cost me $20 bucks. I was so damn excited I went and got the guys a max pack from pudgies. Good dudes!

GPS needs some updating on final directions, but once there is usually enough to know where you are going! Staff is great and always welcoming!
