This has changed hands and is now Steve Shannon Tire and Auto Centers. I've been coming to this building for 20+ years, 1st as Meineke, then Buckley's now Shannon, and I've ALWAYS been pleased. I just had "Shannon" replace struts and an alternator on my mothers vehicle and I received the same good service and great prices that I've been used to over the years. Hopefully Shannon's will continue the trend of taking care of their customers like Buckley's did...so far, they have.

I love Buckley's. They keep me informed of what is going on with my car as well as give me options for the repair. They aren't pushy to get the business, they will tell you honestly if something is urgent or if it can wait and they go over any risks of waiting. Today my battery died and Charlie squeezed me right in so I wouldn't have to be stranded again. They are honest and affordable. I can't get service the same elsewhere. I had heard great things about them from numerous people and decided to give them a try. Since my first visit, I don't bring my car anywhere else.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! They communicated additional charges and time needed while completing my repairs. They make sure to make it right before it leaves the shop. Top notch troubleshooting and service from the front end to the back end. Cannot recommend enough.

Great experience. This shop has integrity, they are trustworthy and honest. They won't sell you something you don't need. Highly recommend them to be your car/ truck mechanic.

Good service good pricing and they hide nothing about your repaired parts. They show you. Which I couldn t believe. Haven t had service this good in a very long time. Friendly and respectable group. Very happy.

Buckeys is the only place I trust to work on my car other than the GM dealer. Everyone is friendly from when you walk in to when you leave. They re prompt to call you rather it be for pickup or a diagnostic report. They do great work for a fair price. I never have to worry about having greasy handprints or muddy boot stains when I pickup my car either. I recommend this place to friends and family.

Outstanding customer service. They don't just work off book rates. They worked to find me alternate solutions with my old Navigator that I was having issues with. Had another place tell me that it couldn't be fixed, no parts, etc and if they could it'd be over $5000. Took it to Buckleys and they found the parts and did the work for under $2000. I'll be back!

The best customer service at both locations, but especially from Charlie who always is kind but totally honest. All of the staff I've met are respectful, polite, and thorough. I'd recommend Buckley's Auto to anyone.

Best shop in America and only place to go. If you want good service, work, and most of all honesty, Buckley's is where you need to take your vehicle to. I'm very picky with my cars and can say with out a doubt that the team at Buckley's treats your vehicles with respect and make sure to take care of you. Not only are they best in business for their work, but they also work with you to get your vehicle up and running stronger then it was when it came in. Even when they find an issue and have to get extra work done, I'm always content as I know it's due to needing that work and trust is always there. Good luck finding trust in other shops. Doesn't come often. Buckley's stands behind their work and dont ever try to over sell you. If they say you need something then trust me you need it. I always get treated well and makes me feel good to go to a place where someone values your business. Thank you to all the Buckley's team and keep up the great work!

Took my car here to get fixed and they took care of it!! They take care of you. My check engine light came back on and they handled it right away with no issue! They gained a customer for life with us!

1976 Corvette Stingray. It's been sitting for 3 years and needed a lot of work to get it back into road-ready condition: lights, doors, engine, transmission, brakes, etc. They took me through step by step exactly what needed to be done. Very friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. Also, gave me recommendations on where to go for body work, paint, etc. Fine experience. I'd strongly recommend Buckley's.

Easy to make appointments here, competitive pricing. Charlie and Sheila at the front counter are friendly as always. Clean lounge with TV and free coffee makes for a nice visit

Referred to by my regular mechanic for work he could not do. Am very pleased with the work done on both occasions at very fair prices and both the service writer and mechanic (s?) were extremely competent and professional.papa j

Usually they say "fast, cheap, and good. Pick any two." but Buckley's has done great work, quickly, and at reasonable prices. They will have my business for the foreseeable future.

I had a vehicle that other repair service centers kept giving me the run around on. Buckley's looked the vehicle over and gave me a detailed list of what was wrong and what it needed. They have always taken the time to answer my questions and service is always great.

They have fixed multiple vehicles of ours over the years and i find them to be the most honest , reputable mechanics i have ever dealt with and we have alot of vehicles!! Will always use them and highly recommend!!

Needed a transmission on my 2000 Silverado rebuilt.Dealer quoted $3500. Took my truck to Buckleys and left it with a quote of $1900 and the promise from Charley of being done the middle of the following week.Got a call from Charley on Monday, telling me the job was done !Upon picking it up, Charley gave me a full run down on any problems to look for for the next week. Immediately drove it to Ithaca to give it a good test, and the transmission operated like a fine tuned watch !! Kudos to Buckleys automotive !!

Went to Buckley's automotive with my HOT ROD did a laser check told me how far it was out of alignment. Relined the front and rear and gave me a laser print out with everything in SPEC with in a 1-1/2 chargeThank you Doug
