We just bought a vehicle from Rick Curren. When we first saw the vehicle , the back carpet was almost black it was so dirty, but they did an amazing job detailing and cleaning it before they let us pick up the vehicle. The carpet is now the color it is supposed to be.

I love everything about this place. I don't even know where to begin. I got amazing help from Tim and Anthony here after I had my first accident back in August 2016. I had never bought a car from a dealer before and I have a learning disability where I might not understand things the first time hearing them, or they should be described in a different way. They both took great time with me to explain how everthing from the warranty, to the vehicle itself and how it was different compared to others.I was in another accident this last Valentines Day (Feb. 2017) and totaled this amazing vehicle. After returning to the dealership I explained what had happened and how much I had loved the car that I had gotten there before. Anthony listened to me and went out of his way to say hed help me find the exact car or the closest thing to it. Within a month, I drove off the lot with the same car and same year with half as many miles as my last car. I was so thankful for everyones hard work there that I wanted to make them cookies. They're a very personable dealership - go in with a good attitude and go out with a better one. I will be getting my future vehicles here as well because I know their people are great which means the world to someone whos got a lot going on in their life. Both of my vehicles I have bought from there I have never had any issues with what-so-ever and I know that if I ever have a problem that they'll work with me on it.FIRST PHOTO - My first Mercury Milan 2007, before and after my accident. I was hit from the front, the other person going ~45mph-50pmh while making a turn at an inner section.SECOND PHOTO - The sad, sad day it was declaired totaled. I was honestly heartbroken because I got this amazing car from this great dealer not 4 months before.THIRD PHOTO - My new Mercury Milan 2007 that I just picked up the other day with half as many miles. I am so blown away with how well I was treated and how much they cared about my situation. Highly recommended!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! We just bought a car from Rick Curren Auto Sales. This is the second vehicle that we have bought from them. Everyone was very helpful from, the owner down to the service people. Sales Manager Tim Pesesky went out of his way to make the process easy. We WILL DEFINITELY consider them again in the future!!

So let me tell you something. I have never been treated so well by a car dealer. I'm not saying I've been treated badly by others but this dealer is above board. Honest. Up front. Total transparency. Tim bent over backwards to answer my questions. Including calling me back 2 hours after closing just because he said he'd call and was so busy he couldn't all day. Most dealers would've just waited till the next day. I've never felt so "important" at a retailer. My credit history is like reading the history of the French revolution. He was still able to help. Funny thing I'm writing this and I haven't even picked car up yet. They're finishing it up (cleaning, oil change, tires etc.) I can't wait to get it and post pics. It's used for sure but wow just wow on the service.

I baught my daughter a chevy Trax from Rick. The sales person was great. Frendly and helpfull. We went back as I was having some minor Issues. They took care of the problems right then and there. Great people and will buy my next car with them. Thank you Rick Curren and sales person.

Best customer service I have ever received at a car dealership! We were looking for a car for my son and these guys really came through. We have a car they made sure was safe at a price we could afford. If you are looking for a car from people that care about your safety and budget this is the place to go

I do NOT recommend. Purchased a dart with an extended warranty. They have not been true to their word with the warranty. Within a week of driving off the lot it has had nothing but issues. They definitely know how to sell cars but don t get sucked into their game!

Wouldn't recommend. Long story short, vehicle had vibration since day 1, they replaced wheel bearing told me it was gone. Picked it up got on hwy was still there. Paid out of pocket for wheel balance twice, then new tires, u joints, alignment. Was told intermediate shafts were worn and needed a front differential. Was in contact with them through the entire process. Agreed to have them replace front differential at their cost which I though was great until I picked it up. They installed a used differential with same worn parts and the differential they installed leaks fluid. Tried changing what he told me, said he told me it would be a "new, new used" which was never said. After having 2 other shops confirm parts they installed were faulty(leaking) and pointless( worn parts gave me same issue), I am having to pay $3800 out of pocket to have it done properly since my warranty is up even though it is the same issue since the day of purchase.

If I can I get no stars I would because my aunt bought a car there sense she drove it off the lot there been none stop problems and her warranty all ready ran out it was only a month of warranty I told her to wait but she didn t they seem nice at first say you believe in god if so he just help you all that then you buy the car try get help he not very nice

My parents have purchased from there in the past and I just purchased my very first car about a month ago! Tim was super helpful with getting me into a car I love (and can afford), though the whole staff was helpful too. Definitely will do business with them again.

