I thought the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. As a woman with no knowledge of car maintenance, I was worried about being overcharged, but they were totally transparent and got my only what I needed. The winter tires I purchased on a separate visit are phenomenal. They helped me pick the best value for my dollar!

Excellent customer care and service from Jess Conway!! Very knowledgeable and informative. I had what I thought was going to be a huge problem and financial setback but Jess reassured me it was actually a minor issue. In fact he was able to fix it immediately, I swear he literally didn't even touch anything it was so quick. Everything is perfect now!! I could not have asked for better service. Thank you Jess Conway and Firestone.

I needed a new tire to replace a blown out one. They got me right in. I waited in a comfortable area and enjoyed watching a tv show and in no time, my tire was replaced and I was out the door. Everyone I encountered was very polite and helpful. The service at Firestone is second to none. JoAnne Wipfler

Store was very neat and staff attentive and courteous. I had a terrible experience in the Middletown NJ store last year and was pleased to see this store much friendlier. Price was a bit high though

I was traveling from ithica back home to NE Ohio and I had just had a rack and pinion put in my volvo back at home before I left for my trip. Right before I left ithica to drive home I noticed some clucking in my steering and it proceeded to get worse over the 30min drive to Horseheads where I stopped. Jeremy was able to get me in quick and the tech Zack was quick to find 1 of 2 bolts for the rack was missing while the other was finger tight. After he got the rack and pinion properly secured, he also preemptively checked the sub frame, which all bolts were lose and the control arms which 4 of the 6 bolts were lose. He had gone over any parts that he thought could have been moved during the work that was previously done by the other shop. These guys are knowledgeable and helped me get back on the road in under 2 hrs.

These gentleman bent over backwards to help me out out a sticky situations after I spent all my money on school Clothes and Bills. They were knowledge and friendly eventually I was (I'm certain) annoying.

Just a terrible experience. I was there 3 hours and they were still not done with my alignment so I told them to give me my car back and I left. Absolutely awful. I'll never go back there.

They stripped every lug nut on my wife's car and never once admitted to their fault and cost over 200 to replace them. I was crazy enough to go again because I have the free tire rotation package after I bought the tires, they didn't take the time to put the center caps on properly busted all 4 and that's $100 a cap. Crickets!

I just went and got an inspection on my vehicle. It is a newer car, so it passed easily. I recommended my son go and do the same. His has an older vehicle and has been working on it just to be able to get in inspected. It should have been done in March, however he needed to get it able to get there. He knew he would fail, but trusted them to give him a correct list of what was wrong. They did not and did not give him a rejection sticker. They were rude and just gave up business that they would have made money on. Seemed shady. Going to another guy(recommended by a close friend) and will post findings here and the BBB. It is sad they didn't need the money.

I had this vibration issue that they chalked up to my tires being messed up which they were but I got all new tires and alignment and cars still doing the same thing. They've been ok before so 3 stars

Jared was a huge help in getting us back on the road! Oil line ruptured a few hours from home and he didn't hesitate to check for a possible part solution. After offering some spare tubing cut to size we were able to fix the leak and get back home safe and sound. Much appreciated!

The last time I was there was for an oil change and they forgot to put the cap back on. Oil got all over the engine and luckily they found the cap. They were able to clean I wanted to try them one more time and after today that's it. I had dropped off my car for an oil change and I came back after receiving the phone call it was all set. After paying I saw they parked my car right next to a snow bank. I don't know how anyone could have gotten out of the car because I sure had a difficult time. If I didn't have to be somewhere right away I would have gone inside and said something but didn't realize it until I was leaving. That was very inconsiderate and I will not be going back to this Firestone again.

I had a tire that had been continuously slowly leaking - every few days you'd have to put air in the tire. The problem was a leaky valve stem. I took it there for an oil change and told them about the leaky tire. They charged me for fixing the flat but all they did was put air in it, they didn't do anything else.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went for an oil change after work because they were open and I needed it done. The oil change was completed and I noticed the next day my oil change warning message was still on. I stopped back there to have them reset it, and with the help of google the warning message was reset. Next day, my engine oil pressure light came on and the manual says do not drive it like that. I called Firestone and let them know what was happening, they first said go ahead and drive it home and when I expressed discomfort with that they said to get it towed to them and they'd look at the next day. At that point I wasn't comfortable with them working on my car at all, so I had it towed to my usual trusted shop. This resulted in 2 days of cab rides to work in the mornings, friends driving me home from work in the evenings, an insurance claim, and a tow billed at $72. My usual shop called me the next day and said the wrong oil was used during the Firestone oil change and the car was fine after doing the correct oil change. I went to Firestone to talk about it a few days later and the manager refunded one of the oil changes, then said there's no way they could have used the wrong oil and there has to be something wrong with my car. Reiterated that putting the correct oil on the car could not have fixed the warning lights that I had. Did not offer to refund the tow or cover my cab fares, and didn't even accept responsibility for the error. Consumer beware. I'll never go there again and I hope you don't either.