To start I am a single mother on a very strict budget. The previous car I owned was going and I couldn't afford to fix it. I called Rick's on Friday not knowing ing I would be able to get a car in time before this one broke down completely. They were extremely fast and flexible. By 11am Monday morning I walked away with a very awsome car! Plus the payments were with in my budget. I am so happy with there service and the people working there. They were extremely friendly.

I'd like to thank Rick and his wonderful employees for their help with finding me a car around my price range and one I'd actually fit into. I'm 6'8", so it's pretty difficult to find cars that have enough space. We walked onto their lot and within a couple minutes, I had fallen in love with this 2009 Nissan Altima. After talking, financing, and taking it out for a drive, I ended taking this car after only the 3 day of going to see him. I'd also like to thank Tim, the dealer who suggested this car and helped me basically get this car. He's an honest man that'll do his best to ensure you leave happy and satisfied.

They were very awesome!! They helped get us in a car and worked it out with us when most places probably wouldn't have. I love the car we got. Any issues we have had they have gotten it taken care of right away. I recommend them to everyone I can.

I bought a 2008 dodge nitro 4 wheel drive from this place. Sales person assured me the vehicle was in great condition. Well I'm here to tell you it wasn't. I paid $10,050 cash for this truck...it's not worth 2�.Within the first 30 of purchase I had to have my oil pan replaced, not cheap..$800. Now the rear axle is completely gone, another$1500 gone. The vehicle was never cleaned/vacuumed.. detailed. The company says certified mechanic inspects every vehicle, if that was the case then these issues should of been addressed before the vehicle left the car lot. Do Not do business with these individuals...do your homework, talk to people who leave reviews..they do for a reason. I'm going to talk with someone about ANY State lemon laws and see what my options are.Good luck if you purchase!

I just want to make a HUGE shout out to Tim at Rick Curren Auto Sales in Horseheads NY. My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from them and Tim went above and beyond every step of the way at making our experience phenomenal and i cant thank him enough! Thank you so much for answering my thousands of questions and putting my mind at ease. Rick (The Owner) and his staff provided outstanding services and would highly recommend them. Bought a car in December of 2019 haven't had it a whole year and transmission went I'm a month ago. Bought the extra bumper to bumper coverage and now I have to pay close to 4k for a whole new engine... I would not recommend this dealer at all..buy the way the car was a 2012 Chevrolet equinox that was $10,000.

Fairly easy for dropping off parts needed for repair, but the lot itself needs better working of newer customers that tend to block in the driveway areas!!! It is tough to negotiate an area through one entrance to the opposite exit due to cars double parked in the areas!

Really wish I could give them a NEGATIVE 20. Bought a car on financing. The car didn't even LAST THROUGH THE FINANCING PERIOD. I had to fork out THOUSANDS in order to get rid of it. Rusted out the ENTIRE UNDER CARRIAGE, the back drivers door lock wouldn't work properly, ( they said it was fixed once, but it started doing the same thing a week later, but wanted ME to pay THEM TO ACTIALLY DO IT RIGHT.The drivers door stuck open in the middle of the winter. They wouldn't fix it because it was 'body defect related issue'sLuckily, we had a friend who fixed it for me. SO, BUYER BEWARE. OTHER DEALERS SAW HIS A TICKET ON THE BACK AND SAID NO WAY ARE WE TAKING IT ON TRADE, BECAUSE DEALERS HAVE TOO MANY PROBLEMS WITH HIS CARSI COULDN'T EVEN SELL IT ONLINE. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? DON'T FEAL WITH THEM@!! HUGE, EXPENSIVE MISTAKE IF YOU DO!!! FAIR WARNING TO YOU.

Bought a car there recently, had a couple issues in the first couple days, nothing you could really check for, but they happily made time for my car to get in the shop asap and fixes it in a timely manner. Recommend them to all my friends, very friendly and very helpful.

0 stars this places screwed me over hard core sold me a Jeep Patriot over a year ago and I took it back not even a month later tho told me it was motor mounts then a month after that it needed a new transmission and the guy said well you bought a used car with miles and wouldn t do crap I ve been able to drive the Jeep 3 months out of a year and 2 months and after I spend every penny of my savings on the Transmitions the Jeep left me stranded with my 6 year old son . They will rob you blind
